The stay was average, the location is good and the room a reasonable size with aircon, the host was really nice. But, the room was not that clean, lots of dust and cobwebs, the room was very dimly lit, the bed sheet was not big enough for the bed so it kept coming off. The shower is in the toilet, they are not separate. Weirdly, there was always a load of dried cat food over the doormat in the entrance you have to step over. It was certainly a passable stay, but next time I think I would pay a bit more and go somewhere a bit nicer.

We stayed in Yote28 for 2 nights while backpacking through Malaysia and definitely loved this place! The whole place is perfectly designed to make your stay delightful. The common places are amazing: they have a kitchen, some comfy furniture to rest in and there's even a cinema room or some Macs upstairs to use. We slept in the double-beds room, and although it might be weird to sleep in couples while sharing room, this space was super roomy and private because you have a screen not to be seen. The lockers were big enough for our large bags and the bathrooms simply clean and genuine. Service at the front desk was also very helpful, nice and kind. We only missed some towels to be given to guests, that's all.

This was an okay hotel, but did have a little bit of a mosquito problem which was surprising because I was on the second or third floor of the building. The bathroom was also missing a toilet seat for the toilet, which was unusual. Otherwise it was an okay place to stay.

so far everything is ok, clean. just toiletteries, a little sad. The soap pump is broken, just fill in a quarter pound to make the conditions. huh The tooth brush packet has the wrong seal. open up huh so far it's not the best, the others are the best and ok

The room was nice and cozy. From this hotel, it was really convenient to walk to the center cause it was only about 100 meter. There was the night market just located on tỷ hotels' street. If you walk a bit further, you'll see the China town with a lot of more choices of food. Personally, I like the little night market in front of the hotel.

There was no pool nor gym but its location is not too bad. Its roughly 400m to the red house/makhota parade n 2 other malls. N a lot of convenient stalls n phalawan night mkt just beside. Quite value for money. A local grab driver recommended me this place last minute as my original hotel i booked was forfeited as it was abandoned.

Location: It's about 15mins walk from Jonker Street. Take Grab for about RM 5 to 7, depends on the timing. Located next to Mahkota Parade, where you can find quite a lot of shops and fast food available there too. If you're taking bus from Singapore, you can alight at this hotel. Service: The staff is friendly and helpful. Cleanliness: it's consider OK to be honest, just a little stain on the table. The lobby looks grand! Others: The TV programme has to be improved. Some of the channels are dark / mute. Room is spacious, and even have a small living room at the entrance.

The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming when we were check in with a complimentary cookies, when we got into the room we realised that the fridge wasn't working, we let housekeeping and they immediately changed a new fridge for us. the room was nice and spacious the lights are working fine however the sofa a a little old ed stained.the body foam that they provide probably only can last a day and you are need to ask the housekeeping refill it if staying more then a day . the breakfast is great although we could get a clean table and had to ask the waiter to clean the table for us before we could go and get the food. overall we love the bed the soft pillow and it was a good stay .

My second time staying with the hotel. The staff recognised us and our check-in is a breeze. As there is no available room yet, our luggage was kept for us while we goes out for lunch and they text us when the room is available.

Quiet part of Melaka but still easily accessible to variety of eateries. Short walk to malls but if bring infant toddler, just take grab ride which is super cheap. Service is ok as room is cleaned promptly, water bottles, toothbrush replaced daily. Dispenser soap provided for shower, I brought own facial cleanser. No slippers. Tv only 4 Malaysia channel, no cable and YouTube. Wifi is ok for me, maybe morning when all guests using at same time is abit slow. Bedsheets are clean but carpet abit dusty. I have sensitive nose so kept sneezing when I first entered room. Swimming pool not large but at rooftop have nice view. Bar is nice to have just that music abit loud. I stay 5th floor can’t hear anything in room but you hear loud music when taking lift. Gym is small but have treadmill and couple of machines but both treadmill are spoilt. Overall still a good stay as price is affordable for family.

Once you arrive, park at 7th or 8th floor and inform the receptionist your car plate later. At the reception, Alif assisted me with the check in like a close friend. He even informed me how to navigate around Jonker Street. As for the room, it is clean and the shower water pressure is strong and hot. No insects found or seen around the room. The lift may take a while though during peak hour. The location is okay, about 15 minutes walk to Jonker Street. But what I like is that it is next to the jogging path by the river and accessible to speedmart/7 11.

They are not lying when they said unlimited breakfast buffet from 7am till 12pm. This is the most great thing about this hotel. Their view is beautiful. Like others mentioned, we can see melaka river cruise at night from the balcony. Other than that, facilities in children a bit wear out already. However we did enjoy the pool because it’s quite big. The adult pool have infinity view but slightly poor in cleanliness.
