      Check in was fast, room is clean,neat and tidy.There’s Netflix too🥳But don’t forget to logout once you checkout. But thing that need to be improved is please install a refrigerator.So hard to keep food without it. Plenty of parking at the back area but the place kinda creepy to walk alone at night and super early in the morning(6am) as the area is so quite and there is bushes(Please do something about it because it might have dangerous animals) and no surveillance camera installed there.Need to be extra careful.😪 Other than that,don’t give high expectations as it have no view other than back of building or road.😂But good thing is,easy to find restaurants.🥳

      The hotel is located in the center of KT- everything is closeby. Staff are friendly. Hotel is clean and hygiene is maintained throughout. Hangers, mugs,fridge, water kettle are all some of the necessities provided. Its family friendly. You get a nice study table too if you need to do work. Wifi is signal is strong and available 24/7. Definately will recommend this hotel.

      It's a newly opened hostel under Spot On (OYO) network. The location is in city centre. The check in was a pain. They asked me to pay ”tourism tax” suggested by OYO system. I asked for an official receipt from the government, but this is unknown to them. Therefore, I refused to pay. It took a while to sort things out. The place was entirely new and good. I liked the reception & pantry area. The dormitory configuration was odd. It is connected by another guest room, whose entrance is through the dormitory, so you can expect noise by the guests in this room walking in and out. The shower was ok. Wifi works in room. Overall, I had a great stay despite check in problem.

      The location is good, walking distance to small restaurants and cafes. The receptionist not very friendly, requested a room on a higher floor but refused to give with an excuses that the deluxe room that we are booking is just on 5th floor, meanwhile we noticed the deluxe room are located on 5th to 11th floor and not so many guests on that day( I asked her before). The room is spacious but the bathroom quite small and outdated also i can play hide and seek with the cockroaches. The cleanliness need to be upgraded Afterall, it's just okay, tq

Otherwise, room without window does looks very small and very little space to move around. Also very little space to put your luggage or to pray if you are a Muslim.       During a holiday trip, many hotels are full. Fortunately, I booked a 2-night stay on different websites, but the room type was different and the price was poor. The impression of the first night was that the sound insulation was very bad, and I heard the children playing. The second night was the next door guest turned the TV on loudly, and then the room was haunted by ants. Overall, the room was still neat, the water was large enough for the bath and the air conditioning was cold enough. Because the price of the second night was high, there was a free breakfast the next day. Perhaps breakfast is the only highlight to make up for this 2 night. Breakfast is ready to order, Western Chinese and Malay, and drinks are coffee, tea and orange juice.
