Actually i am business from surabaya last of 4 r 5 years and still stay in hotel pesonna which is near with Ampel as i am many time in surabaya for business purposes and long stay so i am stay always in hotel pesonna hotel is std super but all staff of pesonna is very friendly if u go for food side if u go to reception all is very friendly environment specially i am for got many names but nitha messy noor ul fadila april are very good and help ful and toomuch respect of me always as a good family member so thankyou guys of hotel pesonna again thankyou so much for ur good hospitility and good normal price per night and still i am feeling just i am in my home

What can I say more are impressive lobby greeting the guests on entry, efficient and fast check-in and check-out even the manager loyalty came to approach me ask how my stay experience (thank you Mr. Ismael), nice executive lounge with superb staff service (thanks to Mr. Bagus, if I remember his name), in room the noise insulation from outside very effective, comfy bed and pillows, good hotel design, the room and the facilities. My stay at the Shangri La Surabaya was nice. I visited for two nights on business. Before I arrived, they had arranged transport from the airport which was incredibly efficient and easy. When I arrived, I was given a room on the 17th floor which is the top floor. It wasn't bad but could do with some updates to make it look more modern. The bed was comfortable and a good size, although there were a few scuffs here and there. The bathroom was small but had all of the essentials that you would need - however, both the shower door and floor could have been cleaned to a higher standard. The hotel is located in central Surabaya which made it easy to access shops and restaurants nearby. I had access to their Horizon Club lounge on the 12th floor that offers delicious breakfast service with nice views of the city skyline. Overall, my stay at Shangri La Surabaya was very enjoyable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone else who's looking for something luxurious yet budget friendly in this part of Indonesia. The service provided by staff was top-notch and they did an amazing job making sure my stay went smoothly all throughout my visit. The gym and pool are nice features if you want to sweat and relax

very comfy, i booked for deluxe but there were no room available so my room was upgraded, thanks to the staff for being professional and helpful. breakfast was good and quite lots of choices (western and indonesian) from pancakes, indonesian traditional food, and chinese food like fried rice etc. room was clean but can be cleaner (i found few little insects but that was actually fine for me. overall very recommended and the hotel is located in the center of the city so this one is a plus! 🤩

I know this hotel is quite old but classic and and worth the price. The room is very wide, i like that so much. Bcause nowdays all new hotels is just standart and to small like studio type. This hotel is family friendly, because of the wide room, and al the facility that all we needed. Not that high but the view from the room is still good. Surabayaaaa what else you can see than cityview? Haha. Anyway, very recommended for those who like wide room and near from mall, foodcenter, and all you need.
