Hotel is in strategic location, the environment is great but once you enter the room everything changes. Room is very dirty, all toilet area are yelowish, lots of stain in bathroom mirror, lots of ants and mosquitos. I tried to complaint to front desk but they said that the ants and mosquitos inside the room is normal at their open boutique hotel. The telephone at the room is not working so i have to use my mobile to contact reservation. Most of the staff has poor attitude, lots of school trainee that obviously NOT being train well by the staff but seems they just using them. For me the number one problem of this hotel is poor Team Member Attitude and Management Leadership and it is affecting the whole hotel operations especially CLEANLINESS. Cleaning the rooms is easy and not expensive all you need is team work, attention to details and daily monitoring. I dont hate the hotel and the team, this is just another form of love which is caring, I care so that i complained. Hope this message will reach the Management Team and Hotel Owner, because I believe Hotel Minahasa has great potential if you guys can manage it well.

Good hotel, been here a few days and always have a pleasant stay. He has very good service and cleaning facilities compared to other 3 star hotels. The receptionists, security, Chef, and all staff are very helpful and friendly and the rooms are clean and quite spacious, even for the smallest room type. This hotel is located in a prime location in manado where you can easily find many restaurants and shopping centers. the room is not sound proof. I stayed in the upper floor but yet I still can hear traffic sound and music from the surrounding bars. Room is clean and the service is good. I’ve to mention they serve the same breakfast every day and it was so crowded during the eid holiday. One minus point for breakfast. Overall, a nice hotel in manado.

The equipment is old but the room is big. Hygiene was not very satisfactory at the beginning, but it was dealt with quickly after the reaction. very satisfied. The breakfast is very rich and there is a music team playing, happy. The location is very convenient to go out and connect to the mall. It is the city center. The swimming pool in the hotel is also nice.

It is well located in the city center with amazing views if you book top floors and ask for the sew view. It has a bathtub, a fridge and friendly reception service. The hot water can be more like lukewarm rather than hot, but still ok. Some people might find the AC not cold or strong enough but it was good for me.

The only thing bothered us was the sound that we could hear from other room. And the the housekeeping forgot to change into the clean mug and glasses in the room. But the breakfast were nice. We stayed at the Swiss Belhotel in Manado a few years ago and it was so good we decided to stay there again in May / June 2023. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the facilities are very clean and there’s a nice pool area which is usually very quiet. The breakfast has a good choice and the room service is really good. The thing that makes it special here are the staff they are really attentive and happy to help. We needed to renew our Visas at Immigration and it’s not the easiest process but the reception manager Yonathan and Marvin drove us to the office and literally did everything for us from providing the sponsorship letter and downloading the forms and help us complete the process. Can’t thank Swiss Belhotel in Manado enough for a lovely stay and for all your help your staff are amazing. Thank you Fiona & Darren

We had 2 wonderful weeks staying at New NDC. This place was considered our first home in Manado under the previous management as we had been coming every year since 1997. As this was a diving trip, we had more luggage than normal and they provided more low tables to place the luggage on. The lights in the bathroom and the walk-in closet were dim and it turn out it was faulty and replaced on the same day. The room was big with a king sized bed, the bathroom had bathtub as well as shower cubicle. Service staff was friendly and hospitable. We were treated as family. As a 4 star hotel, it puts out 5 star meals. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves everyday! Looking forward to return here and seeing everyone again. Many thanks for hosting us.!! 😘😘

We had a wonderful week at Grand Luley. Very kind staff. Lovely people. Rooms need renovation but everything was working and it was clean. Nice walk to the jetty. Restaurant was really good but we had to wait before being served. Great balinese massage at spa. We had a very nice captain for boat trip to Bunaken or Siladen. Not from grand Luley. Much cheaper. Grand Luley is in a remote area but we had a wonderful week !

The hotel's door was abandoned. After looking for a long time, I found the lobby through a passing waiter. It was once brilliant. Now there are only five or six floors, the other floors have been abandoned, the room is small, every time I walked through the bed. I will hit the TV, the facilities are a bit old, breakfast is just like the best thing, the only thing is that there is a net red infinity pool, you can watch the sunset and sunrise, many girls come to take pictures, but at the end of the evening, Shunde fishing port begins to smoke. The famous Durian Street is just at the door of the hotel, opposite the city square. It is convenient to eat and drink.
