Stayed there during a business trip for 2 nights. Super friendly check-in, even at 12 mid night. The counter staff, specifically Mohd Ashraf, is a delight and extremely knowledgeable. I found him to be courteous, professional and accomodating, even at very late at night, and still the only person at the counter. Discovered the Superior King room had no fridge and the shower gel container was empty when I checked in. Told Housekeeping and it took a day for them to find a mini fridge but they somehow failed to refill the shower gel container. Luckily, I brought my own shower gel. There was no centralised lighting switch in the room. Everything had to be switched on and off manually. The shower area was partially cleaned with dust trails all over the edges. The same with the toilet. And the same with the room. This told me the housekeeping staff only cleaned the most covenient areas and did not do a thorough job. But it was ok. The bed and pillow was super nice and the room was quiet even though it was facing the monorail Kota Damansara station. I also remembered to close the curtains for some privacy. It was a direct line of sight to this station and the main road. Even though the monorails were running, I could barely hear any noise. The two nights were very peaceful and I woke refreshed and ready. The wireless broadband in the room was very good and I conducted several video calls and two video conference sessions in the evening and at night. The table and chair was suited to my needs. Housekeeping also did not replenish my complimentary water bottles but again, it was only a slight inconvenient as the electric kettle was really useful. I had to remove the electic kettle from its box as the steam from the boiling water really fogged the upper glass kitchentop. Parking was super convenient. Totally loved the breakfast buffet. Had my business conversations and caught up with my business partner during breakfast. Breakfast ended at 10.30am but that is plenty of time. The kuih-muih or local pastry was beyond my expectation and very very very good. The miso soup was incredible and the staff actually knew how to do perfect half boiled eggs. Not hard boiled and not raw - served nicely on a tiny bowl. The chef would actually break the eggs into the bowl separately to make sure it was acceptable, then combined it into a single bowl. Perfect. I have stayed in many hotels and I am glad it was available at Royale Chulan Damansara. The salami and cheese choices were very very good and so is the assortment of curries and roti canai. Absolutely delicious. The only item not on par was the coffee machine.

Stay end may 2023. Hotel has past it glory day. Took family room 618. The king size bed and 2 single bed are separate by a sliding door. There is only a single toilet inside with standing shower, bathtub, basin area, toilet area separate. So need not wait for each other to finish their shower time. I think the staffs did the best in cleaning up the room. But some areas are really either spoilt or tore etc. Can be seen from the photos taken. Currently the hotel is under going renovation. Hopefully it can improve in the room lighting, spoilt areas and tore areas. Also the door knots from the outside seem to be falling apart liao. TV channels also limited for a so call 4-5 stars hotel. Therefore the 500 RM price tag for the family room is not worth it. This hotel is near the malls the curve, IPC and ikea, and kidzania. You can also use the MRT to go to other places. There is another hotel call royal chulan damasara. So be careful not to mix up the 2 hotels.

Stayed in a Deluxe Queen with no window room. Room was a tad tiny but it served its purpose if you just need a room to rest and shower before heading out to your destination. Simple breakfast was included such as scrambled eggs, mushroom omelette and roti canai set. They even had toast, jam and butter. However, I would prefer if the bathroom had shower curtain or glass sliding door. Else, the floor would always be wet due to water spillover once someone showered. Anyway, this hotel is recommended since it is nearby to shopping mall such as 1Utama, The Curve and IKEA.

This system with self-registration not that much convenient. In the description it was stated that parking is free for clients but we were unable to make us of it and payed 10 RGT (were supposed to do even more but it occasionally costed us less due to holidays). Room not that much clean.

I think it's okay in an apartment hotel. There are a few issues to note. First, there is no tissue paper, only roll paper is provided. Second, although it was a hotel that opened 2 years ago, many facilities such as bathtub leaks. The exhaust is the same as the tank. Third, not even a bottle of water is supplied, only by boiling water or buying it yourself. Fourth, this is what I hate the most, that is, there is no hand soap or hand soap. How can we save this in such a period of attention to hygiene. The parking lot is charged. As this is an outsourced rental, you cannot enjoy free parking at the hotel itself, but it is not expensive. It costs RM 2.50 for the first hour and RM 1 for 1 hour. Breakfast is not needed anymore, you can choose slowly beside and nearby. If you are busy, you can go to the convenience store downstairs and have everything.

