Everything about my 3 week stay was perfect. Hosts Ketut and Putu were kind, organized, available, and professional. All delivered as advertised. Clean & quiet room with good A/C and Wi-Fi, short walk to food court and beach. On-site water, beer, laundry. They rent motorbikes and I contracted Ketut for many day activities = all inexpensive. They have a wonderful family and graciously allowed me to attend an important Bali family ceremony. A MUST stay, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This place was absolutely amazing!! I’m so glad I chose to stay here. It was super clean and had the most friendly and bubbliest crew there!! It was off the main touristy location and was in a quiet area that had an ATM and little supermarket next door. Security was on point and would check the cars when we dropped back for anything we may have left behind, or they would take a pic of the cars number plate when we were picked up by transport.

Zone: The area where the hotel is located is not very nice. It is rather dark and has few shops around. Hotel: The hotel is an old hotel but very well maintained. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. Service: It doesn't have a refrigerator, with which you can't keep anything fresh, a very important point that is one of the points that makes me give you 3 instead of 4 stars. Breakfast: There is a very small, very nice, very nice, very different food from American or European, it is one of the lowest points. Attention: The attention of their employees is excellent, from the very beginning to the end, to congratulate them, although it is remarkable that most locals are well-prepared to tourists, The only objection is that we arrived 1:30Hs before check in (14Hs) with a baby and we received a plus for early check in.

The price is really cheap, suitable for a holiday with the family or traveling alone. 150 Rupiah per day with food is already very cheap. The hotel is good, clean, the AC is cold, the location is strategic, it's not difficult to find food, only hot water facilities, the electric kettle is not available, please repair those facilities. other than that, full service is safe. Smile thank you to the hotel and staff and trip.com

The hell on earth - never again! My first and worst hotel in all Indonesia - was probably booked by the travel agency in Germany because of misleading photos on the site. The preview rooms shown on the site are only 5 out of 50 available rooms and are significantly more expensive. My room was - like 95% of all rooms - at the doorside. The window was 2x1 m large and showed as all the windows not out, but to the corridor. Pikantically, the hang was too small and beyond was not close to the sight, so questionable privacy. The room was small, uncomfortable and uncomfortable. The Spazzio is PRIORITY used by indigenous classes/travel groups: Age from 5 years upwards. 200 students from Java felt to death to far after 3.00 morning hours on the walks. The teachers had moved early into their rooms and felt not competent. The security called at 2:30 was completely helpless and powerless. The children hid in the rooms and just continued after the security was deducted. The next morning the rooms and river were completely devastated, waste and food remains in rooms and river, so you could hardly go (see photo). I have traveled Asia for over 15 years and have experienced and seen some things: but such a food battle and waste of food on the rivers I have never seen (in times of hunger doublely uncomprehensible). Breakfast: a conception. Students traveled out in the evening; new groups of students arrived in the evening - again crack and noise and hardly sleep. Never again Spazzio Bali - there are better, as cheap hotels! Absolute travel warning!!!

By far the worst hotel i have ever stayed in my entire life. We were booked by our travel agent to stay here for 4 days, but we are leaving after 2 days, and if it was feasible we would have left immediately. This place is not a hotel anymore, it's just a cheap run down hostel. The entire facade has a seedy run down look. The hotel is located in a block which is closed down and dark. There are no street lights. We had booked a room with a balcony but the reception fellow gave us the worst room possible. This is inspite of us paying much more than the rack rates. We were shocked on seeing the room with Dirty white walls and a dark and dingy feel. They had dirty balcony with the balcony looking into the backside of the next building (with pipes). The electric plugs don't work. Lamp sheds were cracked. There was just one chair in the room. The The corridors are white tiled like that in a hospital. We immediately complained but the reception person didn't respond. We then told our travel agent who spoke to someone and the manager Ms Lita came to resolve our issues. She was very positive and then got us shifted to a better Studio room. It was bigger and better lit. Howeve, by the time all this was done, our half a day was spoilt. This new room had no balcony but a common verandah running near the poolside. However, next day morning we found two bare-bodied men sleeping in the verandah corridor next to our room. That was it, and we decided to move out. A word about their amenities. They have a pool but it's narrow and the entire area is humid stuffy hot because it's in the short area between two buildings. That can't be used. They serve buffet breakfast but the fans are either dirty or they don't work. The food is tasteless and insipid. All in all, this hotel spoiled the first day of our stay at Bali completely. The reception people were negative in their approach and provided no help at all. This place must be avoided.

