It’s very rare to live in nature while you’re in the city. Well flamingo hotel in the KL did it! Super cozy and comfy room, plus complete amenities i’d say. My intention was just to relax my mind and havva me time. They had a very big lake, so serene. Glad that i chose to stay here. Breakfast wise, love that the omelette and sausages were cook freshly upon request. Oh yes their BBQ dinner was delish! Worth every penny. Anyways thank you Mr Bas for the great service during my 4 days stay. You and your staffs were so helpful and always make sure the foods were theree. This hotel was so cool but it’ll be more attractive if they can improve here and there. Would be nice if the receptionist can be more welcoming (?)

We jz needed a place to sleep. Its a walk up shoplot jz above a mamak restaurant. Paid less thn rm100 for a decent room. Room was clean. Bath was spacious n clean. They had TV in d room but it wasn't functioning well. Towels,, water, soaps provided. The receptionist was okay. Really walking distance to ampang puteri hospital and ampang point.

Pleasantly surprised. Room fittings & amenities good. Cleanliness as expected from past reviewers. Parking tops due to RM 2/- flat rate after 6pm. Applies also for Sundays worth since gated. Booked last minute then arrived very late. After a rushed day trip to Genting Highlands. A chair in room would be nice. Bath towels seen better days. TV should have more channels with better reception quality. If not for the location would opt stay elsewhere. Lift until 3rd floor convenient. Abundant restaurants & convenience stores. Still good value for price paid.

lobby is atas kedai. ada lift. bilik ok je. bersih. tandas bersih. cuma cadar selimut tu tak berapa , maybe housekeeping lupa tukar. tuala okay tp nmpk tuala lama,blh nmpk dr kainnya. heater + aircond semua fx dgn baik. iron request kt counter, overal okey. bwh ni gmbr bilik no window. dalam bilik xde tea n coffee,air drinking je, sabun flavour kelapa ready dlm dispenser. ,no shampoo

Conveniently located beside ampang point shopping centre. Plenty of eateries at the surrounding area. Convenient store and bank are just stone throw away from the hotel. Fast check in and out. If you drive, car can park at the front of the hotel, just inform the reception staff and they are friendly to assist you. Room is clean but can be improved. Room also provide a kettle, tv and wardrobe. Room is just nice with window facing shoplots behind. Overall satisfied with the staff service and the room.

The apartment is actually nice and new, the room is clean, and it is very convenient to get in and out, but it is basically similar to Airbnb-style self-service check-in, especially for Chinese citizens going abroad, it is a bit inconvenient. It is best to add a little humanized check-in convenience

A bit pricey but this hotel is located right in middle if Pandan Indah. Numerous eatries,banks,shops,clinics and even a private hospital within walking distance. Rooms are clean and the linen are clean too. Healthy living with a Japanese garden/Zen feeling given. There is aromatherapy and the whole place smells wonderful. Could be a problem for asthmatics though. Beds are very comfortable and the toiletries given are very soothing. Breakfast is free. In a restaurant right below the hotel.Very good food. One thing I did not like was the fact that they photostated the identity card and kept a copy without informing.And it is done on every visit. This is for one,a violation of our rights. Second it is a security risk. In this age of scams,such photostated documents have very high chances of being misused falling into the wrong hands.Hope that the nanagement takes note. A very good experience otherwise and please keep it up management.

I booked this 3rooms apartment for my small family gathering, it was 6 adults, 3 childrens and 1 baby of us. The apartment was so spacious, simple decorations which really suits us. Paul the caretaker was very nice,helpful and guide us physically during checkin and checkout. The outdoor pool was average, a bit small but my kids were enjoying. Didnt managed to checkout lazy river,swedish garden as we dont have much time. At nightvwe just ordered foods via grabfood.After checkin and before checkout we only play at outdoor pool. It was enjoyable vacations.

1) Clean n cheap hotel at pandan Indah area. 2) breakfast : Very lousy. Very limited food. As buffet breakfast. But you can't eat as much as you can. Must follow their menu, which set by the restaurant. Set a.. B.. C.. D.. Etcs. Example, nasi lemak, chilli, egg, cucumber.. As set A. The drink, coffee n tea.. No taste. I hope the hotel should discontinued using next door restaurant. Lousy food. We stayed for 4 days, we need to collect the coupon daily from the counter. . So inconvenience. Their WiFi also, changed it everyday too. You need to request the password from counter. Very weird idea.. 3) make up room : after the make up, every night facing alot mosquitoes in the room. Kindly take note.. Room 217. 4) service : all that nights still OK..n happy to stay. The last night, we didn't request for make up room. Once we reached hotel. We Request new towel, mineral water, shampoo n body shower at counter. Facing to a good looking but rude attitude . Speak to him twice, he totally ignored us. Never answered yes or not. Moreover speak to him in bahasa Malaysia.. His face like zombie. No expression at all. We waited in the room about 20 minutes.. Till we have to intercom again to counter. But answering by malay lady. It took, less than 5 minutes, the stuffs arrived. After another 5 minutes, the lousy guy came with the stuff. We informed we got the stuffs already. He still showing the zombia face to us.. The hotel management should educate the employee since its service industry. 5) TV : not many channel. Unfortunately all the channels not clear at all. Oh my god.. So boring. How can this thing can be happened!! At this century.. Kindly take note. Fit it..!!!
