I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, albeit a brief one. The service provided was excellent, and the staff at the front desk stood out for their professionalism and warm hospitality. They were accommodating to my needs and demonstrated a high level of training, which made the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. The air-conditioning in the room was impressive, keeping the space refreshingly cold even during warm weather. However, I was slightly disappointed to find that no bottled water was provided in the room, which I feel is a basic amenity most hotels offer. On a positive note, essentials like a toothbrush and shower cap were available, which I appreciated. That said, there is some room for improvement in terms of the room's condition and amenities. The towels provided were thin and showed signs of wear, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the bathroom were quite compact, with an awkward layout that made moving around less convenient than I would have liked. Despite these minor drawbacks, the excellent service and comfortable air-conditioning were definite highlights of my stay. With some attention to the room's amenities and layout, the experience could be even better.

When we check in i got room no.202 it every bad cos floor 2 they still painting and fixing, noisy and bad smell, i ask reception if i can change the room but she room unavailable.. somehow i met one aunty idk if she is owner, she change room for us. We so happy. Around hotel have lot of restaurants and also mall, location is good from hotel to airport around 15 minutes, room is clean and comfortable.

I like that it is very near to the MRT just below the hotel. There are also a lot of food restos to choose from. You will never get hungry. And there is a grocery store nearby. We went there during our 1st day to buy snacks.
