Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Mamamia Villas! Room was clean and we slept soundly through the night without any bugs at all. Breakfast was delicious and so worth the price of the stay. Staff was friendly, accommodative and always reachable via whatsapp. Resort is located away from the busiest streets in Lembongan, but there were great eateries right outside and quite a few restaurants offered free pick up. Plus, we had so much fun scootering around the island during our stay! We rented scooters from them at a good price, and at a great condition. 100% recommend!

Stayed for two days on Lembongan Island, this home is very comfortable. The overall commercialization of Lembongan Island is relatively backward, and it is basically the original ecological jungle. So by comparison, this one is quite complete. But remind you to bring your own toothbrush, many hotels here do not provide. Renting a motorcycle for Rs 80,000 will cost you to check out, and it's easy to ride to nearby attractions and restaurants. But note that the network of Lembongan is really bad! The Telk card I use is considered to be a good network in Bali. There is often no signal there, and the navigation is not very easy to use. My Google, Baidu, and Totu have to be disabled. So let's take care and cherish the direction. Added the boss's WeChat, which is very humorous. Have the opportunity to come again

This has been my favorite place to stay while on a two week travel to Indonesia. It was not only comfortable to stay, but a nice chill vibe too. The room was excellently put together and felt like I could live there. The bed and pillows were so comfy I wanted to bring it all with me hahaha. The bathroom, a typical outdoor type bathroom, but very nice. I was at first sketchy about taking a shower in the open roof bathroom, but then notice how nice it was to take an alfresco shower. The restaurant itself was also nice and food was good. Nice to chill there and have a beer or two in the evening. They also offer scooters for rent, which I highly recommend so that you can get around the island and sightsee. I also used it to get into Lembongan to do some shopping, get out to see the fireworks for the newer and get over a bridge to the other island and check out the local hotspots. The service was also excellent at the hotel too. There was one night were many bugs flew in and by the island and attracted by the lights. I didn't realize I left the lights of my room on and I guess they noticed and had gone in there and cleared the room out before I even arrived. I had no idea that it happened as they did such a good job in doing so. I only realized it when I saw on my bag a couple of those bugs, then it hit me that the staff made sure that I would have a stress free evening in my room. That was Awesome!!! Great job to keep customers trip worry free! I will definitely be coming back to stay here if I make it back to Lembongan! Thanks for the hospitality!

We love this place for many reasons too numerous to state but here a a few highlights. The staff are a family who genuinely care about the quality of your stay and have an enormous amount of valuable local knowledge. The chalets are private well set out, clean and very comfortable. Showers are great too. The pool is my favourite in the whole if Bali and I've swam in many. Amazing sunsets. Lively property with good tasty food for a great price. Lastly they organised everything for our transfer and fast boat which went like clockwork. I would never stay anywhere else because I know I would be thinking if I did....why am I not staying at Cliff Park. Thank you.

Clean basic bungalows with outside shower attached. Has a pool. The staff are very accommodating. I needed a phone charger, they gave me one which other properties didn't. The ac didnt work in my first bungalow and was promptly changed rooms. Devils Tear is only a 15 minute walk away. A must see! Overall a very good value for what you get.

Fantastic stay and regret we didn't stay longer. The cottage we stayed in was great, nice mosquito net, enough space and a fridge. A cozy veranda and directly at the pool. The pool is lovely, big enough ok to swim a little laps. The breakfast is simple, but tasty and prepared with care. The biggest plus is the staff. Super sweet, helpful and hardworking. They clean your room, tidy up, think along with activities and try to organize all transport as well as possible. They go above and beyond. The location is great, with the scooter you can cross the entire island in 60 minutes and on foot you will come across nice tents and massage parlors after only 3 minutes (Jamu day spa / Clasico warung & Bar / Bumbu Oma). You are also so on the beach. All in all a top stay, they really deserve a good review!

