      Going to the second hotel in Bali with my mother, the location is very good. If you want to go shopping, it is a bit remote. The beach is really super delicate and comfortable. It feels like a mirror. The sunset is very beautiful. The hotel service is really too Ok, my English is so bad that I can’t feel it is inconvenient. I have to check out at 4:30 in the morning. I told the front desk one day in advance that I wanted to pack breakfast. I was really prepared, so that we could also get in the early morning. I also eat very well. For me who goes to the resort every year, the breakfast at this hotel is the most abundant of all the hotels I have stayed in. The ordering and self-service are also different every day. It’s really rich and delicious. Every day after breakfast, I’m at breakfast. The BBQ dinner at night is not too expensive. The only thing the hotel lacks is that the windows of the balcony are not soundproof. The sound of the waves at night is a bit big, but it does not affect sleep. I feel completely full of vacation~

      It's very spacious. You made your own breakfast in the morning and it was delicious. The location of the accommodation is a bit inside an alley, so I took a taxi. The accommodation was great during the day, but a bit scary at night. I was more afraid of thunder and lightning while I was sleeping. The room was a bit dark and uncomfortable. As soon as I opened the door, a frog came out and surprised me. There was a bathtub, so I had a half-bath and it was nice. The bathroom is outdoors, so it feels good, but why is the water so salty?

      I started to read the comments and thought that the hotel was free to pick up the plane. Before the actual departure, I sent an e-mail to the other party to request a reply. It was necessary to pay for it. 250,000 yuan, the road from the airport to the hotel was blocked. After check-in, I sent it to live. The waiter in front of the door also provided the foot washing service personally. I was very embarrassed and gave a tip. On the first floor of the whole house, there is a twin room on the second floor of the big bed room, and there are toilets upstairs and downstairs. I am very dissatisfied with the air conditioner, there must be a fault, I will produce ice on the floor, and I can only turn off the air conditioner before going to bed to prevent the huge abnormal noise from affecting sleep. . . One day, I came back at around 20:00 at night. I was very tired. When I opened the door, I found that there were at least 3 strange male waiters in the bedroom on the first floor. I saw that I told them that they were deworming, fighting medicine, and I am very embarrassed to ask where I am going to play today? Unfortunately, my English is not good. I don't know what the English language is. I don't even bother to chat with him. . I wonder why the potion is not working after the day out. Do you have to delay until so late? I will check out the next day. The reception desk also specially called to ask if I need a car. When I left, I declined their paid service. There is also a small variety of breakfast, about three or four can choose, British, Balinese, very simple, a plate of fruit in the refrigerator every day. . There are also many mosquitoes and flying insects, and many bites of mosquitoes are bitten. The mirror of the toilet will lead to a lot of lights. The feeling for me is that Villa is too primitive, feels like a homestay, this price is low price, but it is a family, living in a building is quite cost-effective.

      7th visit to our favourite hotel in Bali. Blu Zea by Double Six. So great to get back there after the pandemic travel restrictions had been lifted. The hotel has been well maintained and was always kept clean and well managed. The staff in every area are delightful and welcoming & so pleased to see guests returning. We had a first floor room with a balcony overlooking their beach style pool. There were always plenty of pool chairs and a great lap pool as well for my travel buddy to do her swims. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Delicious breakfast, 24 hour room service. Lush gardens. Swim up pool bar..Something for everyone. The treatments at The Spa are always a blissful experience. Short walk to Seminyak beach, great shopping & restaurants all around. Loved everything about our 10 days there. .

      We booked this hotel last minute when we decided to add 3 days in Bali to our vacation before going to Singapore. While the price was right on the hotel, we quickly figured out why. Pros: The free airport transfer was there right when our flight landed. Our room was ready for us upon our arrival. Cons: The windows on the villa did not have screens nor did the windows shut fully. This was fine except for the bugs that came in at night. Both my wife and I got many bites even with the netting that surrounded the bed. The patio area had a colony of ants on it. We never opened the doors to the patio for fear the ants would come in. It was mid-summer and very hot/humid. The air conditioner could not keep up with the humidity in the room due to the windows that were not sealed fully. The sheets always felt damp from the humidity and never seemed to fully dry out even with air conditioning going. The shower had mold in it. The location is walkable to get to the beach and downtown however, it is not in the center of the action. We were aware of this fact so this didn't surprise us. During the daytime the pool had a decent number of guests around it. The poolside bar was open sporadically. We didn't understand why the cash-bar wasn't staffed more often. We were willing to buy more drinks but had a hard time finding servers. When we checked out they had someone in the room inspecting the room for any reason to charge us while the front desk ran through the checkout procedure. They questioned us about a pillowcase that had a mark on it (not due to anything we did). My wife was able to clear up that confusion but it was a very odd thing to be questioned about during checkout. If I were to travel back to Bali we would definitely book a different hotel. The cheaper cost was not worth what we lost in quality.

      i now come to grandmas already for the last 7 years. the beach is a 2mins walk, the street has lots of resto's and bars where you can get great food. the hotel has a great bar right nextdoor which is handy when you fancy a nice cold beer at 10am. the rooms are very functional and have everything a solo traveler needs. i will come back to grandmas again for the next 7 years !

