Nice location with access to a variety of great food choices and amenities around the hotel. Large room with a good size toilet with rain shower. Only issue is the lack of usb charging point and a bidet. Good for a short rest stop.

An excellent hotel with good customer service. I have no complaints about this hotel certainly. I have an enjoyable stay here. With club access it allows me to relax and not plan what or where to eat. I can simply just head up to the lounge and get myself filled up with food at 5 different timing. I reached around 10.15 am on the day of check-in. Thinking of leaving our luggage at the hotel while we head for brunch. To our surprise, the staff said we are allowed to have an early check-in. The staff brought us up to level 32 where the club lounge is and asked us to have a drink while his colleague will prepare the check-in for us. We sat there for about 15 to 20 minutes or so. This time the staff who serve us throughout our stay, Michelle came to us and informed us that she has helped us with the check-in and explained some procedures and we are good to go. We were given level 29 of a twin marina view room. The room was clean and the view was spectacular. We then headed out for brunch and thereafter back to the hotel to enjoy the amenities and club access. The gym was well equipped and operates 24hours. All the equipment you are looking for in the gym can be found here. If you are looking to have a good swim the best timing will be in the morning and evening probably. If not during the daytime it was quite packed. Club access was great. The food variety and drinks vary from tea to juices to alcohol were all great. I had a few cocktails and champagne as well. The food is nice as well, such as the beef stew, salted egg popcorn chicken, black chicken soup, satay, danish and many more... There is also a limousines car available to send you to your destination within the marina area. We took it to the garden by the bay. And walk back from there. This is a value add service to us 😊 The view from the room and bathtub is awesome. You can just get yourself soaked in it with the view of MBS in front of you with a day or night view whichever you prefer. The bed is also so comfortable that you do not wish to climb out of bed. All in all the amount you are paying is worth what you are getting. All the staffs are always friendly and approachable. I would strongly recommend to at least stay here at least once in your lifetime.

The location wise is perfect as Suntec City and Marina Square are just within walking distance. This is very convenient to parents with young kids like us. The cleanliness of the hotel room deserves a 5-star, and the housekeepers attended to our requests promptly and they even ready the amenities for kids. The buffet breakfast serves various choices of food, my kids specially love their waffle with ice cream and chocolate syrup! The chefs in Oscar are very friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a great time during our stay in Conrad, we will definitely consider this hotel again!

Was a bit disappointed that I wasn’t told beforehand that Swissotel is currently a quarantine hotel. Lucky for me when I booked grab, the driver sent us straight to Fairmont Hotel which is located directly beside Swissotel. The bellboy who I unfortunately did not managed to get the name was quick to assist me. He told me about Swissotel being a quarantine hotel and brought my sister and I to the lobby. Then on, the front desk man assured me that my name would be in their system as Swissotel moved all their guests to Fairmont. Was a bit sad that I couldn’t get a room in Swissotel but Fairmont blew my mind. Love the room and the view I got. Additionally, my sister and I received a complimentary cake for our bdea. It definitely made my mood better upon checking in. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get the names of the hotel staffs who were very accommodating and was very assuring. Thumbs up. Definitely planning to stay here again. Thank u all and stay safe during this hard time
