We stayed for 5 nights at this resort and it was an excellent stay. It is in middle of Tjampuhan just 10 minute to Ubud Palace, Museum, tradisional Ubud market and monkey forest. The staff was ever willing to help and very friendly. Tjampuhan Spa is a great place for an excellent Spa. Siti and Tini were excellent at The Spa . Tjampuhan breakfast was delicious and great.

This hotel is amazing quality and value compared to many others in ubud at a similar price. We have stayed at 5 different hotels in the area over time and this is far cleaner, more inviting and smarter than any of the others. We paid around £20 per night on a last minute deal. The hotel can’t be accessed by car but I left my wife with the bags at Alchemy (which is a great yoga / dining place) while I walked to the hotel. The guys immediately offered to come with scooters to collect our luggage. The room is smart with great quiet air conditioning and a lovely big shower. Kettle and fridge are useful. There’s a tv but we didn’t use it. The pool here is really lovely with 7 or 8 sun beds. I recommend hiring a scooter or using Gojek scooter taxis if staying here as it’s nicely out of the busy town centre. Either hiring or scooter taxis are both really cheap anyway and give you the peace from the chaos of town, with the flexibility to get in and out easily. Nice places to eat nearby. Will definitely use this place again when back in ubud.

The location of the hotel was a bit wordy. The taxi could not be reached. The local drivers looked for a long time and kept talking. They almost wanted to get off our family. Basically refer to the better level of domestic farmhouses. Except for swimming pools, there are too many mosquitoes to make people sleep. For breakfast, basically refer to the level of Ubud street shops. Do n’t think about taking the baby. You have to walk a long way to get there. , The alley in the mountains, the couple may feel quite emotional, the result of taking the baby is that the baby takes one more step and wants to cry, walking 15 minutes from the Ubud Grand Palace, taking the baby for at least half an hour, Ubud is narrow, There are many, many motorcycles, and the baby is small and can only be reached by carrying and carrying. Ubud market is looking for food. It is half tired, and when it returns, it is bitten by mosquitoes. I hope Ctrip can remind the hotel that the car cannot be reached in the future, so as to avoid too much trouble with baby travel. The health problem is basically referred to the better farmhouse. If it is not controlled by the hotel, it can basically be tolerated. In short, this trip booked 4 hotels on Ctrip, this one may be considered less satisfied. Tips: Parents who come to Ubud should bring mosquito repellent, or they can consider not to sleep at night. Of course, there are also hotels that do a good job in repellent.

Yunita is very sincere and kind. We stayed for 3 nights. We have 2 children aged 7 & 8. On the first day, we were charged an extra breakfast fee of 211.750 Indonesian rupiah for 1 person. On the second day, we were told that we wanted 2 extra breakfasts. We said that we were charged 1 extra person for the 2 children yesterday. The adult breakfast fee is only for one person, and the same fee is charged for one more person on the third day. Yunita gave us free afternoon tea on the first day with 4 desserts and 2 drinks. We forgot to eat it on the second day, and afternoon tea on the third day. Different reception, we were given 2 desserts and 2 drinks. The afternoon tea was not child-friendly. There was no latte for breakfast. You could only add black coffee with milk. The drinks were not self-service. There were only black coffee, tea and orange juice. Children were charged. Breakfast cost nearly NT$500. I think the CP value is quite low. I thought the breakfast was average. I booked a garden view room. The room was beautiful and the public pool was beautiful. We felt that Yunita was the most cordial and sincere in entertaining us, and EKA, if I remember correctly. Name, he helped us write notes to remind us of the shuttle bus time, free foot massage for 15 minutes, and free afternoon tea time. Thank you Yunita and Eka. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is great and worth coming. I hope there will be at least a latte for breakfast and pizza in the restaurant. Very delicious, I will want to come again

This was a last minute booking. Check in was a breeze, but It didn't dawn on us until later that we got zero instructions (breakfast time, etc.). The room was small but comfortable but was in need of a reno. The bedding had stains and seen better days. The shower tiles were grimy. The pool looked slightly cloudy and there was mold around some of the edges. With the exception of the manager who spoke English, it was difficult to communicate with staff. We never had breakfast there because we could never figure out when breakfast was served. This property has so much potential. All is needed is a slight renovation and better upkeep. The location is excellent. We also rented a scooter from them for only 60K a day. We made the best of it though, but I wouldn't stay here again unfortunately.

