The hotel environment is very good, the outdoor swimming pool is also very good, the best room to the east, large floor-to-ceiling windows, the window is endless green land, wetland, lake, very good! The hotel buffet breakfast was very good and varied. The swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and gym are free. The surrounding greenery is very good. It is about 5 kilometers from the urban area. There is almost no public transportation on Batam. It is convenient to call the car with Grap software. The price is transparent. The fare is not expensive.

Check in process was a bit slow and the hotel lobby is undergoing renovation. Location is near to grand center batam and the room is well cleaned with basic amenities provided. However, our room is located right beside the main road and the sound proof is really bad. Felt as if we were sleeping right beside all the motorbikes and cars the whole night. Overall a good hotel if your room does not face the main road.

Used to stay at this hotel frequently till we found out I Baloi hotel is more convenient for everything. Overall a pleasant hotel but I think they are currently undergoing some renovation... Can be a bit noisy at time...
