The holiday was booked through loveholidays. First mistake . The transfer system is really terrible even though we had upgraded to private transfers, took the rep an hour to sort our transport. Hotel was all good happy smiles laughter . We were booked in 4 nights 9th may my birthday. A surprise trip from my children. Monday to Wednesday went okay . We were half board. Breakfast was okay , nothing really special. As we are British pakistani origin the food in all 3 restaurant s was awful, the Indian restaurant food was full of salt and spices that were overpowering we never went back . The local cafes in the square were much more cheaper and better food . After 5 pm they hold a food market which we never knew existed until our 3rd night there. It was on this evening the 11th that my husband was still hungry due to not liking the food in hotel restaurant. Around 10pm we took a walk to see what we could eat in the square. It was the first time my husband decided to leave his money bag under our pillow in room , with British pounds in there, we had morroccon money on us that we needed. Next day we realised when we were to exchange money that £120 had been taken , panicking, the extra money that was in safe had also been taken £320, that’s when the staff manager and everyone changed. We were accused of wanting to claim travel insurance when we didn’t even have any . We were treated like petty accusers . My husband went to the police station to report the incident. There was only 1 English speaking officer, which made it impossible to communicate with them . They took our number and email address but have heard nothing since. This was a nightmare holiday, ruined my birthday and was £500 down . Was so disappointed in the hotel managers there was no compassion whatsoever of our situation. Would never go back there.FromS$280

The breakfast was great and the juices were freshly squeezed. In fact, the restaurant is great, winning the quality. The garden view room has a private garden filled with olive trees and rosemary. The location is close to the airport and you need to take a taxi to the square.FromS$502

Advantages: 1. The hotel meals are amazing. Buffet is invincible, and it has beaten most five-star hotels in Morocco. This price is worth the dinner.
2. Very suitable for bringing children. The baby club has its own farm, with sheep, peacocks, turkeys, etc. Children love it. They have a full range of amusement equipment and a classroom, which can be hosted. It is a pity that the opening time is no later than 5:30 pm.
3. There are 3 outdoor swimming pools in the hotel. The pools can be launched in winter, and there is an artificial lake for boating. There are also tennis courts and children's golf courses.
4. Beautiful environment, suitable for vacation, palm park.
5. Can add an extra bed. Toothbrush with slippers
Next talk about the flaws:
1. The room is too small ... average bedding.

The hotel is amazing! Near the train station, this trip stayed in three hotels near the Marrakesh train station. Since I was traveling alone with my five-year-old daughter, I hope it is more convenient to travel to and from Casablanca. This is definitely the best of the three near the train station. The room is relatively cost-effective. The most unfortunate thing is that the fixed room includes two breakfasts, but I remember it wrong. Didn't go to the order again to take a look. I forgot to ask when I checked in. I didn't go to the hotel restaurant for breakfast for two consecutive days in the morning, ha ha ha ha. Feeling breakfast should be good. Traveled so many times, I made this low-end mistake for the first time. In short, this hotel is worth recommendingFromS$102
