because of our bad experience at the greendili, we moved out and stayed here instead. they are just near each other. we became friends with one of the staff who was very accommodating to us. but the guy who he switched shift with was the exact opposite of him. had to pay 35SGD for the extra person charge. we had complimentary bottles of water. air conditioner though wasn't that cold. bathroom was spacious. near Ferrer Park mrt station (around 2blocks). checked out around 10am and they let us leave our bags at their storage room, went back for it around 8pm.

The boss should be Chinese (Chinese faces are posted with Chinese characters for ”luck and blessing” to the God of Wealth) but he doesn't speak Chinese. The employees are all Indians. It's very close to the Indian community. There are several bars and KTVs nearby. The sound is loud at night. You can store your luggage at a relatively cheap price. There are more European and American backpackers, Indians and Africans, but few tourists with Chinese faces.

They have many bed bugs, and of course you can't know in advance. Please don't risk to get bitten all over your body. They ruined my holiday. I booked and payed in advance for 6 nights, left after the second, stil working on trying to get back my money. Coacroaches in the bathroom. Staff is only one very rude person who does not speak an English which you can understand. I saw few conflict situation during my stay, other guest could not understand as well. If the hot water kanne is gone, he says I don't know. If you ask anything he don't care. The place is incredibly dirty, smells on pi. Many workers not many tourists. Reception is random, when receptionist is there time to time. Breakfast is nothing, no place to sit, if finished no refill. Please go to a clean and nice place instead of this and save your self what I went through.

This capsule hotel budget-wise is recommendable. The location is great and 5 minutes away from the metro station. I have taken the mixed capsule. I did not expect much because of the price but I stuttered with disappointment when I was there. I availed myself of a stay with free breakfast for 5 days and in these 5 days, never I had tried and seen any food. What I saw are leftovers kept uncleaned. I usually wake up at 5-6 am because I have a conference by 7 am. By that time, no food on the counter. The toilets were furthermore small and crowded. No social distancing or infection control practices. The spaces are cluttered, unkempt, and unmaintained. I have raised the issue to an Agoda representative who told me that I should have the breakfast inclusion. Still, the next day, no breakfast was there. I planned to talk to the reception but most of the time, staff are not present there.

I’ve had an amazing stay over at Lyf Farrer Park. The staffs were very friendly and the amenities available was great for long term stays. I’ve enjoyed my stay over and very convenient location behind City Square Mall. Great view with launderette, shared kitchen and coworking spaces. Definitely recommend for those looking for long term stays.

We stayed for 2 nights here but wish we had made it just the one. Everything was nice enough, the showers were warm but there was no ventilation in there so I felt sweaty again as soon as I was done showering and trying to dry off. Beds I found very uncomfortable but my partner said they were ok. We stayed in a double pod and it was just a glorified bunk bed with a little more privacy. The door to the pod didnt lock and there were buttons for things like TV but they were non existent. There was a locker but not big enough to fit travelling rucksacks. Could have done with a few more hooks, 4 hooks for a room that could house 6 people wasnt enough. Air con was good in the room though. Breakfast was self service, bread and spreads for toast, and little egg fryers and juice not much else.  Staff helped us with purchasing discounted tickets for attractions we wanted to see - Gardens by the Bay, Marina Bay Skydeck and Adventure Cove waterpark.  Location wise was its downfall for us. It's near Boon keng MRT line which meant we had a good hour or so trip to get places. We eventually moved to a hostel closer and cheaper near Chinatown which was the same space pod style.

Returned to stay again because I liked it the previous time. Thank you for the kind gesture to give us a freeze upgrade (though we didn’t make use of the loft at all). Been to so many hotel stays before but this is the first time seeing a toilet bowl full of pee stain when we lifted up the cover. Informed the concierge, only to have the housekeeping to come in and clean the toilet (just use chemicals to wipe and disinfect) in front of us. There’s no change of room discussion btw. This uncleaned toilet bowl is unacceptable but other than this, I’m ok with the hotel.

Very good location and the breakfast is yummy. Staff are kind and helpful. However, the staff should remind all guests to be quiet in the late night as there is noise and loud speakers from other rooms in the night. I noticed many other guests have said the same problem. Overall it's a satisfactory stay at this hotel and would choose it again!

This review is based on my 5 Nights staying there with my pregnant wife. I book thru Tiket.com app and was advertise as 4 star hotel (which I don't think they deserve to be called 4 star hotel, instead it's more suitable to be called a boarding house / kos-kosan). When booking, i mentioned in advance with special request ”Clean and well maintained rooms, pregnant women in room”. However, I was given a room number 313 which was located in the end of the alley and no Window with direct sunlight on it. It feels really moist for us, and the room is quite dusty, especially below the bed. I asked to change room, and the lady staff check and said to the other staff quietly whether can give the room for me or not, and the other staff shake her head and said to me directly that it's a full capacity hotel. I told them I don't mind to pay extra money for upgrade but they tell me they don't have any room left. Which I don't think so. I don't want to debate because I just had an 8 hour flight and just accept it. I also do have my reason why this place is more suitable to be called ”Premium Boarding House” instead of 4 Star hotel Other than they ignored my advance special request, They DO NOT PROVIDE ROOM CLEANING AT ALL. Bed sheet will be change after 4 Days, Towel can be changed daily but YOU HAVE TO ASKED EVERYDAY DIRECTLY TO THE FRONT DESK to change it. I do request to change my towel for 4 days to the front desk and throw the garbage. They do give me towel 4 times, but only throw my garbage 2 times. Also on the 4th day I asked to refill the body wash in the room, but they did not. Furthermore, there are groups of family with children, and they do make noise at 12.30am (some giggling, some crying). The walls between are really thin, so you will felt disturbed when someone shouting in alley or even talking. There's no phone in room to call the front desk, and if it was, there's no one on the front desk cause they only open until 10pm. There's no facility and amenities in room except a dirty kettle and 2 piece of toothbrush. This place also have it's positive side. It's near Farrer Park MRT station and a mall just opposite the building. Also the interior seems new. Hopefully this review can help you decide which place you will stay. I suggest to compare with other hotels before you book. I was expecting too much because I look the 4 star during the booking and expect at least minimum 4 star hospitality on the stay which has cause me discomfort. PS: don't accept room 313 - no clear window

