There was an error in my booking. I book a king size bed room but the hotel said my booking is twin bed and there was no the king size bed room left. Thankfully the trip.com CS is very helpful and fast response. At the end the hotel offer me the queen size bed and trip.com compensate me also.
Actually the hotel was good. Good location, much variation of breakfast buffet, and clean. But they need a little renovation in the room bcs it's look kinda oldFromSGD 55

My visit this time for some business meetings, located at the Pearl Hotel near Bandung Railway Station is very strategic, I don't waste time loading my luggage as soon as I arrived in Bandung. So I can continue my meeting agenda in some places on the same day as well. Besides the location, the hospitality of the staff and the room that is quite large and comfortable added to my spirit on this business trip. Recommended for business and family! This is my second time staying at this hotel. The reason I chose this hotel is because the location is very strategic in bandung city, just in front of Bandung station so there is no need to find transportation when arriving in Bandung. As for the shortcomings in this hotel, I think is: rooms that are not soundproof, often hear sounds like moving chairs on the roof of the ceiling, the wifi is not good, and the food in terms of breakfast is not varied impressed standard. Maybe in the future, it is better to improve in terms of comfort and service for guests to stay. Thank you Grand Sovia Hotel, hope to be more prosperous in the future..FromSGD 27

Staying at Citradream Hotel Bandung is very pleasant and comfortable. Strategic location in Bandung city, very convenient to get around and many activities, close to the aorport and the station, many restaurants around, several malls and other tourist attractions. The staff is very polite and helpful, especialy thx to Mr. Gume as Manager and the receptionist (i forgt to ask her name). The wifi speed is very good, making it easier to do online work. Definitely i will stay here again if I go to Bandung. I have recommended this hotel to my friends and my family. The suite was very nice with comfortable furnishings, clean and the bed was comfortable too. 😉💖FromSGD 18

Impressed with hotel cleanliness and spacious room, bed is very comfortable to sleep. As light sleeper, surprisingly I slept well and did not hear any noise at night. And although they dont have other facilities e.g. swimming pool, spa, they provide very good services to guests. Staff are helpful and responsive. What i like more is they provide plenty of choices for breakfast. I got to taste 4 different dish during my stay and it tastes great. Since i'm not a fan of breakfast buffet, this made me to keep Tama in my preferred list. Would love to stay here again.FromSGD 38

The location of the hotel is very close to Bandung station, it is accessible closer by walking through the South side of Bandung station door that can be reached for less than 6 minutes. Although it looks simple, it turns out this hotel has a good room interior and service like a 3 star hotel. The room is also large unlike general budget hotels. Rooms with king size beds will get 4 pillows. I happened to stay for 1 night on Saturday-Sunday, it turns out that the hotel's atmosphere is very crowded, especially the family-travelers, this is beyond my expectation. Breakfast at the hotel is also simple, with a variety of menus such as heavy meals, bread, cereal, porridge, fruits, coffee-teas, juices, and cakes. According to the rates and services provided plus the strategic location I am quite happy to stay in this hotel. And I will recommend this hotel to my friends/relatives. :)FromSGD 26

Great for transit to Jakarta, as the transport leaves from the mall below. Rooms were new and clean. Just the parking/access is a little confusing as there are many levels to the mall, (GF, L, FF) and we always had to call our grab drivers to confirm pick up and drop off points.

Breakfast is good, the front and staff are very friendly and the condition of the room is good. There is a shopping mall 3 minutes away by foot, so it is convenient for restaurants, ATMs, etc. It looks like it takes 10-20 minutes by car to Braga street.FromSGD 33
