Brilliant few days staying here at this stunning place. The staff were so helpful with tying to sort visas out and always asked if we needed to do anything in the day. It’s lovely and quiet to escape the rush of Bali in certain places. It’s out of the way however a short car / moped trip and you’ll be able to go to restaurants, small local shops and hotels. You can use grab to get food delivery’s not a problem. Also very friendly dog called ‘panda’ which we loved. We’ll be back!❤️

The villa is as shown in the picture. The staff are very nice and helpful. We stayed in a villa no.9 which is quite far from the jungle club so we aren't getting disturbed by the party that was held every weekend. There is shuttle service from the hotel to the Ubud downtown around 5-6 times per day. They have 1 restaurant and 1 club. The restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner. The club is open for lunch, dinner and night party. But the club only has the starter and side dish menu, no main course. But you can order in-room dining to your villa. The spa and yoga class is very good also. Yoga class is free at 7 am. In summary this place is wonderful with an acceptable price.

Very memorable and wonderful experience, accompanied by the sound of the sky, the sound of the stream, the green of the eyes. The hotel's services are meticulous, and we also prepare rice paddy and terraced experience activities. The breakfast is very rich. What I want to say in particular is that if you bring a child, this is the best choice. A big white goose is prepared by the pool. Lunch can be eaten. The little ducks that are raised in the rice fields nearby have a taste more than the dirty duck restaurant. There are chickens that can fly far away. The children see the real pastoral scenery and are very happy. Recommend his home! Awesome! It is the highlight of our trip.

The hotel is conveniently located near fabulous restaurants, cafes and shopping at market stalls and a short walk to some great shops. It was a short walk to the beach however with two fabulous pools with swim up bars, why go elsewhere? The rooftop pool had 360 degree views and great for sunset shots. The main pool has a jungle wall and slide! Our room was clean and spacious and we loved the housekeeping including small treats left for us. The breakfast menu was extensive and did not disappoint. The restaurant on site was fabulous. Great special nights and a place to watch the world go by! I loved the complimentary sunrise yoga class on Fridays and the spa salon was divine! Enjoyed 3 different treatments during my 6 day stay. Special thanks to all the staff, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Special shout-out to Sintya Lisna who was so welcoming at Reception and talked to us about special events celebrated throughout the year. Thank also to Gusti, our driver who gave us a wonderful day in Ubud. Could not fault the hospitality.

Great location and very friendly staff .. they do everything to make guests happy … clean beach and quit a lot of chairs .. housekeeping is amazing especially Aldino that made all the request perfectly right … breakfast could have some improvement on hot section since everyday is the same .. pastry is quit good as well as crapes idea .. still quit a lot of variety .. .. food in other restaurants is quit ok but portions could be bit bigger for the price .. the only flow is that there is way too many mosquitoes around so one can’t sit outdoors after 6:30 pm which is really pity especially that there is nice restaurants at the beach with music .. they need to buy some outdoor fans and spray daily .. one does not have this problem in Jimbaran .. the only reason I might not consider going back is mosquitoes!! They bite like crocodile … bite places are swollen and achy!!

The villa is not well prepared for my family staycation. We had broken tv, bathroom electricity black out at one of the room. Super slow internet even just to watch the Netflix. Not recommended for digital nomad out there. Living room quite dusty and got kinda moldy roof smell when we turn on the fan. Really need to improve the service quality especially for local guest.

2nd stay and just the same warmth and hospitality I experienced during my 1st stay. Pak Aji attended to my check in and it so smooth and seamless which was exactly what I needed after a late night flight. The stay itself was also very pleasant. Only issue I have was that you can hear people coming in and out of rooms outside and if they talk loudly due to soundproofing issues perhaps. Other than that, excellent:)

1. The aircon was very loud and noisy . Informed staff and they sent a workman to fix it the next day . It made no difference. They offered to send someone in the following day but i felt it was becoming an invasion of privacy so declined 2. Mosquitoes in the room . I recommend nets over the bed as i was a feast for them overnight . The staff offered fly spray but i didnt want to inhale the toxic staff while there. I checked out a night early as i didnt feel this to be a relaxing experience. The hotel is reasonably priced though and the grounds and architecture pleasant otherwise

Internet is extrem slowly and ist impossible to do anything useful with it. The Pool and pool bar are closing at 8pm!!! Which is more than ridiculous and the main reason, why I won’t book that hotel again. Bathroom design is not well planned and the double function door will wetten the whole room, each time when used, toilet seat half loosen and fall one sides into the toilet. On top many lloud Chinese in the morning and an alarm clock isn’t the room, which can not be deactivated and wakes you up every morning at 7:00 with a loud „no radio signal“ sound. , breakfast do not have cheese or salami or any sausage choice and the ordered eggs arrived every time so late, that we were already done. ! The Free given Drinks are only alcohol free All over all, and even the staff was nice and extremely friendly, I would not suggest that hotel, if you like to use the pool and have a proper western breakfast.

What an incredible stay at Holiday Inn Resort Nusa Dua! The service provided was impeccable, starting off with an upgrade to an ocean view room when our pool view room was undergoing maintenance upon our arrival, followed by complimentary fruit and chocolates as another apology, along with a chocolate cake and bed decorations for our anniversary. All staff members were so friendly, helpful and approachable throughout the whole week of our stay. Also nice to see that feedback forms are actually acknowledged and acted upon very promptly (unlike other places) as we made a simple suggestion for the breakfast to include avocado and hollandaise sauce and the next two days staff members offered us specially cooked eggs benedict with avocado. Cannot fault a single thing about our experience and without a doubt will be back to stay in the future! Special mention to duty manager Geksa who frequently checked in with us and went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable!

My family and I have stayed here on a few occasions as well as other 5-star resorts, but we prefer Movenpick. The architecture is appealing from the outside to the inside. The rooms are large and well appointed with a large Bali bathtub, natural stone accents and color palette. Linens are luxurious, which include down comforters and oversized pillows. Service is superior to most Bali resorts. From the personal interaction with Maicel at the front desk to the servers in the restaurant & pool side bar….all creating a memorable & personal stay. Thank you Movenpick employees. We’ll see you in a few months for another great experience.
