I’m from malaysia, was travel for holiday, this hotel very convenience, near the mall Central Park jakarta and Neo Soho, which is the one of the biggest mall in jakarta, Room are very clean and compatible, I booked Deluxe King Room, but when I arrived at hotel, a staff offer me to upgrade to executive room, which is I can get more benefits, whatever I will to pay extra charge, I so happy with benefits I got. Hotel staff very friendly and polite. 👍👍👍👍👍.

The room exceeded my expectations — great value, beautiful decor & interior, cosy furniture and overall safe and lovely stay. Some caveats for this stay was the location — realised that it was not a very prime location and can be a little inaccessible. Vehicle recommended to get to the lobby, and even through ride-sharing / booking apps such as Grab, three to four drivers have cancelled on me due to the difficulty in accessing location. Near several landmarks & malls on the map but the winding road / highway (it is an elevated spot) may make a five minute walk into a 15-minute journey. Great place for those with access to transport or for those who plan to relax in the room all day.

Location is good. Service is good except can be a bit slow. Facilities in the room is old and poorly maintained. Certain things in the room have passed the expiry date. For example, I read in the hotel reviews, many pointed out that the shower heads need to be replaced. During my stay, I discovered how true this was. I requested through the front office for the shower head to be changed. After a long while, a technician came, checked and told me he will have to see if there are any replacement pieces in the store. That was the last I heard or seen this guy. No follow up whatsoever and needless to say I have to live with that spoilt shower head for the rest of the stay. Besides, certain lights in the room are also not working.

A very clean hotel located in central/west Jakarta. It’s about a 20 minute walk to Chinatown and Old Town. The front desk staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. My room was also very clean and spacious. I would stay here again.

The bed matrass was comes with zess which is suit for me lately.. The big screen television from samsung 50” are satisfiying my eyes.. Shower top are very best with fresh hot water.. Try to go to pool and gym area its a lovely place too.. Dare to swim here? Post your picture.. Everyspot inside this building are awsome.. Try to go if you looking for hotel nearby grogol area and try another ecperience in Posto dormire.

i've must go to Samsat Jakarta Barat to take care my vehicle . so i choose this hotel with Room Only check in . the parking side was neglected , a lot of high grass . when i was check in was very fast but the service minimalized . the room clean but they didn't set up slipper . room amenities just bath gel , shampoo , dental kit , coffee and tea . i call to FO for request slipper but didn't come until check out . the towel was horibble with defact .