The hotel has always been my top choice for staycation in pj area. But unfortunately I have something to say with their newly launched parking payment system after my recent visit. First of all, it is already bad to require their guests who drive to pay for parking fee during their stay in the hotel. And despite providing a flat rate of RM3.00 to their guest, none of the staff has taken initiative to inform until being asked ( neither does the payment notice as indicated in my attached photos has shown any clue about that) . Even after being asked, they failed to provide clear instruction on the way to redeem, and eventually I had to pay extra for the parking fees due to the lack of notification and instruction.

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Tq to Mr Azizi, a reception officer at Check in Counter were helped to serve us during the check in. He was very helpful and polite. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast was ok. But need to more variety with Traditional food. This serves to commend on the excellent service rendered by your friendly hotel’s staff during our vacation.The room allocations were done with effortless ease as we arrived there. Hilton is one of my favourite hotel chain. I had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton hotel. The hotel is accommodative. They maintain a very good standard on service, from front desk to house keeping. Cleanliness ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The room is clean and spacious. Toilet especially bathtub is clean. The bed is nice and comfy. A comfy bed after a long hour is the best. Efficiency ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The check in and check out procees is fast and easy. There is no queue at check-in and I was quickly checked in and got my key. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Parking ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Im not familiar with this area. So, I park in front of the lobby and im too lazy to find the basement parking. Since arrive late and i will leave early, i just park in front of the hotel lobby. For your info, if you park in front of the hotel lobby, you need to move your car before 8am. City council will do their round at 8am. Location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Located at the centre of Petaling jaya. Near to Kuala Lumpur. This hotel is great as it is connected to the KL Sentral station. It makes you so easy to access to public transport. If you want to commute using public transport, this is the best choice. If you are from KLIA, you can take KLIA express directly from airport. This hotel sits on top of Sentral station. Overall hilton never dissappoint me. Always had a pleasent stay at hilton.

This was my first time staying at Avante, and I enjoyed it! Room was spacious, clean and bright. The infinity pool was big and the view was very nice. The buffet spread was good, love the salad bar where you can harvest your own salad. We visited the lounge at sky deck, drinks were reasonably priced. Hotel staff were friendly and professional. Lastly, location was good too. It only took us 5min to walk to 1 Utama via the sheltered linkway. We will definitely come back again. Thank you Avante for the wonderful stay.

It's okay to stay for the first time, the environment is very clean, there are no shopping malls near the location, and you can go to mid valley by taxi nearby. As for the hotel room, the bed is clean, comfortable and the space is large. There is very little dust, but there is less food to eat. Generally speaking, I will come back to this hotel again. Remember to take the card when parking.

Located beside a mall (Paradigm mall petaling jaya). Impossible to walk beyond your hotel and the mall. Its beside a highway looking underground exit so if you're looking for things to do (eg night markets etc), you might want to pick something within the KL city. The mall is pretty big with major fashion retailers such as h&m and a sizeable supermarket at the basement. Hotel has a nice view from the rooftop. There is also a rooftop pool - no one was using it on both occasions that I've walked by. Decor and room wise is nice and standards as expected by Le Merdien hotels. Breakfast options were also decent. My major gripe is with the bed. It is really hard, almost felt like I was sleeping on a hard board covered in sheets. Usually I wouldn't say anything but my body was aching every morning just from the bed. The pillows are too hard, I got a stiff neck in my first night ... and every night I struggle to sleep because of the bedding issues. Just take note that the hotel is near a mosque and morning prayers start around 5-6am. So if you're not a practicing Muslim and not a deep sleeper, you'll be awakened every morning. This coupled with the bad bedding really ruined my experience at le merdien. It's unfortunate.

Had a pleasant and enjoyable stay overall. However, I remember booking a superior room with a king bed on the app but we got a room with 2 twin beds instead. We were too tired from our trip to make a fuss about it and just joined the beds together. Perhaps, the cleaning staff should clean under the beds once in a while. Photos are the beds and view of the town from our window.
