The kind lady at the front desk named Karen who attended to me was really hospitable and arranged for my birthday cake and upgrade of hotel room despite my calling the day before check-in , where the lady over the phone said that it was ” impossible ” to arrange for a cake because they needed three days notice. So Karen turned a disappointment into a wonderful birthday experience and loved the rainbow cake by the way. So I shall still rate five stars !FromS$206

We booked a premiere family room stay for 3D2N. It was a fantastic stay & the room & bathroom were spacious. Room can fit 2 double beds comfortably & the bathtub was superb. The daily breakfast was excellent with a wide spread of food! Love it! Not forgetting the location is just a stone’s throw away from Suntec & Esplanade MRT!FromS$384

The Ritz Carlton Millenia Singapore needs no review. Her glowing reputation is an obvious fact in Singapore and every time I had been there, I've not been disappointed. The Front Desk deserves an evergreen accolade for always making guests feel welcomed the moment they step in, and this round was no exception. A pity maybe that the usual welcome tea was not served, but the familial vibes remain. Once in the room, one is greeted by the sweeping vista of the Marina Bay (you need to book the right room indeed). Never fails to wow. The signature hexagonal window by the bath tub avails a relaxed view of the bay while cosily dipped. Maybe one more palpable disappointment was that the Front Desk was not contactable just before check-out. But, it doesn't take away the overall experience. Thank you.FromS$570

Everything was excellent except that the hotel no longer provide the full butler experience (eg. Preparing Bubble bath, unlimited butler drinks services). However, the service is still good.FromS$493