We had a great time staying at the Dao by Dorsett AMTD Singapore during Christmas this year. We were warmly welcome by the staff during checkin. The staff was very friendly and even gave my baby a teddy bear as a welcoming gift. We stayed at the two bedrooms suite which was perfect for our family. We could prepare food for the baby in the kitchen and enjoyed dinner at the dinning room altogether. The location of the hotel is really convenience. It’s walkable distance to the infamous maxwell food center, the Chinatown and MRT station. The pick up spot for grab just right downstairs. We highly recommended this hotel. The buffet in the morning was really good. We stayed for 4 nights and the food were different almost everyday.

The hotel functions like a business hotel. Lack of warm hospitality that I witness in some other hotel chain. I was lost in the room as there were no communication as to what number to dial for conceirge. Only a number for housekeeping and they had to forward the call for me. When asked for late checkout, the answer was an unapologetic No. I guess the hotel has great business. And the bath was choked but they got it fixed. Plumber was fast and friendly but of course, it was still precious time wasted waiting for the bath to be fixed.

A rather short walk away from havelock station, concord shopping centre is nearby, but great world is a distance away. It has the typical amenities you would expect, toiletries, minibar etc. Lounge service was excellent - very friendly and helpful - and the canapes had some variety. Receptionist was unhelpful but most of the other staff i met were friendly and flexible. Overall a pleasant stay.

The hotel is at the very good location. It is very close to Singapore River sidewalk and MRT Havelock station. The facilities are little bit old, but the room is spacious. Will book it again when I am back to the town.

A wonderful and very convenient hotel to stay for anyone. The hotel ambience and room light and view of the busy city, yet the night light was also a delight. Take a walk to see Chinatown, the local Chinese food was delicious & (if U are able, try the durian and chendol) . Jus wanted to talk about the hotel breakfast, it was simple with both western and Chinese, but have to say, included was vege & cauliflower , one of the best ever . Kudos to the hotel. Cheers

Our stay at Parkroyal was a breeze. Checking in was smooth. Requested for 2 single bed but didn't got it, wasn't any issue. Cleanliness is perfect 👍 Breakfast spread was superb as well. The kids enjoyed picking up food by themselves (with supervision as the plates & drinking glasses were made from ceramic which was quite heavy for the little ones) Housekeeping were great as well. Checking out was smooth too as there was no queue. Great location! Bus stop is conviniently just right outside the hotel. Definitely a good staycation for the whole family 😌

The room looks old but is kept clean except for the blanket which have an obvious stain mark, but since its at the edge I'm willing to look past this. Aircond controls seems to be not working, making the room very cold eventhough fan had been set lowest and temperature the highest. The floor being tiles only doesn't help as well. Otherwise its a good 2 nights stay for me considering the convenient location. Service by the staffs are satisfactory as well.

Stayed at this hotel for one night only but no complaints about their service and cleanliness as it was top class. Booked a good king room and got upgraded to great king room for free. Since we checked in quite late (6pm), receptionist extended our check out time to 12pm with no additional pay. Aware that room size in Singapore is quite small but the room that we were in was spacious enough for 4 of us (2 adults, 1 4yo kid, 1 baby). Location wise is perfect, very near to Bencoolen MRT. Will def stay here again the next time we visit Singapore ✨

Fantastic Hotel! Staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to help. Check in was quick and easy, lifts work on a card and touch screen basis which is easy to use. Reception extended our room till 2pm free of charge and not much extra to keep it till 6pm. As a western visitor i struggled finding reviews of the breakfast.... best ive had in years of visiting Singapore. Fresh fruit, Yoghurt, juices and cereals. Breads, meats, salmon & pastries. Eggs boiled or fried on buffet but can order an omelette, sunnyside up eggs or poached eggs free of charge. Bacon, beans, mushrooms, asian breakfast inc sui mai,bao buns and noodles. Pancakes or waffles with berries and maple syrup. You wont go hungry. We had a twin deluxe room, lovely! Aircon and a ceiling fan both great. Lighting works off a panel.on the wall but easy enough to work. Cleaned every day, iron and ironing board in room and great hairdryer. Beds were really comfortable. Pool area was lovely and quiet. Pool not deep so great for families too. Pool towels provided and food and drinks served at pool. Honestly, apart from no hangers in the wardrobe i couldn't find a fault (ive spend over 20yrs in travel industry so can easily be critical). I would definitely stay here again!

Pleasant surprise to be able to check in earlier to the hotel and was provided a complimentary upgrade to a higher level room (Executive Marina Bay Room)! Room was spacious with superb view of the Marina Bay!! Service was great, housekeeping lady, Tina was friendly as well! Was also given a box of chocolates when we checked in and an Xmas sock on our 2nd day of stay as it’s Xmas eve! The pool comes with 2 huge donut floats. Unfortunately, not sure if it’s due to the weather, the water is really cold and cool. There’s also a kids indoor playground (socks to be worn). The playground is very kid friendly and clean. Definitely a pleasant experience, it would even more memorable if there were fire works!