The Hotel Neo, (which should not to be confused with the Neo + Hotel), is a modern small hotel and after reading the number of reviews about the friendly the staff and hotel, I decided to give it a try. However I was disappointed and found the reception staff very unfriendly and unwelcoming and cleanliness had a lot to be desired. The staff are lazy and couldn’t careless and have no sense of customer support.   After sitting around for ages with no offer of any use of the wifi, or a drink or anything I was eventually checked into the room which is quite small.   Pros:   Modern cheap hotel There are tea and coffee making facilities, There is an LCD TV with a reasonably good selection of English-speaking channels   Cons:   The check in process was painfully slow Staff are very unhelpful and are very poor at their jobs  The rooms are small There is a small bar fridge which keeps things cool but not cold, The housekeeping is very poor. There were disgusting stains all over the seat/ bench in the room, There were stains on the floor and a build up of dust and muck in the corners  of the room. There was a small window which was useless as the view was  looking straight into a concrete wall, absolutely no view at all. The bathroom in the bathroom was really grotty and disgusting and it hadn't been cleaned properly in a very long time.  There was mold and grime all over the floor and in the corners and on the  floor and wall tiles and all around the drain in the shower. There was a small box containing a shower cap and cotton buds and it was absolutely gross & disgusting and it was filled with a huge amount of build up of filth and muck stuck inside it, so there was no way you would dare use anything that was provided in that container. They do not provide face washers or hand towels   The cleaning was poor and it was quite disgraceful the way they had not cleaned the bathroom properly in.months, and even the glasses provided in the bathroom were not clean and you would not use them true fear of picking up some sort of sickness from the germs.   The bed was quite firm and a little uncomfortable, and maintenance was poor as the shelf beside the bed was damaged and bent down on an angle, and it would break off with any sort of pressure or weight applied to it. It was unsafe.   There were limited power sockets for changing your devices.   On the website where I booked the hotel it book the hotel it stated there was a pool and there is No pool, and the air conditioning was small and inefficient and struggled to keep the room at a comfortable cool temperature in the heat of the day.   Overall the very poor hygiene in housekeeping would put many people off of wanting to stay here. There are numerous properties all around this area at a similar price and kept much cleaner in a better condition.

Friendly greetings at all times, we had the pool access room. The bed was one of the best we've slept in. The shower over the bath wasn't our cup of tea. The room was clean but the bed facing tv didn't work. Once off the main road it was quiet but the night club next door roared to life at midnight. . The breakfast was sensational and varied slightly each day. After hours meals and room service was very accommodating. The fridge was not the greatest in keeping thing chilled but adequate. The pool (the longest I've seen) with a hidden waterslide was lovely and views from the top pool and deck was special

Beautiful hotel. The building, gardens, ocean view, swimming pools, foods and everything. Perfect. I love the main gate they have. Perfect spot for taking pic. The front desk senior staff helped us. More training needed for junior staff. Try to eat in tamarind and order their risotto with scallop. Yummy.

The villa is not well prepared for my family staycation. We had broken tv, bathroom electricity black out at one of the room. Super slow internet even just to watch the Netflix. Not recommended for digital nomad out there. Living room quite dusty and got kinda moldy roof smell when we turn on the fan. Really need to improve the service quality especially for local guest.

The room is so clean, I enjoyed staying in Aston Denpasar for 3 nights, maybe I'll be back soon, if I'm going to Bali. The staff is so nice, and the breakfast is good. The wifi is kinda slow, but i still can use it. Thanks Aston Denpasar 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Staff is really friendly and respectful. The location is in the main road so you won't be able to enjoy anything in a walking distance however all beaches are 5km away from the location. You can enjoy by renting a scooter from nearby areas. I enjoyed dining at the hotel, they have local and western cuisines. Swimming pool may cost you extra buck if you want to swim. I stay with Aston properties before and I enjoy their service, so I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for affordable yet good service hotels in Bali.

1. The aircon was very loud and noisy . Informed staff and they sent a workman to fix it the next day . It made no difference. They offered to send someone in the following day but i felt it was becoming an invasion of privacy so declined 2. Mosquitoes in the room . I recommend nets over the bed as i was a feast for them overnight . The staff offered fly spray but i didnt want to inhale the toxic staff while there. I checked out a night early as i didnt feel this to be a relaxing experience. The hotel is reasonably priced though and the grounds and architecture pleasant otherwise

Great location, stones throw from the beach. Room was nice and spacious, didn’t miss a balcony. Breakfast wasn’t as good as expected, the milk & smoothies were left out, we tried a smoothie and it had go sour. Would book again it hasn’t put me off. The pool on the roof is definitely its best feature. And the restaurant choice on an evening on the beach is something completely different and special.

It’s the perfect place if you have an early flight - with the most comfortable bed!! Everything is nice and clean and the people are amazingly friendly. I loved how helpful and kind they all were. It’s not at the best location, as Bali has tooo many other beautiful beaches and this hotel is not situated at one of those beautiful beaches. Other than that, I can’t complain at all. I had a great evening there with an early morning flight. The hotel shuttle to the airport was free and they packed a lovely breakfast for me to take to the airport since I left too early to get breakfast at the hotel.

What an incredible stay at Holiday Inn Resort Nusa Dua! The service provided was impeccable, starting off with an upgrade to an ocean view room when our pool view room was undergoing maintenance upon our arrival, followed by complimentary fruit and chocolates as another apology, along with a chocolate cake and bed decorations for our anniversary. All staff members were so friendly, helpful and approachable throughout the whole week of our stay. Also nice to see that feedback forms are actually acknowledged and acted upon very promptly (unlike other places) as we made a simple suggestion for the breakfast to include avocado and hollandaise sauce and the next two days staff members offered us specially cooked eggs benedict with avocado. Cannot fault a single thing about our experience and without a doubt will be back to stay in the future! Special mention to duty manager Geksa who frequently checked in with us and went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable!

Movenpick is a beautiful hotel and was our final stop on our two-week stay between Bali and Lombok. We were initially booked into the wrong room (twin, not double) but this was sorted immediately. Good selection at the breakfast buffet but I do think the hotel is missing a trick by not cooking fresh crepes for guests. All the little touches made the stay great. We were a bit let down that service was slow and it was a struggle to find two sun loungers, even when we were up early. For guests staying in the hotel after check out before getting picked up, the hotel provides a room to shower in. This can be booked at reception and is cleaned between uses. All in all, a lovely stay.
