At night 2 am at his station I called to reservation and the guy Indian answer the phone we open only one room and then said be hurry 15 minutes you have time. We said okay we are coming, we get grab and go there in time .At hotel noone open the door no answer and reception with no light we tried many times to call but this situation get us out of city somewhere as a couple at night with hurry and pay grab and with no room . Pls be aware don’t do it couples especially at night . 👌

Great experience with Rosa Malacca. From the entrance to the room until checkout. Mr Steve, the sarawak reception guy (i sempat tanya dia asal mana hehe) is damn friendly & soft spoken. Siap bagi choice i nak bilik view mana sama ada city atau courtyard view. Siap tanya baby i perlukan baby cot tak. I don’t request anything but he is really accommodating and good heart. We love his hospitality so much The 1st Hotel I checked in without Deposit! But they remind you not to cause damage in the room and no smoking gais. Clean room everything complete. The coffee house vibe is really beautiful with good music. The coffee house staff also friendly echah and aishah. Great hospitality and culture in here keep it up gais. Thanks so much for the experience Rosa Malacca.

After so long, return to this place. Still as usual located near by hapening place short distance to shopping mall, night market and jonker street. Hide behind a side lane and quite at night. Internal bit old but still maintain well. Not bad for short stay.

Like always the hotel room is clean tidy and comfortable. Staff hotel is friendly and helpful. Parking is free provided by the hotel apposite the hotel. Easy to get the food and beverage by walking distance. Deposit rm50 for checking in the hotel.

At this point of writing, I am still staying at this hotel. Frankly,I mistakenly booked this hotel thinking it was Swiss Garden Hotel but it is different. And normally I would stay at Double Tree Hilton Melaka. Let me tell you of my experience: 1. I was called 2 days before arrival to confirm if I am coming. They have also asked me what time I would like to arrive. I chose at 12 pm and they comply. I never had such experience staying at other hotels. 2. Parking is free. 3.Upon arrival, we were greeted at the door by the front desk officers. Very welcoming and polite. 4. Front office staff then explain on what is available at the hotel. And having booked 2 rooms, they offer us a connecting room. That is awesome! 5. One of the front office staff even help to carry our luggages to our room. 6. Room is a decent size, very clean, comfort, aircond is good and water pressure and heater works well. 7. Price of hotel is very reasonable. 8. Location is near to many places of interest but we need to drive. Truly a small hotel but with a big heart. Kudos to the work well done!

Very satisfy stay when visit to Melaka with friend! Booked twin room without window, stay last floor with staircase, but blessing no dampness smell, room well cleaned (is very clean!) and sanitised by housekeeping. Toilet very clean, bed also comfy and clean, TV aircon and free WiFi all work well, also provided 2 bottle drinking water in room with kettle and mug/cup. Hotel no provide breakfast but bring along hotel room key to breakfast bar (Eggxtra) next door entitle 10% discount, with reasonable price. Along Hotel have some local eatery so no worry to fill tummy during night time. Take note all traveller, hotel reception is collect (accept cash only) MYR100 refundable deposit. Worthy for the stay, will come back again! Thanks Sunshine Inn Plus!

For a Budget Hotel I think this is a good and comfortable hotel to be in. Hotel rooms are clean, however please note that you have to request for room cleaning every day. If you don't your rooms will not be cleaned. Location is excellent, close to the big supermarkets, only 5 minutes walk away. Free parking. My only concern was that the shower was not as hot as other hotels, but good enough for me.

Location: It's about 15mins walk from Jonker Street. Take Grab for about RM 5 to 7, depends on the timing. Located next to Mahkota Parade, where you can find quite a lot of shops and fast food available there too. If you're taking bus from Singapore, you can alight at this hotel. Service: The staff is friendly and helpful. Cleanliness: it's consider OK to be honest, just a little stain on the table. The lobby looks grand! Others: The TV programme has to be improved. Some of the channels are dark / mute. Room is spacious, and even have a small living room at the entrance.

The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming when we were check in with a complimentary cookies, when we got into the room we realised that the fridge wasn't working, we let housekeeping and they immediately changed a new fridge for us. the room was nice and spacious the lights are working fine however the sofa a a little old ed stained.the body foam that they provide probably only can last a day and you are need to ask the housekeeping refill it if staying more then a day . the breakfast is great although we could get a clean table and had to ask the waiter to clean the table for us before we could go and get the food. overall we love the bed the soft pillow and it was a good stay .

Quiet part of Melaka but still easily accessible to variety of eateries. Short walk to malls but if bring infant toddler, just take grab ride which is super cheap. Service is ok as room is cleaned promptly, water bottles, toothbrush replaced daily. Dispenser soap provided for shower, I brought own facial cleanser. No slippers. Tv only 4 Malaysia channel, no cable and YouTube. Wifi is ok for me, maybe morning when all guests using at same time is abit slow. Bedsheets are clean but carpet abit dusty. I have sensitive nose so kept sneezing when I first entered room. Swimming pool not large but at rooftop have nice view. Bar is nice to have just that music abit loud. I stay 5th floor can’t hear anything in room but you hear loud music when taking lift. Gym is small but have treadmill and couple of machines but both treadmill are spoilt. Overall still a good stay as price is affordable for family.

Once you arrive, park at 7th or 8th floor and inform the receptionist your car plate later. At the reception, Alif assisted me with the check in like a close friend. He even informed me how to navigate around Jonker Street. As for the room, it is clean and the shower water pressure is strong and hot. No insects found or seen around the room. The lift may take a while though during peak hour. The location is okay, about 15 minutes walk to Jonker Street. But what I like is that it is next to the jogging path by the river and accessible to speedmart/7 11.

Terrible pillow cleanliness as photo attached. Smelly & very dirty pillow. Yellow spot ( which im very sure is air liur basi stain) every where. We asked to changed 3 pillows then they give new pillow with the same stain. 2 nd time asked to change pillow again & they gave us new pillows. This time no stains. Thanks to the housekeeping guy for helping us.
