Hotel is very nice, clean, nice room, breakfast was also good. Few things to highlight: 1. Small lobby. Since hotel was big itself i was expecting more bigger and comfort lobby 2. Don’t have MRT near. Only bus station 3. Location was far from city center 4. No 7/11 kind of convenience store closeby 5. Didn’t have new bottle of water but purified water tube. Kinda liked it but also felt skeptical how fresh is the filter 😅 Since the location isn’t close to the city and despite the hotel itself was nice and room was spacious price was good fare. Enjoyed my stay thank you!

Room and common space, pool, gym all the facility is quite new and well maintained. Service is also good. When I getting back from the swimming pool in wet because of the sudden rain, a male staff kindly told don't worry and followed the way to wipe the path to keep the path from slipping. The only disadvantage is there's only one food court downstairs, very few options for dining. Generally very good place to stay.

Efficient clearing of rubbish at the lift landing. Could have left a Big SULO bin instead of letting guests leave it next to the recycling bins. Enjoyed my stay. Should not have removed the vending machines. It allowed guests to buy tit bits and drinks back then.

Something different from the usual hotels. It was a fun staycation living in a container turned hotel. Very well equipped kitchen with cooking needs like pots, sauces, oil, plates & utensils. We could cook our own meals and enjoy it at the outdoor balcony. The place was so nice & breezy in the evenings, it was so lovely. Surprised that fairy lights were installed so it added to the nice feel at night. My boys loved the basketball court just outside and the stay even provided a basketball! Loads of amenities just opposite at Fusionopolis, restaurants, cafes, food court, supermarket & 7-11. Timbre is also just a stone's throw away. Such a fun and different experience!

Our stay is one of the best experience. We usually book 3to5x per year staycation and for a basic or deluxe room their amenities are the best. Guarenteed that we will come back again as I book my birthday on October for staycation and we are going to try the suite room this time. staff are friendly and accomodating. MS. Booked a Deluxe Room with a beautiful pool view and garden sanctuary! The receptionist was friendly, and compliments to engineer Darren for helping us when we had difficulty connecting our laptop/nintendo games to the TV. Hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Towels and water station provided in the gym, and bath towels provided for the pool/sunbathing. They even provided delicious hot chocolate with toppings station for Christmas at the reception area! Hotel location is near Rochester Mall and Star Vista with several dining options and convenience shops. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

The hospitality was amazing! I want to come again. The hotel clerk was kind enough to grant my wish. I definitely want to stay here again when I come to Singapore. The location was very convenient and the house was very clean. There was a tap in the room so you could drink water freely. The laundry was also open 24 hours a day and was clean. Arrived early and was granted an early check in which surprised us. By the time we arrived in the apartment our language was there . You could utilise the slippers and gowns. Loved the bathroom and shower size . Water pressure was excellent. The is also a bath. Because of the washing machine I over packed . The room was serviced everyday . Thank you to Ivy . There is a tv in the lounge and bedroom which had a king bed . Don’t need to purchase water the apartment has water and if you venture out complementary water , apple and a shopping bag Is available. The breakfast is $18 and good for the price. We ordered lunch from the restaurant and they delivered it to the pool area. Food was delicious. The pool is well maintained loved the furniture . The toilets are air conditioned and beautiful . There is also a gym overlooking the pool. The pool itself needs some maintenance as there is some tiles missing on the floor. The pool offered water bottles and towels. Suggestion to management maybe have a fridge to cool the bottle waters. Within the complex there are places to eat and a small shopping mart . Not far from Orchard Rd with a Grab. Don’t forget to get the Grab app .

Booked a staycation for birthday celebration and made some requests months ago prior to the stay. Service was excellent from check-in all the way to the club lounge. Special thanks to the crew for accommodating my requests. Room was spacious and clean. A little weird that there was no decorations unlike my previous stay at other hotels. The room was well renovated with state of the art functions. A pity that the TV does not have Chromecast feature. When we returned to the room after the evening cocktail, we were surprised to see a complimentary birthday cake in the living room. One thing to note is that the bathroom is a tad small and cramped. As for the executive lounge, the variety of food is not as wide as the other Conrad. However, the quality of the food makes up for it. We love the seafood soup and pasta. As always, such a delight to see JW Black Label whisky being offered. Breakfast wise was similar to the executive lounge where the variety at the other Conrad is better and wider. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Conrad Orchard and will definitely return again.

I love the St. Regis! I have been here a decade ago, and this place's service and amenities have consistently exceeded expectations. As we were celebrating a birthday, they even gave us a little teddy bear and birthday cake to kick off the check-in. The room was clean and tastefully decorated, everything was working, and the bathroom facilities are superior. The bed was so huge and comfy and we snoozed really deeply with the button-controlled light-blocking curtains. Room service was great too (the fries was sooo good)

Front desk was kind enough to let me check in a couple of hours earlier. Was even greeted warmly when I arrived. Even let me have the lower bunk as requested. Too bad that there's a heavy snorer in the same room and I didn't have much sleep for the last two nights I was there and literally overslept my check in hours. Really have to rush myself out coz they have someone else for that spot, which was understandble. Overall, I am still more than happy with my stay over at Campbell Inn. Nearby 24 hrs convenient stores and eateries work well for me coz my work ends quite late at times. And they even have vending machines selling drinks and snacks and their own fridge selling sodas and drinking water. I will definitely be staying here again soon. Perhaps, for a little while longer next time. Thank you, Campbell Inn. Good job well done.