      Resort theme hotel with nice ambience. Breakfast is moderately varied (most dishes are repeated daily). Next to the hotel are spa/massage place and minimarkets. There is a small mall attached to it with some traditional Balinese handcrafts, souveniers, and clothing - this can be a convenient one stop for all you need during your vacation. Location is not sea/ beach facing, so if you want to go to the beach, you can either walk or hail taxi/ rental service.       Had a great time here. They gave us some cake and goodies because it was our anniversary! Location is fantastic as it is near the airport, the beach and one of the malls’. And taking a cab from here to the other places like Canggu and Seminyak was much easier as well. Room was spacious and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was underwhelming but it could’ve been because we went almost one hour before they stopped breakfast. If you’re not into that Villa life and just want a good place to rest before spending the rest of the day out, this is a really good consideration

The only suggestion to improve will be service at the restaurant. Otherwise it is still my top choice to stay at seminyak.

      We have business event on this hotel from 9-13 November in this hotel. Everything went perfect until we realized that the air conditioner was not working properly, the living room air conditioner worked like a fan, and the bed room air conditioner was even worse. Been complaining about this to the housekeeper, he was so nice, resetting our AC and asked us to call FO if in the next 1 hour the AC don't show any improvement. After 2 hours, I decided to call FO regarding this problem, she was so nice, sending us the maintenance engineer ( he came shortly, nice person) to check but still no improvement at all, my point is if there is something wrong with the room, please don't sell it, even the temperature corridor is cooler than our room. Thursday evening, my BF forgot a box of mask 😷 in the meeting room, that mask belongs to the participants, there is no way the participants would stole it since we still need it for Friday. Plus, the thief only took the mask and left the box alone, we assume that this is related to the cctv. He complained to the front office Friday morning, the front office staff said that she would check it first, however, no confirmation arrived to our attention, we were so upset about this since this related to lost and found and the staff was not paying enough attention.       The service and service are good. Nice receptionist and hotel waiter. Unfortunately, it's worsened with a very unfriendly security at all. Security should have enough to tell the rules, not angry and talking constantly. We'll understand and follow the jerk once told. It's really a pity that the good hotel and facilities are worsened with unpleasant security image. Maybe it's fixed by management.

      I was stay in this hotel again last August 3rd for 1 night. The I got bigger room again this time and thank you for the hotel team effort for your nice service. I read another review from the other reviewer for this hotel. Well yes, this hotel really need a lot of maintenance, but compare to the room facilities and the prices, it's still affordable for a 4* hotel. I think if you need better hotel, you may find another 4* hotel that more expensive of course. Yes my shower was leaking and the 2nd bathroom was a bit smelly (I got 2 bathrooms in my room). But I never used my 2nd bathroom. Well overall with the affordable rate and the big room, I can't complain too much since the rate will show their quality. Anyway this hotel is really fit with the budget traveler who need a bigger room or having budget family holiday. My suggestion is choose the ”room only” option instead of complaining the breakfast. So you can explore another good restaurant around Benoa and Nusa Dua area for your breakfast since there are a lot of restaurant not far from the hotel.

      The hotel has a nice resort feel. Staff are friendly. The pool is big with a jacuzzi. Room is consider big and free mineral water is provided daily. The only thing I was unhappy about is the airport pickup service. I email my request 3 times and nobody from the hotel replied. And I asked Trip.com to check and they were able to help. However, the hotel charges for the service is $300,000 IDR which is super expensive. A normal flag down ride to the airport is about $25,000 IDR. Breakfast in general is good and enough.

      Overallm its a good cheap hotel which is near some good cafes, restaurants but away from main seminyak and kuta. Buffet is pretty average but thats what you get for $7AUD. They do not mop the floors in the rooms....they sweep but no mopping...the floors are filthy and black when you wipe them. There is also dirt in the corners of the walls. I stayed on the top level and when it rained there was a leak so i could here the water dripping onto the ceiling....surely that will collapse soon. But apart from that..it was fine...If you want to spend more...stay at the marriot...which you can see from your hotel room.
