Room was dirty, I complained about it and they changed the sheets but the new sheets had also stains on it. Several parts of the room was not properly cleaned. Overall they should pay more attention to cleaniness. There is a big construction work going on behind the hotel so it is very laud after 8 am! The room looks different then on the photos advertised. I believe the photos from *********** are from villa section and not from room section.

If you need healing, I recommend Sankara. The location is a little far from the city, but I made a reservation with the intention of not going out of town and only staying at the resort. There is also a shuttle to downtown! The staff are so kind, and the private pool villa is deep and large, so it's great for two to play. Be sure to try the floating breakfast. It's pretty The main pool is bigger than I thought and there are more Westerners than Asians. There is also a welcome massage, so be sure to get it

The hotel I recently lived in was just delicious! After my stay there, I experienced a real upsurge of mood that still accompanies me. The entire staff were at the top of service - they were extraordinarily polite, upbringed and always smiled. It felt they were sincerely caring for every guest. The hotel rooms were perfect: I was pleasantly surprised by frequency and comfort. Everything was clean and neat, cleaning twice a day . But what I was particularly impressed is the entire vegan menu - it is very tasty and useful , as well as the practice of yoga every morning. Training filled me with positive energy all day, the yoga coach at every class and provided careful and devoted attention to every participant. I would like to express my great gratitude to the host of the hotel for creating such a wonderful atmosphere and for his unique yoga practice, for this opportunity to feel in complete silence and privacy with nature and, of course, Special thanks to the girl Yuni for her care and dedication to her work. I can 't rejoice at what I have had to live in this hotel and how positively it has affected my well-being. I confidently recommend this hotel to anyone who wants not only excellent service, but also to feel real harmony and positive mood, privacy with nature and rest from noisy metropolis .

The overall environment of the hotel is OK, the room is also very large, that is, the room hygiene details are very poor, it is written that it will open in 2022, the actual room decoration feels like it has been many years, it may be other hotels that have been listed before. The bathroom bathing place is full of scale and is not cleaned. The gap next to the basin is also very dirty and the water leaks slowly. The most incomprehensible thing is that the toiletries look dirty and old. Why not change a new set? Anyway, the details of the room really can't be looked at carefully. The room is not worth the price, the price is low, The spa is also very general and not recommended.

We had an amazing time in Athaya for a whole six months !✨ It may sound unusual, but we had all the comforts of independence with our fully equipped room and kitchen. Additionally, we enjoyed the exceptional hotel service, with WhatsApp messages keeping us informed, and their availability and responsiveness at any time of the day, truly going above and beyond 👌 They even remembered my birthday and brought me a small cake in the evening, singing ”Happy birthday” ! The team is incredibly warm and professional 🙏 Ayu, Mega & Tita at the reception always had a smile on their faces 😇 Pande & Dwipa from housekeeping were always ready to lend a hand with our heavy bags or replace our empty water jug in the evening 💪 Komang, Kadek & Gus Widya showed great understanding and shared their contacts in Bali to help us out 🤝 In short, we can wholeheartedly recommend Athaya, whether for a short stay or several weeks or months like us - it's truly fantastic 🔥 The proximity to the center of Ubud is ideal. Furthermore, the access is through one of the few pedestrian streets in the area (shared with a few motorized vehicles). And the property is less than a 5-minute walk from Ubud's most coveted club, Titi Batu 🏋️ Lastly, from our spacious ”L” shaped balcony, we had a breathtaking view of the sunset behind the forest of banana and papaya trees - a dream come true ! 🌴 Thank you again to the entire team for everything. And our two dogs, who were pampered by you, also thank you for your tolerance and daily cuddles 🐶 Athaya Ubud, the place to be !

