      The hotel is great and i enjoyed my stay there, the room is very spacious and the toilet is quiet nice. The only problem i have with the room is the lack of provisions such as kitchen tools and utensils to eat, I was planning to cook and there were no pans provided making the kitchen unessential to my stay. They should also try to input a streaming service to their television. Provided a smart TV but without any streaming service, its just a standard television with basic channels. Would recommend staying here for business purpose near the city.

      I tried out the capsule and it was really fun new experience. The internet isn’t that great though. I didn’t use the wifi at all. The people around you can be noisy so if you are planning to get rest make sure to bring earbuds. Also note they don’t have storage for bug luggage. You can put it next to your capsule but don’t leave any valuables. I would definitely recommend it.

      Staff were fairly friendly and there were some excursions to offer. The room was decent and there was even a washing machine - major plus! The infinity pool had a fantastic view of the patronas and sunsets. Beside the pool, the gym was great for an actual workout with many machines and dumbbells. Problem was the location, only really accessible by car - or you could walk 30 minutes to KLCC

      The hotel location is good. Walking distance to KLCC and Saloma bridge. It takes only around 10 minutes. Variety of food for breakfast. Parking is free. The only lack is the noise from the club at level 13. Since I'm staying at level 15, the noise still can be heard. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

      This is my third time staying at this hotel. Choose this hotel again cause it's located at the central of bukit bintang. 2 mins walk to Pavilion mall, Starhill gallery. Further down is Bukit Bintang and nearby to the LRT station. Food can be found easily. Smooth transaction of check in, staff are all friendly. Got in to a huge bedroom. Breakfast was amazing.

Toilet is spacious and comes with bath tub. 2Swimming pool one at 1storey and the other on the 31st storey with stunning views. Gym is also fully equipped. Hotel provides complimentary shuttle to KLCC, Bukit Bintang and Chinatown. Had a great stay at Parkroyal Service Suites.

      The hotel lobby is grand looking but the room look a bit old (vintage) but all is in good condition. The only 2 complaint are on the plug and the lightings. there is too limited plug/switch maybe this is old building, 1 at boiling water table, 1 beside bed (foot side), 1 more at table using extension of 3. For lighting,the room is too dark for reading which I think can improve. The staff are helpful and the room is clean. The sound proof is good enough you won't hear the noise fr door and on street.

Everything is quite standard, the hotel differs from the others mostly by its location.

      We have stayed in many hotels in KL near Pavilion mainly, but we never tried any service apts. For this trip, we did not planned to stop by KL, but we had detour to KL unexpectedly. This time we decided to try The Face Suite and we booked this place just 2 hours before we reached KL. to be honest, this place exceeded our expectations. Upon checking in we were informed that we are not allowed to leave rubbish outside the apt. If it needs to be cleared, call up the front desk to get it settled. This ensures that the walkway to any apt were clean and a pleasing sight. The rooms were huge, we loved it. There was also a washer + dryer in the room, which helped alot as we had been travelling from 2 different states. We love everything in the apartment and we feel that this place might be our choice the next time we visit KL again.

      Check in early around 9am and had to pay an extra RM174 (should have made known before hand though), no choice had to pay and check in. Room was spacious clean and cozy, really love the vibes in the room. If you are driving, the only way is valet parking by the hotel staff, which can take quite long when you want to retrieve it (around 15-20mins waiting time). Maybe grab better? Traffic is quite bad at some areas in KL. There’s a charge for parking as well, not much. Oh, really love the toiletries smell by magonsteen. Enjoy the 1 day stay in the hotel, will definitely come back again.

      Good experience. 1 bedroom suite is big and comfortable. Bed is fluffy. Toilet is clean and water temperature works well. Kitchen amenities are complete. Price is good. Breakfast is basic. We went there at 10 and they didn’t refill the fruits. Breakfast ends at 10.30. egg station staff has an angry face and didnt feel welcome. No smile, didn’t talk or respond when I asked for 2 sunny side up. Except the bad experience at egg station, everything else was perfect. Walking distance to pavilion via banyan tree. Link bridge is open till midnight which is very convenient. Morning walk to pavilion arabica within 10mins per picture below. You need to ask for wine opener as it didn’t provide in room. However the service is prompt. Car park is free. Check in and check out took about 15 minutes. This could be improved.