Booked for my mom and dad when they came over from Sydney to visit. Mondrian guests are mainly Caucasians, didn’t find anything special about the room. Hallway feels claustrophobic. I find that it’s quite inconvenient have to take a lift to lobby and walk again to catch another lift to room. Location wise it’s close to Tanjong pagar, Chinatown etc. I think would suit younger guests than guests my parent’s age 50+. Won’t say the service or amenities are any impressive, my dad did a swim and there was something sharp that cut his foot in the pool. He notified the staff concern on safety for other guest. Hotel didn’t really do much in terms of service or follow up.

The KTV downstairs from the room plays DJs until 2am every day. It plays apt every day. The locker I was given at first was broken. I changed it and it was still broken. At 1am, I found that my locker could not be opened and I couldn't take out my things. I personally feel that the facilities of this youth hostel are in average condition. The toilet is outside and shared with men. Isn't it a bit outrageous for a female youth hostel to share a toilet with men? And there are also male staff members. Pros: Good location, close to the subway station and Merlion Park, 10 minutes walk away. Free coffee and water (buy 2 new water at 711). I drink it every day. Everyone has a curtain and it's very private. No one makes any noise in the room. There is hot water for showering, free shower gel is pretty good, and there is a hair dryer. You need to queue for less than five minutes during peak hours to get a turn. I like Singapore

The shuttle’s that run from the hotel to Orchard/Stevens MRT are convenient, but most of the time I ended up taking the public buses since the shuttle times are not very convenient for those who would like to leave between 8:30-9:30 or come back to the hotel in the afternoon (the shuttles don’t run during a certain period in the afternoon). The bus stop is right outside the hotel which makes it convenient.

Location is not convenient due to uphill climb that is around 7 mins from the nearest station. Room was spacious but dated - wall at tv area had a huge crack as shown in photo . Breakfast variety and quality leaves much to be desired. Service was ok. 24 hour pantry with ample snacks was appreciated. Overall, unlikely to stay again.

The location is good. Clarke Quay Metro Station and Clarke Quay Shopping Center are just a few minutes walk away. There are two 7-11 convenience stores next to the hotel. The buses are also much closer than the subway. The minutes are here. The hotel facilities are fairly clean, the air conditioner has no noise, the bed is comfortable and not soft, there are free mineral water and oranges every day, there are not many samples for breakfast, but it is enough, eat in the morning and start the day. The room has a hair dryer, very nice. The front desk can help to call a taxi, there is a lift for the disabled, very practical. The room is very small, the washstand is next to the bed, the 20-inch suitcase barely opens two, and then it is more difficult to open the door.

Stayed here for 4 nights for a short visit to Singapore. Good value and great location, just next to Orchard Rd, behind Paragon mall. Room was tidy and clean, note that they only do housekeeping every second day. Rooftop pool is small but good enough for a quick splash. Don't expect too much of the gym, which is very small, it only has a couple of treadmills as well as free weights. All in all, a very decent place if you're looking for a budget option close to Orchard Rd.

Mary, Maica, and Carms were excellent team that help me in everything that I requested, thanks to all of them. The room was quiet at night even it is in China Town. Plenty good restaurants, near to two SMRT stations, ”China town” and ”Maxwell”, The cleans of the room was amazing and in the same floor you can wash and dry your clothes free or charge. The cooking stuff enough to cook a regular meal. Decent Internet speed. Easy check in and out. quick to revert the deposit to my credit card. Overall wonderful stay

Excellent service, nice staff and host. Love this clean, spacious and well equitment apartment. A palace ambience and super huge from the path way to the entrance and all the way to the unit. Felt like your own kingdom when you enter. Super economic price for singapore stay like this. The area is hidden in housing estate around tourist spot like chinatown and also towards east west side of singapore. They provide such a clean and huge water pressure not to mention which makes a plus tick for foreigner who is worried of water hygience. After my check out the staff also greeted me with super nice attitude and easy going personality. Very nice place that won't push or kick guest out once you complete the stay, everything was smooth and perfect. Nice idea of this concept!

Room is sleek and modern, also smells really good. Hotel is in a convenient location with Chinatown, Clark Quay and financial district by the doorsteps. Service is great and responsive. The bed and linen are comfortable. Only complaint is the lobby being on the 2nd level and the elevator queue is such a pain every time we go out. I stayed on the 13th floor and I feel the elevator prioritize the higher level (20th above). I booked a Grab when I waited for the elevator and the driver arrived at the hotel before my elevator. Multiple elevators skipped my floor went straight down or didn’t even move at all. I ended up paying penalty fee for the driver’s wait time.

The facilities are very good, it is a local villa area, very beautiful, the landlord is also very good, and provide a lot of help. The only thing that is not perfect is the 30 Singapore dollar sanitation fee, which is not cleaned. It is said that it will be cleaned only once in 7 days. We only live for three days. We do n’t have cleaning tools ourselves, which makes us unreasonable.
