This hotel is the best in Lombok. If you are looking for a nice place to stay by the beach, pls just book this hotel. I was served by Eric and he even remembered my name! I was there on Christmas day and there are so many guests. His act definitely made me remember this place positively. Will recommend to friends.

It was great that the hotel had a beach, but the day we went wasn't clean. The pool wasn't that big, but it was nice to swim in the sky at night and the staff was very friendly. But we had the most food in the hotel we went to. The room is really comfortable.

Great hotel, location is a little far from the beach, but I went to rent a motorcycle so it was okay, when we checked in, we upgraded the pool view room for free, we were very happy, the free breakfast was very good, and I stayed a few days Happy, that is, there are more flies when eating in the restaurant, others are satisfied, I recommend everyone to stay.

Very good, reasonable price, excellent service, no dissatisfaction, very warm. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was large, the bathtub, shower area, and wet and dry partitions were reasonable. Not far from the main commercial dining street and quiet. There is no private beach hotel in Kuta Beach, so the better hotels are not far from the business district.

My partner and I stayed here for nearly two weeks in July. We really loved our stay here. Very modern, clean, private, quiet and spacious. There are about 10-12 villas - we didn’t see one other group on our stay. Comfortable bed with great pillows. Highlights were the pool and the bathroom. It’s about an 8 min scooter into town. We enjoyed not being in town. The roads aren’t busy, so if you aren’t used to riding a scooter it’s a good place to learn. It is also very close to mandaliki GP circuit - it would be the perfect place to stay if you were visiting for the GP event. I feel a couple of improvements could be made: - The bedroom had great AC. But my partner and I don’t like sleeping with AC, we prefer having the door open with natural air flow and a fan with mosquito net. Unfortunately the room didn’t have the option of mosquito net. So if we slept with door open we got bitten by mosquitos. - We feel the room service food could be improved. The chicken dishes were always very over cooked and dry and the food was cooked in too much oil. We didn’t rely on the food here (we found a place called Markisa and ate there most of the time). - The kitchenette is great. But I was surprised there wasn’t something to cook on - a gas stove would have been great. There is certainly room for one. I have food sensitivities and eating in Indonesia is hard for me. I would have loved to be able to cook my own food. The staff were really great. Very good communication. We look forward to coming back (hopefully with a mosquito net in place) - Madison and Simon

Firstly, I don't know how the bad reviews have arisen. The staff, especially the manager “Eri” were very friendly and extremely helpful during our stay. All our wishes were met, including additional requests (e.g. larger bed, more towels and coffee, etc.) were immediately processed and implemented. The facilities and bungalows are very careful, the housekeeping has always done a great job, we really felt well. This is JM Hotel, which is about 400 meters away from Kuta Beach in Lombok. It is charged online by Ctrip, and it costs 104 yuan for one simple breakfast (more than 150 yuan for other websites).
