They are generally ok, but there is a construction site nearby. Because of this, it is impossible to drive here by car + constant noise. Plus bad Wi-Fi. Most importantly, the reception desk is not open 24/7, but only during certain hours, the rest of the time there is no staff, no one answers messages, no one answers calls. Even if something urgent happens and it won’t be at night, but chats at 7-8 pm, as it happened to me, no one will care about you. Therefore, this was a sufficient reason for me not to return to this hotel again.

It was completely recommended by the public, and everything was beautiful, but the facts were very broken. One-on-one butler service is great, you can ask for a lot of things, the room is big, the design office also uses the idea to design a harmonious coexistence between man and nature, so it is the outdoor bathroom, the washroom, the living room, and the mosquitoes are naturally more. These are also in the normal category of ecological villas. The crash is noise. The hotel is located on the edge of Canggu Beach. This is a small beach more than Seminyak, and it belongs to the original small village. The soundproofing effect of the villa was quite poor. We stayed close to 12 o'clock that evening and arranged in a row of rooms outside. As a result, there was a bar next to it, which was super high and could not sleep at all! After a little over, we contacted the hotel and Ctrip overnight. After 1 hour, the hotel changed us to the row of rooms. The noise was much less. The next morning we inquired that there was a private bar next to it. Night and night night songs, usually until 12 o'clock on weekends to 2 o'clock, the hotel is very helpless, no one to interfere with the prevention, the hotel's only solution is to give you earplugs. The sound of the motorcycle on the road next to the day was very clear. We contacted the hotel and Ctrip, and agreed to check out early (it was fixed for three nights). The butler was very polite to send us to the next hotel. So the noise is really fatal, and the noise is very clear. The problem is that I feel that there is a lot of noise tolerance. Hotel facilities and environment are still very good, butler is also very good, so everyone judges Ctrip’s active communication with the hotel is still very good. I feel that it is very convenient to use Ctrip in a foreign country.

I had a great stay overall at this hotel! The property is stunning and very grand, with spacious and comfortable rooms. However, I did notice a slightly unpleasant scent from the cleaning products used, which was a minor downside. The hotel is located further up the main road than I expected, and unfortunately, that road is not pedestrian-friendly. I only discovered on my last day that there’s a shortcut to the beach, which would have been great to know earlier—perhaps this could be highlighted better to guests. The breakfast buffet was impressive in size and variety, but I was disappointed by the lack of vegan options. Similarly, the room service menu didn’t cater to vegans, which limited my dining options. On one evening, I ordered food delivery, but the security policy meant the driver couldn’t enter the premises or leave the food with security. This required me to walk all the way to the gate to collect it, which was inconvenient. While I appreciate the need for security, I feel there could be a more guest-friendly solution. That said, the pool was absolutely fantastic, and the staff were consistently amazing—friendly, helpful, and professional. I also really enjoyed the live music in the evenings, which added a lovely touch to the overall experience. Despite a few inconveniences, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

Good overall but our room in the 3rd floor had some background engine noise from the roof. Breakfast used to be better last year, the eggs were poorly cooked (either burned or too row). Staff at the checkout were annoying and started calling 1 hour before checkout time then eventually entered the room 5 minutes before 12 noon although we had ‘don’t disturb’ signal which was annoying.

I had a great stay and experience at the Holiday Inn Resort. I arrived exhausted, sore & with the “Bali Belly” from my busy week in Ubud. The lovely lady at the reception immediately picked up on my state upon arrival. I appreciated her inquiring about what was wrong and her sympathy. The hotel also offered me complimentary ginger, turmeric, honey & lemon tea several times for the issue with my stomach. I found a gecko in my room. They tried to get it out but failed. They instead upgraded my room and moved me to a gecko free room. I really appreciated that gesture. The spa was equally amazing. I was met with friendly smiling staff all day long around the hotel. I loved the breakfast and the beach views. Thank you so much Holiday Inn for making my last few days in Bali Amazing. Don’t hesitate to book it!

Overall a great experience for our kids. Definitely one of the best or the best kids friendly hotel in Indonesia. Our boys love the swimming pool and play area, they were playing for hours and never get bored. The chocolate hour was amazing for our kids, they love it so much. I think the hotel really tried to think about the kids. Location wise was not ideal, wish there was a real beach but we are happy. For us adults we could go to Locca Sea House to enjoy some lunch and enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean at the cliff. We love the Movenpick, and would love to come again with our boys before they become teens. Thank you.
