      Amaris Sriwedari Hotel is close to the main road of Slamet Riyadi J., when checking in and check out are smooth, the staff are friendly and we are served quickly, the rooms are also ready at pkl 1 wkt check in. Our room was on the 6th floor, the room was clean, there were 2 bottles of water even without a kettle, tea and coffee (low budget). The room is quite comfortable, the bathroom is a little problem for the water supply, a little slum so the water has to wait a while to enter the sewer, but counted clean enough, available shower equipment and tooth hygiene, as well as hotel shoes but only 1 pair. The food is quite good, a lot of menus, take it yourself, only the staff is minimal so the shame is also his lizard, you have to see the food when it's exhausted but also have to note what room customers have eaten. The security staff in front of the hotel is not there, less enthusiastic, so it's a little difficult to find a parking space, especially when we came it seems that there was an event at the hotel because a lot of motorcycles parked.       the hotel is quite clean in the diamond class, only the rate is different, according to me this hotel is a bit sensitive, check in really has to be 2 o'clock (don't know if you already know it) then check out still told to wait for a while (check the room, see table below for details), lack of impermeable rooms sound, the voices of the staff chatting alternately in the hallway near the room sounded loud, the next room chatting was also clear, the sound of guests from the room above sliding chairs also sounded loud. according to the price. tks

      I stayed in this hotel for an Eid family gathering which was held on its ballroom. Upon hearing that we will stay in this hotel, I felt a bit cautious due to its rather negative review from previous customers. Upon arriving we were greeted by welcoming receptionists who struggle to manage our large booking. But nevertheless, they made it through. In addition, they also give us welcome snack: a cheese cracker that tasted like cream soup. Our room is located in newer wing. Although the interior looks dated (like something that dating back from 1990s, except for its LCD TV), it was clean and pleasant. The aircon was initially hot, but after some repair work by housekeeping staffs, it become cold enough for the remainder of our stay. We truly appreciate their attentive effort. The hotel is generally clean and nicely organized. Its heritage buildings are also properly maintained. It is also centrally located and next to Gramedia bookstore, which is a big plus point. However the biggest downside about this hotel is the food. They menu is generally limited and not so tasty. Even during our gathering, the food menu was anything but delicious. However the Sosis Solo snack was perhaps the tastiest and truly save the day. Overall, this hotel has a lot of potential to be the best, although it is in dire need of major renovation and upgrade.

      Am wondering why so many people have to complain while and the same time they forgot about what they paid. Absolute value for money. Stayed for 5 days and changed room 3 times. After first room switch TV didn't work but was solved swiftly. Super friendly staff. After day 2 they welcomed me as an old friend. Comfy bed, clean towels, TV with all channels one might need, simple but tasty breakfast. Take the price in mind, and you cannot wish any better!

      I stayed here for one day and one night because I happened to have a job. It can be said that it is comfortable to sleep for one night. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but there was stains on the bed sheet. The bathroom was clean and quite spacious. Which makes it less comfortable because there is no window in the room. I think this hotel is very suitable for backpackers.

      We chose this hotel as our stayover for 1 night during our Java road trip, heading home from Banyuwangi to Jakarta. We had stayed here before and had a great experience, so we chose Alila again. This time, we were not that satisfied, requested for a non smoking bathroom but, the bathroom was surely had been used for smoking (bad smoking odor). The light in the bathroom was so dimmed and the toilet seater was spoiled. But the breakfast was superb. Nice variation of menu, the tengkleng and gudeg was really delicious. Also the pool was nice, as always.

      This my second stay in last 2 months, just havent got chance to wrote some review. We stay for 2 nights on each occasions, i bring my wife, 3 kids below 9 and my mom. We book executive room, which has small livinv room with couch. Good room size, clean, bright, comfy bed and couch (can accomodate for 1 adult to sleep), but Pillow is too hard so i ask for replacement. Bathroom was also clean and has nice ambience, aminity was okay. Check in and check out process was fast and efficient, staff was kind and attentive. Swimming pool size was good, no slides etc but its okay. I tried their room delivery bfast and buffet. Buffet serve various menu but taste wise is average. In room dining serve good portion and menu variety (i choose american breakfast). The only minus point is locations, surrounded by bus and train station in bit strander area so we need car to reach nearest restaurant or supermarket. But it should be not a problem if you brought car. To conclude everythung, we love our stay in this hotel and it become our favorite in Solo. We usually stayed in Alila but now we prefer Swisbel hotel.

      I stayed with my family just for the transit trip to Bali-JKT. When we arrived in the rain, there was no security guard in front of the hotel, so we went back and forth to pick up our own things in the car in the rain condition. The front of the hotel is under renovation. When I checked in, I saw the receptionist playing the phone. We booked a superior room. The room was a bit narrow. When we wanted to order food, the phone was no one picked up. The husband directly went to the restaurant, it turned out that the staff was talking. For breakfast, there were not so many variations. What a bad experience staying here. Hope to be the attention of hotel management. Thank you.

      For the first time that im felt very uncomfortable staying at the hotel. First, when you arrived at the hotel, there is no parking lot for all the hotel customer, security only give you direction to park beside the hotel but you should find the parking lot by yourself, and when you want to use your car which is located deep inside parking lot, the security too lazy to help you getting your car out. The bed sheet is stinky and full of dirt. The room service doesnt wait for you to get to the elevator, instead they are going first and you as the hotel customer have to wait another elevator to arrived. Ah, the lobby and almost every corridor of the hotel is too dim.

      After driving for more than 10 hours from Bali, we arrived in Solo at Loji Hotel around 4pm by that time. No security available to give us some instructions where we can park, eventhough we saw 2 man sitting at the security office at front. We have to call them very loud to show us where we can park our car. Coz by that time the parking lot was full. We were expecting get a good service, nice room, because we pay IDR 534.649/night with breakfast for Deluxe room. We stay here on the 26th December 2019 and check out on the 27th December 2019. Actually we want to extend the room, but we changes our mind after overnight here with uncomfortable feeling. The problem was : 1. They asking us, do we need a smoking room, we said yes please. We were expecting a balcony or at least we can open the window, but at the end, the smoking room not have any window or balcony for smoking. 2. The AC are so noisy all day long and also the AC is leaking very bad until makes our bag get wet, coz we put underneath the AC. 3. The fan in the bathroom wasn't work well. And very very noisy! 4. The shower looks like never get cleaned for many years. Full of crust. 5. The bathroom is a bit smell and not have a good circulation. 6. We found a blood stain on the blanket, so we asking to changes the cover or blanket. The good point is, the breakfast is nice. That's all. We coming here to Java Island actually to do an inspection, what's the Island looks like. How clean and comfortable are the accomodation here. Coz we have a tour and service. We have to know all the standard service here before we give any recommendations or bring our customers to come here. And we found a very expensive hotel with a low service. In Bali, the hotel with this price, the service, the room are way nicer. I don't know how the standard service in Java. So far the city that we have visited in Java, has very low hotel standard but they ask for 5 star hotel price. Amazing right. If Loji Hotel can upgrade their service level to be better than now, I will recommend this hotel. But for now, we are sorry, this hotel is not recommended. Hopefully the Manager read all the review and do some maintenance also the service. Thank you.