Friendly greetings at all times, we had the pool access room. The bed was one of the best we've slept in. The shower over the bath wasn't our cup of tea. The room was clean but the bed facing tv didn't work. Once off the main road it was quiet but the night club next door roared to life at midnight. . The breakfast was sensational and varied slightly each day. After hours meals and room service was very accommodating. The fridge was not the greatest in keeping thing chilled but adequate. The pool (the longest I've seen) with a hidden waterslide was lovely and views from the top pool and deck was special

Beautiful hotel. The building, gardens, ocean view, swimming pools, foods and everything. Perfect. I love the main gate they have. Perfect spot for taking pic. The front desk senior staff helped us. More training needed for junior staff. Try to eat in tamarind and order their risotto with scallop. Yummy.

The villa is not well prepared for my family staycation. We had broken tv, bathroom electricity black out at one of the room. Super slow internet even just to watch the Netflix. Not recommended for digital nomad out there. Living room quite dusty and got kinda moldy roof smell when we turn on the fan. Really need to improve the service quality especially for local guest.

The room is so clean, I enjoyed staying in Aston Denpasar for 3 nights, maybe I'll be back soon, if I'm going to Bali. The staff is so nice, and the breakfast is good. The wifi is kinda slow, but i still can use it. Thanks Aston Denpasar 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Staff is really friendly and respectful. The location is in the main road so you won't be able to enjoy anything in a walking distance however all beaches are 5km away from the location. You can enjoy by renting a scooter from nearby areas. I enjoyed dining at the hotel, they have local and western cuisines. Swimming pool may cost you extra buck if you want to swim. I stay with Aston properties before and I enjoy their service, so I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for affordable yet good service hotels in Bali.

1. The aircon was very loud and noisy . Informed staff and they sent a workman to fix it the next day . It made no difference. They offered to send someone in the following day but i felt it was becoming an invasion of privacy so declined 2. Mosquitoes in the room . I recommend nets over the bed as i was a feast for them overnight . The staff offered fly spray but i didnt want to inhale the toxic staff while there. I checked out a night early as i didnt feel this to be a relaxing experience. The hotel is reasonably priced though and the grounds and architecture pleasant otherwise

I did not see. Pain was big my ash and my low back. Very less support. Waitress to busy and no manager. Needed next day fysio, what I had to pay by myself. Was very disappoint. As well the next days with words no compensation

It’s the perfect place if you have an early flight - with the most comfortable bed!! Everything is nice and clean and the people are amazingly friendly. I loved how helpful and kind they all were. It’s not at the best location, as Bali has tooo many other beautiful beaches and this hotel is not situated at one of those beautiful beaches. Other than that, I can’t complain at all. I had a great evening there with an early morning flight. The hotel shuttle to the airport was free and they packed a lovely breakfast for me to take to the airport since I left too early to get breakfast at the hotel.

What an incredible stay at Holiday Inn Resort Nusa Dua! The service provided was impeccable, starting off with an upgrade to an ocean view room when our pool view room was undergoing maintenance upon our arrival, followed by complimentary fruit and chocolates as another apology, along with a chocolate cake and bed decorations for our anniversary. All staff members were so friendly, helpful and approachable throughout the whole week of our stay. Also nice to see that feedback forms are actually acknowledged and acted upon very promptly (unlike other places) as we made a simple suggestion for the breakfast to include avocado and hollandaise sauce and the next two days staff members offered us specially cooked eggs benedict with avocado. Cannot fault a single thing about our experience and without a doubt will be back to stay in the future! Special mention to duty manager Geksa who frequently checked in with us and went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable!

Movenpick is a beautiful hotel and was our final stop on our two-week stay between Bali and Lombok. We were initially booked into the wrong room (twin, not double) but this was sorted immediately. Good selection at the breakfast buffet but I do think the hotel is missing a trick by not cooking fresh crepes for guests. All the little touches made the stay great. We were a bit let down that service was slow and it was a struggle to find two sun loungers, even when we were up early. For guests staying in the hotel after check out before getting picked up, the hotel provides a room to shower in. This can be booked at reception and is cleaned between uses. All in all, a lovely stay.
