Overall staycation is good as hotel is located at a prime location right beside hawkers and malls , making the whole staycation experience more convenient and comfortable. We can get our stomach filled easily and location is very accessible. You can get to Clarke quay , chinatown by foot . A lot of good food around this area. Highly recommended. We also upgraded to lifestyle room for bathtub and more spacious room for our 2 night stay.

Had an amazing time there ! We got lost for abit looking for the reception but was manageable. There was a queue before checking in , but it went very smoothly. The staffs there was really friendly and helpful. One of the staff gave us what we asked for, high floor ( level 33), smoking room and a bath tub. I was really satisfied. On top of that he gave us an hour extra for late checkout. Wish i could thank him again but didnt catch his name. Would definitely return again 😊

Overall location, cleanliness, facilities and service are above standard. However, the sound insulation is poor in the room I stayed in - 0705. I could hear the motorbike from the road and other guests chatting along the corridor. It could be an issue for light sleepers.

Suitable for a quick and affordable staycation for friends and family. Not far from town. They have a strict policy on the names of guests per room. They checked our names before heading up to the lift. If you’re looking for some alone time without any distractions then this hotel won’t do😅😅. You can hear people outside which was uncomfortable

Room was really pretty as seen in the photos, but on the small side so it was just nice for a solo traveler. The front office staff weren’t aware of who had booked with benefits, as I had to ask after the complimentary late check out, macarons and f&b voucher when the staff had just checked me in normally. Totally lacking in terms of having guest details ready in the PMS really, especially for a hotel that is part of MCIL. Found used toothbrush set within the room, the toothpaste was missing inside and the seal was broken. I didn’t make a fuss since there was already a sealed set and I could see the housekeeping staff are overwhelmed, but appreciate if the housekeeping staff would check and make sure none of the amenities provided have been tampered with before releasing the rooms for check in. Was supposed to check out at 4pm the second day, but received a call from front office at 10am asking if I’m checking out already - again, why aren’t the staff informed that my room came with the late check out benefit after I had physically checked with the staff when checking in the previous day, who assured me and noted down that my checkout was 4pm? While I enjoyed the location and the hotel, these service touch points were disappointing at best when there’s already so little interaction between the staff and guest.
