The service all the way from reception during check in was wonderful, they really treat you as a valued guest, arranging to inform you by phone call when your room is ready. The room was fantastic as well, being really impressive, big, well stocked. Probably one con is that their gym and pool is only open from 0800 - 2000H. I prefer an early morning workout before my family is awake, so this is less than ideal for me.

The room is bigger than expected. Pretty clean and had a good sleep on a very comfortable bed. It also includes complimentary mini bar, which we love! There was even a surprise for us in the evening when we received chocolate via room service. The promotion is great as it includes the Halloween horror night (HHN) and adventure cove park. The hotel is located close the USS which is a plus point after the late night fun at HHN. The breakfast could have a better selection of food but it is still good. Overall, it was a good deal and a lovely hotel:)

All Staffs are super nice and helpful. Especially Firdaus, Cheryn and Jay! However I have made a complaint to Darren about the bathroom and it was quickly addressed. So thank you Darren! Overall experience I really enjoyed my stay and will be back with my daughter. Btw it is very convenient to get around the island with free shuttle and monorail.

This is a Birthday Celebration for my Wife and is our baby first staycation of his life. The hotel shares same swimming pool and gym with Village Hotel Sentosa. The swimming pool is very chold friendly with slides and the water temperature is just nice. There a pool thag has a clear sunset view. The pool is at level 3 and there is an adult only pool on level 7 rooftop tgat has a stunning sea view nespresso machine. From the swimming pool near the towel counter has an escalator that leads to the village hotel lobby where there are snacks cotton candy and money changer. If you have a float it would be a good use at the lazy river. There is also a float for rent at 10 ai gapore dollars an hour. Cash and card only Cannot charge to room. The pool has morning exercise. Do check the event schedule during check in. The gym opens 24hrs. Breakfast is buffet style on rooftop. There is only 3 tables that faces the pool view. The rest is facing the inferior. Have to be early as 7am. The servicing staffs are very friendly and attentove to our needs. The best room we see is the 06 stacks. It has a sea view and overlooks the sea. The gym equipments is pulsefitnes and there are 5 threadmills, weights, cycling machine It has complimentry shuttlebus from vivocity. It only allows hotel guest showing the confirmation email or letter. If you drive to go by taxi, tell the driver to go to the sentosa gantry 01 and 02, show them the confir.ation email and they will allow free entry. Our experience is great with all the amenities and our baby love the children pool a lot he cry when we try to bring him back The room has a ironboard, hairdryer, safe a instanthot water dispenser and

This was an amazing getaway from the city life! Booked the junior suite and the view outside the room was simply breathtaking. The suite was situated in the midst of verdant lush greenery and there was a beautiful swimming pool next to the room. The room was huge and clean. It was in good condition except the bathtub's control to drain the water was faulty. Had to manually uncap the drain stopper to drain out the water but it was not a big issue. The breakfast buffet spread was sufficient and had a good variety of cold and hot food items, from fruits to pastries to nasi lemak and noodles. The quality of the food was good too. All in all, this was an amazing stay and would come back again if a respite from the city life is needed!

Check in and check out can be very busy with waiting times around 30 minutes. Rooms were well equipped, but the floor felt a little sandy; suggest to put on the room shoes. Facilities aplenty and enough to keep everyone occupied throughout the stay, in room dining was fantastic with good quality spread. Overall, a pleasant stay for my wife and kid, and we would return again.

The hotel staff are friendly and responsive. They taught me how to use the self check-in and check-out machine (even though I prefer checking in and out in person). Check out time is 11am, but it was easy to negotiate for a later check out time. You can do that in person, through the phone messages, or from the bedside clock in the room. The staff also gave me a $20 voucher to use at the lobby lounge. The room was upgraded to a king bed with view, newly renovated. The bed was particularly comfortable, and I had a superb rest. The noise insulation for each room was ok, but you can hear the doors opening and closing. The swimming pool and gym are well maintained. Theres sitting areas on the 2nd floor, for hanging out and making calls. The lobby lounge opens at 12pm, so you can order food there. Their grilled squid is fantastic!

We were having staycation with 2 kids stayed in Urban Suite. Front desk service was great, all are helpful from check-in till check-out. Swimming pool not big but my kids have fun there. The gym is cool too with an experience coach giving out advice and guidance. Breakfast variety is a lot and the best is their coffee. Just 2 small little things to improve a. all toilet cubicle light too dim which I am not used to it b. waiter or waitress in Lime have to be more alert as my hubby found short hair & sauce stain on the cutlery near noodle section

I purchased the Lady Gaga Package choosing this hotel for one night, and I ordered another night in this same hotel. 【SERVICE】The staff was very welcoming and he arranged a room for me even they were 2 different orders. It was very helpful and I appreciated it. 【Trick】When the Lady Gaga concert package on sale, the room fee went up to a double compared to normal weekends (800 to 1600) and it was not allowed to canceled, no breakfast included!! However, the room fee went back to normal price and allowed to cancelled, with breakfast later. Here I appreciate that C-trip afford the price difference and refund the extra cost to me!! I am really a big fan to C-trip!I wonder if the hotel management is playing a trick to visitors, so the buyers from KLOOK would have a misunderstanding that KLOOK don't earn too much!! However, KLOOK earn about 40% marget if we calculate the hotel fee in normal price!! So foxy!!! I was happy with my 2-night stay in the hotel, I would like to choose this hotel if I have chance to go to Singapore again. But I personally suggust that NO COOPERATION TO KLOOK any more. Booked back the club room again. Our package came with a late check out and the person who served us( Allysha, if I rem correctly) was very nice and told us about this package and even told us we can still enjoy the club benefits etc. I rem the previous time when we came we were only given the standard check out time. Not sure why…… anyway we still enjoy our stay with the services provided at the club lounge by iwan, he is very attentive and will go around topping up the drinks. I like It that they always change their menu. Will come back again!

Overall service is good except the front desk / reception is no so good experience. My check out experience was bad, I checked out at 7am, only 3 people in front of me were checking in, take forever to fill up the forms, unfortunately only 1 staff is on duty, there are 3-4 people queing behind me, we waited almost 20 mins. I did not expect to check out will take over 20 mins. They should have an express check out box to drop our room key for check out. My room was fully paid before check in. However, the room is clean and comfy.

Excellent location above Funan Mall. Central and close to lots to amenities such as supermarket and the train station. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Cozy small rooms and comfortable queen sized bed. The only annoying thing despite being on the 10th floor, external noises such as sirens from the fire station which really affected the sleep quality. For the price, I think what you are really paying for is convenience so if you're a light sleeper, maybe give this a miss. Otherwise, great value!

My kid's favourite hotel for staycation! Receive a complimentary upgrade n it fits us family of 4 perfectly! And just outside their level 1 cafe, there is a 24/7 halal hotfood vending machine. On top of that, the pool is perfect for kids. They have big pool n jacuzzi for 0.85m children. Corridor smells awesomely good, n their shampoo soap the bomb! Downside, if only their breakfast buffet spread is halal concept n took out the bacon n ham slices, I'm sure u will attract a lot more visitors. For everything else, I'll give a 10/10

I am regular in visiting Singapore. To find a hotel with this size of about 23m2 with acceptable price is not easy, and it is in the center of the city. MRT is just outside the hotel. Chijme is within walking distance. We were skeptical when we saw the facade picture of the hotel but after entering the room, we are pleasantly surprise to find one of the largest room we had ever stayed in SG. The room is clean without the musty smell. Even the single bed was larger than other hotels which we can hard turn our bodies. We will certainly come back again.
