the hotel is in the senen area of central jakarta,strategic location,very accessible,not far from senen shopping mall,k.a station of senen,senen terminal. I booked this hotel for a night, before I also stayed at this hotel mid 2019. Price is appropriate. the room is very comfortable,the air conditioner is cold,it is quite spacious,the lighting in the room is good,there is a water heater,a deposit box,the bedroom and bathroom are clean.check-in service is easy,fast,no deposit is required. breakfast variety,quite good,clean,fast service.

Rivoli Hotel is situated strategically on Kramat Raya main street in front of TransJakarta bus stop Pal Putih, so convenient and really close. The room itself is quite big for this hotel standard, amenities are well equipped too. Room facilities are good too such as cable tv, bathroom (no bathtub), comfy bed, and wi-fi (it's fast but sometimes you have to reconnect again and again after several minutes and it's kinda annoying), air conditioner is quite cool. We cam checking in at 7 pm and the lobby is dark, the sofa area near the elevator and in front of the restroom where people can sit down and wait is darker tho... But overall we slept well and had a good stay here.

Because the location is close to the office and it is cheap, but if the service and facilities are not real, the bathroom is really dirty, the staff is lazy and get a room that does not match the application, and give them a bad room, you must complain first and then Changing rooms is a pity for the hotel management staff. If I were a manager, I would definitely take away the staff because the service was not good enough. For the owner of this hotel, please pay attention again. Too bad, this hotel is actually not bad, and very strategic, but the conditions and services are not the highest

The concept of this inn is indeed like an exclusive cost, it is indeed a bit difficult for cars to get into the location, but the room is comfortable, clean and fragrant, the condition is also as in the photo. All the food, including breakfast, is excellent, and the staff's service is very satisfying. The swimming pool was fun and made good memories. I stayed with my family for my birthday. I didn't get the birthday service I requested.ㅜㅜ However, the request for a quiet room was accepted, and there was no noise inconvenience caused by the guest, but I was unable to sleep throughout the stay due to the sound of prayer. If you want to feel the local area of Indonesia, not the city center, choose here.

Location very good and easy access to services, food & beverages. Breakfast has a huge range of options both local, Asian and Western but would be nice with a basic self service coffee and juice bar also. Staff overall nice and helpful. Rooms are a bit worn and rather small given the price though seems most other options in the area are also very expensive.

It has Free self service laundry room with two washers and one drier. Open 24 hrs. Awesome. The gateman is always great you. Very close to Sarinah to get excellent local food. Room is small but clean with 40 inch TV, coffee, and fridge

Nice place to stay, strategic hotel, next to harmoni exchange mall. The restaurant for breakfast is located at level 7, same as the receptionist level, but dont worry, there is a transit lobby at level GF, so not everyone can easily goes to lobby at level 7.

Stayed 2N in a 1BR (Rm # 2201) - the worse accommodation I've encountered in Jakarta where reputable hotel chains I've stayed before are always clean and pleasant. The stay looked unpromising upon getting the key cards in a very well used and yellowish looking jacket (ok, forgivable if is a sustainability effort in a post covid world and in a property where hygiene and decent upkeeping is obviously of lower priority perhaps?) Things started going downhill after I stepped out of the lift to be welcomed by the mouldy patch and peeling paint on the common corridor walls and ceilings. More to dislikes upon stepping into the room: - First impression is that it hasn't been in used for a while with blast from 80s decor - Strand of hairs on the sink top, bed, desks... everywhere in plain sight - Very used and dumpy looking sofa that doesn't felt too clean - Bedsheet isn't too clean with prominent old stain when you flip over the quilt - Old and dirty looking dryer with few packets of partially used washing powder - Yellowish looking switches with dirt and grime collecting around the corners - Standing shower isn't working as is leaking at the back with weak pressure - Balls of dust and peeling paint could be seen everywhere in the room - Wall and ceiling paints were peeling off here and there - Rain water could seep through the living room window causing the floor around the window to be wet - Final straw was the dirty and smelly fridge causing the lapis legit I bought from nearby Mandarin Oriental to reek of a terrible and unwholesome freezer stench Horrible, not recommended and a total rip off at S$250++ per night!

Good: great hotel, friendly staff, nice rooms with nice views, great rooftop and pool, easy check in, delicious breakfast Bad: although saying to use towels more than one day for sustainability, they were exchanged everyday. Electric problems led to switching on the tv in middle of every night. They weren't able to fix that problem.
