This hotel is excellent, truly on par with a 4-star establishment. On the day we checked in, we found there was no hot water when we went to shower, but the staff promptly addressed the issue. When they couldn't fix it right away, they quickly moved us to another room, which was great. They even brought us two cups of hot milk before bed, which was a lovely touch. The environment is also very good, and I found the breakfast fantastic. Plus, they offer earplugs for sleep at night – an absolute lifesaver! Most importantly, while other hotels are still providing Nongfu Spring water, this place offers Baishishan mineral water, making the value for money exceptional.

1. This hotel is great for families with kids. It shares a large green space and lake with Songpin and Taxue hotels, making the resort expansive. Even if it rains, you can still enjoy many family activities and the Black Swan Lake shared among the three hotels. 2. Our room faced the street, but once the sliding door was closed, it was completely quiet and we slept soundly. The breakfast selection was incredibly diverse; I only managed to try about a quarter of it before I was full. 3. The concierge at the entrance was very professional, always helping to open car doors and handle luggage. 4. Kiki provided excellent service, always accommodating our requests and even treating our two children to breakfast. We were very happy with her service. 5. The hotel is ideally located directly opposite Sunac Snow World and Water World in Hebi, making it the perfect choice for families traveling with children.

My stay at the Hampton by Hilton Dujiangyan was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, just 3 kilometers from the Dujiangyan Scenic Area. The B&B owner was really friendly and responsive. The place itself is very well-designed, even has books to read, and the location is super convenient, right inside the scenic area. There's also a cute dog, though it had a bit of a smell, haha. The only downside was that the projector didn't have a membership, so you had to use your own, otherwise you couldn't watch anything. So if you don't have SVIP, don't book a projector room, you won't be able to watch anything since everything requires SVIP. I've booked projector rooms at other B&Bs before and they always had memberships, so that was a little disappointing.

The location is good, but because it's next to a pedestrian street, cars can't enter. You have to walk about 5 to 7 minutes to reach the hotel, which is inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage. I asked the front desk for directions to Nanqiao Bridge, and the directions were correct, but it wasn't the most scenic spot for photos. It would have been better if they could have suggested a more beautiful photo location.

The stay included a complimentary tea voucher for the 19th floor, where you can overlook the entire ancient city. It's an amazing spot to see the 'blue tears' at night. It's just a few minutes' walk to the ancient city and about a kilometer to Darong City shopping mall, which is very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Dujiangyan.
