"Want to share my brother's experience staying in this hotel with others. He was sent to this hotel for quarantine. Upon arrival to the hotel, no one was there to assist on luggage but it is acceptable as the hotel was probably short on staff or due to covid safety measures. Corridors towards the hotel room was very dark and the walls along the way was chipping off (guess no maintenance was done to the hotel), upon entering the hotel room, a strong cigarette smell covered the entire room Bathroom was dirty, room was obviously not clean thoroughly before, towels was dirty, bedsheets was dirty, air con in the room was leaking and You can even smell someone smoking in the room next to you! What's worst is that the air con wasn't working in the middle of the night. When called the receptionist to complain instead of sending their maintenance staff, they asked to switch off the aircon for few minutes before switching it on again. I have just One question, shouldn't a hotel that is listed as a quarantine center prioritize cleanliness? What's worst is that this hotel cannot accept criticism. We posted a comment in their facebook page regarding these issues, instead of improving their services, they sent their staff up to my brother's room & threatened him to delete the comment on facebook. Is this how you run a hotel? Threaten hotel guests for leaving a negative comment?"
"Strategic location within Kuching interesting & tourist places of visit and only 5-10 minutes walking distance to the famous Kuching Waterfront. And also the entry to local Kampung lifestyle along Jalan Datuk Ajibah Abol."
"The room is not up to the expectation. Location is good, the food is good. Friendly staff and quit helping. Need to upgrade the room to make it better. Rating is average but not bad. Enjoy staying here with good surrounding area and walking distance to Kuching waterfront, masjid and commercial area."

The hotel lobby location toilet needs to be charged, it is not understandable. The location of the hotel is super convenient and the staff is kind and friendly.

Location is good with amenities close by just by walking, especially to convenience shops or river front. Some eateries could be found with late night McDonald's. No street noise. Anyway, non-smoking and only full glass window which cannot be opened. Room is very large with one king and single beds, as well as sofa, coffee table and desk. Unfortunately, the TV is too tiny for large size room and very lack of 3 pins sockets, not to mention nothing for USB charging, so bring your own adapter. Bathroom is huge too, with bath tub and rain shower. Could enjoy better if the temperature can increase slightly as well as the water pressure higher. Breakfast is above average. Must try Sarawak Laksa. Quite crowded but sufficient tables, so nothing to worry about. Check-out is nightmare. No meaning to queue for returning the room card. Reception still need to check their system before give an ”Ok” to move on. Pullman should implement quick drop card check out. Some others requested to cut queue because they want to validate their parking card so have to wait even longer.

Very bad experience. We recommended this hotel to our family. The toilet bowl overflowed with water and my brother was having his shower when the water stopped running. How could something like this happen in Hilton Hotel??? Thank God, one of your staff, m/s Bong from reception was very helpful to us. The food was not good at the coffee house. Altogether, it was a very bad experience. On top of that, I asked one of your staff, Lukman to have the General Manager call me but nothing happened.

A very chill and cosy place to stay in Sarawak with great view, the hotel staffs are super friendly and helpful! The breakfast here is okay, the lunch menu is delicious though a bit pricey. Love that the gym and saltwater pool is open 24h so can visit at any time of the day. The problem here is it may be a little bit harder to get grab drivers so either can make a deal with the grab driver that got u here or get help from the hotel receptionist to connect with taxi driver.

My go-to hotel when ever I go Kuching. Cleanliness is there and also location is great. Only gripe I have is the parking. It’s shared with the mall and to exit without having to pay, you need to proceed to ground level and have the ticket endorsed by front counter which can be a hassle as the parking is at the basement and you have to stop by Ground floor before you can proceed to you car to exit. It can take some time if there is more than a couple of customers checking in or out.

This hotel provide great service, have big and comfy space. The location was strategic. Most of attractive places in kuching such as the Kuching waterfront, tha cat statue, and plenty of restaurant are just a walking distance. Overall it was a great stay there.

Pros: Location is good. Scenery is beautiful if choosing room with river view. Wifi is fast enough. Drinking water machine (hot and cold) provide at the corridor, very convenient. Bed is comfortable. Cons: 1.Less parking. 2.Not feel welcoming when check-in. Maybe the business of this hotel is good enough. 3.Price for breakfast not worth it. Food taste so so only, less variety. The cleaness of restaurants need to improve. Flies, dusty glass windows. 4.Need access card when you take lift to the room. Not convenient for family travellers.

We booked into this hotel based on travellers' good review. There is no ramp at the entrance to the hotel, a 5steps staircase to walk up to the lobby; with rain these tiled steps get slippery, a hazard to lug luggage up these steps. Hotel lobby is spacious, spotless and inviting. There is an in-house restaurant. Front-end staff are awesome, extremely helpful and courteous, excellent housekeeping service. They provided umbrellas for our use as it rained everyday. Hotel is within walking distance to the riverside promenade, restaurants across from hotel, hawkers of local food & shopping. Hallway to rooms are narrow. Our room is clean, small square footage of 2 single beds & narrow walk apace, no window & standing shower. While we were there 4nights, the third floor broken emergency fire exit door was left ajar. Nevertheless the clean room & good service would entice our return.

Nice chalet. Nice restaurant to chill and drink beer. Only downside is that it is a little small and aircond not cold, otherwise everything else is as per my expectation 😊. Overall, we have a wonderful family vacay ❤

Booked a deluxe room with big bed. Upon checking in, the counter attempted to give me a superior room instead, claiming deluxe fully booked. I protested and was immediately given back a deluxe room with twin bed. Room was small due to the extra bed that I did not need. No bath tub in room so don't expect. Exiting from bathroom was hazardous as there was a raised threshold overlaid with tiles with sharp edges. I kicked the threshold twice. Had to cover it with a floor towel and put a bottle of shower gel there as a warning. The view was nice though, but could be clearer if the glasses were cleaner.
