Harris Resort Waterfront Batam map

Stayed for 1 night to celebrate me and my friend birthday. Was really surprised when we went in the room it was nicely decorated for us with balloons and birthday banner. The service is really great and I would definitely come back again! Though the location would be further if you are looking to head towards city area but able to get a grab easily there so is fine.

It was great experience. Staff are very friendly and lots of activities in the resort. Went there during ramadan so no much ppl around. Wanted to go swimming in their pool but that time they got a somewhat catering services for locals. So didnt tried their pool. If u going there with family its great but not recommended for solo travelers, the place so far in the shopping malls. But All in all its amazing.

Nice resort and various of activities in the resort. Can take shuttle bus to the batam centre. Everything is great and enjoy for family and kids.

Near to shipyard, that's all. Everything is far Facilities here is reasonably okay, not easily assessable to foreigners. Also local here swims for free at hotel pool, kinda like FREE RIDER INDONESIAN!!

Staff was quite helpful and friendly with welcome drinks and cookies. There was also a check-in lounge to hang out between 1.30 to 230pm. Rain was quite persistent during the short stay there. They have a small animal display zone for kids to view too. Overall nice for a short stay and buffet (had breakfast and dinner) was lovely.