Friendly greetings at all times, we had the pool access room. The bed was one of the best we've slept in. The shower over the bath wasn't our cup of tea. The room was clean but the bed facing tv didn't work. Once off the main road it was quiet but the night club next door roared to life at midnight. . The breakfast was sensational and varied slightly each day. After hours meals and room service was very accommodating. The fridge was not the greatest in keeping thing chilled but adequate. The pool (the longest I've seen) with a hidden waterslide was lovely and views from the top pool and deck was special

Beautiful hotel. The building, gardens, ocean view, swimming pools, foods and everything. Perfect. I love the main gate they have. Perfect spot for taking pic. The front desk senior staff helped us. More training needed for junior staff. Try to eat in tamarind and order their risotto with scallop. Yummy.

The villa is not well prepared for my family staycation. We had broken tv, bathroom electricity black out at one of the room. Super slow internet even just to watch the Netflix. Not recommended for digital nomad out there. Living room quite dusty and got kinda moldy roof smell when we turn on the fan. Really need to improve the service quality especially for local guest.

Staff is really friendly and respectful. The location is in the main road so you won't be able to enjoy anything in a walking distance however all beaches are 5km away from the location. You can enjoy by renting a scooter from nearby areas. I enjoyed dining at the hotel, they have local and western cuisines. Swimming pool may cost you extra buck if you want to swim. I stay with Aston properties before and I enjoy their service, so I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for affordable yet good service hotels in Bali.

1. The aircon was very loud and noisy . Informed staff and they sent a workman to fix it the next day . It made no difference. They offered to send someone in the following day but i felt it was becoming an invasion of privacy so declined 2. Mosquitoes in the room . I recommend nets over the bed as i was a feast for them overnight . The staff offered fly spray but i didnt want to inhale the toxic staff while there. I checked out a night early as i didnt feel this to be a relaxing experience. The hotel is reasonably priced though and the grounds and architecture pleasant otherwise

Great location, stones throw from the beach. Room was nice and spacious, didn’t miss a balcony. Breakfast wasn’t as good as expected, the milk & smoothies were left out, we tried a smoothie and it had go sour. Would book again it hasn’t put me off. The pool on the roof is definitely its best feature. And the restaurant choice on an evening on the beach is something completely different and special.

It’s the perfect place if you have an early flight - with the most comfortable bed!! Everything is nice and clean and the people are amazingly friendly. I loved how helpful and kind they all were. It’s not at the best location, as Bali has tooo many other beautiful beaches and this hotel is not situated at one of those beautiful beaches. Other than that, I can’t complain at all. I had a great evening there with an early morning flight. The hotel shuttle to the airport was free and they packed a lovely breakfast for me to take to the airport since I left too early to get breakfast at the hotel.

What an incredible stay at Holiday Inn Resort Nusa Dua! The service provided was impeccable, starting off with an upgrade to an ocean view room when our pool view room was undergoing maintenance upon our arrival, followed by complimentary fruit and chocolates as another apology, along with a chocolate cake and bed decorations for our anniversary. All staff members were so friendly, helpful and approachable throughout the whole week of our stay. Also nice to see that feedback forms are actually acknowledged and acted upon very promptly (unlike other places) as we made a simple suggestion for the breakfast to include avocado and hollandaise sauce and the next two days staff members offered us specially cooked eggs benedict with avocado. Cannot fault a single thing about our experience and without a doubt will be back to stay in the future! Special mention to duty manager Geksa who frequently checked in with us and went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable!

Movenpick is a beautiful hotel and was our final stop on our two-week stay between Bali and Lombok. We were initially booked into the wrong room (twin, not double) but this was sorted immediately. Good selection at the breakfast buffet but I do think the hotel is missing a trick by not cooking fresh crepes for guests. All the little touches made the stay great. We were a bit let down that service was slow and it was a struggle to find two sun loungers, even when we were up early. For guests staying in the hotel after check out before getting picked up, the hotel provides a room to shower in. This can be booked at reception and is cleaned between uses. All in all, a lovely stay.
