The hotel's downtown room is almost as good as the European five-star hotel. Extra bed The house keeping in the hotel may have the habit of a thief. When we checked out, we dropped 1,500 euros and the ID card was in the room (it was definitely in the room). I repeatedly said that the hotel phone did not call, and finally hit Still impatient, very disgusting!

The hotel location is good, about 10 minutes walk from the bus terminal and the train station, the room facilities are new and clean, and relatively quiet. Breakfast choices are pretty good, small changes every day and fresh. The water quality in Zagreb is not good. The hotel has set up points for water and ice on the second and fourth floors, which is very convenient. The front desk staff was relatively young and the service level was average. We booked 4 nights with breakfast, and 3 mornings were told by the restaurant front desk that there was no breakfast. We asked the front desk manager to reply to the e-mail when checking out, and there was no reply after more than a week . In general, the hotel is in line with Hilton's hardware facilities, and the service is somewhat unsatisfactory.

Great location for visiting Zagreb’s Old Town. Take the airport bus, then change to tram number 8, which is closer than tram number 6 and try to catch tram number 8 (easy to find when walking on Google Maps) The super supermarket (Korean standard) on the first floor is open until late at night, which is very convenient. Room facilities, Wi-Fi, bathroom This is a modern building, very good. There is a built-in desk in the room, so it is very convenient to use a laptop. Very close to the center of the old city as you can see on the map. The location is also suitable for family travel. The location is really good..... The reception staff are very helpful. This guy is so nice...too many speakers...great. It is so close to the old town that it is very convenient to visit the sights at night. It's easy to get to the comfortable pasture, and the dinner only dropped 30m. Breakfast Breakfast is located on the first floor (Korean standard). Better, the food is delicious. This is a local egg dish and wonton-like dish, really good. The bathroom is large and the room has enough space. Separate disposable slippers are provided. The tip I got from the tour guide was a guest taxi, and it was 100 kuna to the airport. Two or more people seem to manage their time much better than buses and trams. Call reception.

The hotel is located west of the city center, about 10-15 minutes walk to the Christmas market. The parking lot is small, and the fee is capped at 20 Euros a day. I had to confirm my order carefully at the front desk. I arrived at the room and found that the double bed room was replaced with a double bed. When I returned to the front desk to change, they also argued with me that the reservation was a double bed, until I took out the booking confirmation letter. The double bed room was reluctant to change.
