I really love the hotel. It's in the city but somewhat hidden from the hustle bustle. The hotel is not huge but enough. I stayed with my family for one night for our staycation in KL. We stay in the double queen room. The room is so spacious and so clean. I am worried since there are few reviews stating how they should improve their cleanliness but during my stay I'm very very satisfied. The complimentery toiletries however make me question why should we ask for toothbrush instead of just placing it there. I mean, quite an essential isn't? The breakfast doesnt come together with the room that I booked so we add on separately. 1 adult costed RM25. Is it worth the price? Hmm... for me, not really. They could've put more varities on the pastry. But the taste so far is satisfactory. Service is good too just wish that the concierge a bit more friendlier. He's not unfriendly, just a bit more friendlier will be nice since you greet the customer, aite?

Budget hotel ideal for 1 day only. Stayed in this hotel to freshen up before attending a nephew's wedding. Spacious and underutilized rooms. No wardrobe. Only some hooks on the wall and fragile looking shelf acting as open concept wardrobe. Rooms and toilets are not cleaned properly, bathroom light too dim, pillows too soft for our liking. Stained towels & bathroom mat. There's only cheap shower gel & shampoo in the bathroom. No other toiletries were provided. If you didn't bring your toothbrush & toothpaste. You can get it at the front desk at RM10. I suggest bringing your own toiletries, including shower gel. When we were there, we noticed that the hotel was undergoing renovation. Hopefully, the hotel will be better after reno. No breakfast provided. However, there's Oldtown White Coffee next door.

This is a good no frills outlet. I was travelling for my job and only needed a place to rest n sleep. Location was good, easy access to halal street food; although parking was a challenge because its free open parking lots. I want to commend the inhouse towels given...it was really good quality for this type of hotel ! However there is a bar club very near to Beez...so if you dont like thumping club music it could keep you awake..... I slept fine though since I was too tired from my daily job run. Will come back again for sure !

Hotel Maya in a perfect location—just a 5-minute walk to KLCC. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The air-conditioning was cold, the water pressure in the bathroom was strong, great hot water and bathtub was a nice touch. We also appreciated complimentary WiFi, free parking and the wide variety of breakfast options. However, The room had a musty or damp smell, which was unpleasant. The TV was outdated and the picture quality wasn’t great. The bidet was faulty and had to be turned on and off manually. Surprisingly, for a 5-star hotel, bottled water wasn’t provided in the room—we had to use a water dispenser located in the corridor near the elevators. Overall, the stay was decent, but there's definitely room for improvement, especially considering the hotel's 5-star rating.

Good location , near bukit bintang.This is the 1st time we stay here,the room size is big but the fridge is dirty n the hair dryer is spoilt. After feedback, they provide fast n gd service, arrange a technician person to check thru n change for us. 1st night no providing hand towel due some issue, lucky was replace on next day.The only things I hope can upgrade was the room slipper, is too thin n not easy to walk with.we love the breakfast, especially the Danish Pastry was baked on the spot, fresh n crispy.

We had extend one more night here!!!.. From 2D1N to 3D2N 😍 My family ❤️ stayed at here! Great experience staying in here. My kids love the pool because the pool was very beautiful, nice views and kids friendly too.My son also loves to play at Wyn Sports near at the pool. The suite room was amazing view and very comfortable for us. Their staff was friendly and easy to talk to. Breakfast also delicious and beautiful place with the nice views in Sky lounge at floor 46 . We had fun and enjoy stayed at here.. Thank you Wyndham Suite KLCC until we meet again!

The hotel offers valet parking for RM10, which was convenient, especially given the location right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. We had easy access to local attractions and the bustling city vibe. One of the highlights was the beautiful swimming pool, where you can enjoy a fantastic view of the KL Tower. It was such a relaxing spot to unwind. The amenities were top-notch, and we really appreciated the thoughtful gesture of a slice of cake from the hotel to celebrate my sister’s birthday. The only downside was that, at night, we could hear some noise from the nearby bar, but it wasn’t too disruptive for us. The shower host was broken but I was wondering how come house keeping did not realise until we reported the damage. The table lamp was flickering and the top was so hot, it can burn anyone. The hotel came to change the table lamp after I make a complaint but we got electricity trip next day morning due to the plug! The shampoo and conditioner provided by the hotel is of very poor quality. I believe hotel that charge this amount should provide Dyson hair dryer, not one of those old bulky and noisy hair dryer. However, the room is very spacious. The bed is very comfortable. Service is very good.