This price is for a swimming pool and the local housewife chef personally cooks for us. Every time it is super delicious, there is breakfast, including in it, a super cost-effective experience. The only downside is that it is far from the city center. In the suburbs, it is not easy to take a taxi, and it is also very expensive. Because this does not allow the use of local Didi, the fare is expensive, others are okay, and children and friends who seek to be quiet and write books are highly recommended.

after we have spent time in the deluxe room pool view. we moved to private villa room, but due to i booked a wrong room type, the staff and the manager kindly helped us to fix our reservation and transaction. i love the room. the environtment, the fresh air, the good view the pool the bathroom and the excellent service also by Nita and Tude. such a perfect accomodation when i need to find a peace and while my best friend need a honeymoon during this pandemic time. i can't wait to spend my time again in Ubud❣

Friendly greetings at all times, we had the pool access room. The bed was one of the best we've slept in. The shower over the bath wasn't our cup of tea. The room was clean but the bed facing tv didn't work. Once off the main road it was quiet but the night club next door roared to life at midnight. . The breakfast was sensational and varied slightly each day. After hours meals and room service was very accommodating. The fridge was not the greatest in keeping thing chilled but adequate. The pool (the longest I've seen) with a hidden waterslide was lovely and views from the top pool and deck was special

Beautiful hotel. The building, gardens, ocean view, swimming pools, foods and everything. Perfect. I love the main gate they have. Perfect spot for taking pic. The front desk senior staff helped us. More training needed for junior staff. Try to eat in tamarind and order their risotto with scallop. Yummy.

The villa is not well prepared for my family staycation. We had broken tv, bathroom electricity black out at one of the room. Super slow internet even just to watch the Netflix. Not recommended for digital nomad out there. Living room quite dusty and got kinda moldy roof smell when we turn on the fan. Really need to improve the service quality especially for local guest.

Staff is really friendly and respectful. The location is in the main road so you won't be able to enjoy anything in a walking distance however all beaches are 5km away from the location. You can enjoy by renting a scooter from nearby areas. I enjoyed dining at the hotel, they have local and western cuisines. Swimming pool may cost you extra buck if you want to swim. I stay with Aston properties before and I enjoy their service, so I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for affordable yet good service hotels in Bali.

1. The aircon was very loud and noisy . Informed staff and they sent a workman to fix it the next day . It made no difference. They offered to send someone in the following day but i felt it was becoming an invasion of privacy so declined 2. Mosquitoes in the room . I recommend nets over the bed as i was a feast for them overnight . The staff offered fly spray but i didnt want to inhale the toxic staff while there. I checked out a night early as i didnt feel this to be a relaxing experience. The hotel is reasonably priced though and the grounds and architecture pleasant otherwise

Great location, stones throw from the beach. Room was nice and spacious, didn’t miss a balcony. Breakfast wasn’t as good as expected, the milk & smoothies were left out, we tried a smoothie and it had go sour. Would book again it hasn’t put me off. The pool on the roof is definitely its best feature. And the restaurant choice on an evening on the beach is something completely different and special.

It’s the perfect place if you have an early flight - with the most comfortable bed!! Everything is nice and clean and the people are amazingly friendly. I loved how helpful and kind they all were. It’s not at the best location, as Bali has tooo many other beautiful beaches and this hotel is not situated at one of those beautiful beaches. Other than that, I can’t complain at all. I had a great evening there with an early morning flight. The hotel shuttle to the airport was free and they packed a lovely breakfast for me to take to the airport since I left too early to get breakfast at the hotel.

What an incredible stay at Holiday Inn Resort Nusa Dua! The service provided was impeccable, starting off with an upgrade to an ocean view room when our pool view room was undergoing maintenance upon our arrival, followed by complimentary fruit and chocolates as another apology, along with a chocolate cake and bed decorations for our anniversary. All staff members were so friendly, helpful and approachable throughout the whole week of our stay. Also nice to see that feedback forms are actually acknowledged and acted upon very promptly (unlike other places) as we made a simple suggestion for the breakfast to include avocado and hollandaise sauce and the next two days staff members offered us specially cooked eggs benedict with avocado. Cannot fault a single thing about our experience and without a doubt will be back to stay in the future! Special mention to duty manager Geksa who frequently checked in with us and went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable!

Movenpick is a beautiful hotel and was our final stop on our two-week stay between Bali and Lombok. We were initially booked into the wrong room (twin, not double) but this was sorted immediately. Good selection at the breakfast buffet but I do think the hotel is missing a trick by not cooking fresh crepes for guests. All the little touches made the stay great. We were a bit let down that service was slow and it was a struggle to find two sun loungers, even when we were up early. For guests staying in the hotel after check out before getting picked up, the hotel provides a room to shower in. This can be booked at reception and is cleaned between uses. All in all, a lovely stay.
