Overall, I had a great experience with the Botanical Sanctuary, staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, very clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend even in the peak season.

Come for check in at night for one night stay. FO staff give 2 coupons together with room key. Read it in the room and happy to get free drink voucher and free photo service voucher. The next day when i want to use it, lobby staff there say i must make reservation 1 day before. No one inform and explain on how it works. Yet, it’s just a waste. Not in a mood to get the free drink anyway. So, I assume that I didn’t get any voucher during this stay lol.

Initially they gave us a room that was very loud and noisy. Apparently, that wing was under renovation. We called the hotel and requested a quiet wing. They agreed and moved us to a newer room (on the other side of the wing).
If you love nature and tranquility, you will love this hotel. They have spa, bar, pool and mini zoo.

Good price with good service and facilities, I'm staying with my kids they have a bunch of programs that will busy with your kids, they have some pool, when we have breakfast, still need to improve because still cannot control the crowd, have a bit issue with room because the have a air-conditioning leaking and the shower run not maximum, but overall they have a good roomFromSGD 53

Glamping on top of the mountains. The bad thing is that you can't choose which cabin to sleep. The cabin was quite small and intimate, the bed was quite comfortable with a huge window beside it. The consoles beside the bed can be used to change the lighting color and the window visibility. All in all it was a nice place to sleep in.

nature hotel near by puncak. i was stay here last year and very happy! the staff name Alva help me a lot to stay here even im booked sudden but he give me room with pool view, and the hotel have facilities like a zoo (ada kandang ayam&burung) very amazing service! make us not bored during stay here. will come back soon!FromSGD 30

Went here with my kids and nephew and they gave us a room downhill. We have to walk the stairs to reach the restaurant and the phone signal was really weak. There was a storm during our stay and the hotel staff being attentive and all BUT it was really hard to get a food there. We couldn't call the restaurant and had to climb stairs in the middle of the storm to order some dinner. Breakfast was really poor. But if you looking for a nature experience, then this one is for you. Oh the tent really hot during the day, specially when the sun is shinning.FromSGD 57
