We were already 2x now in Radisson Kedaton lamping. The rooms are modern but still decorated with traditional elements. The staff service is really excellent.From the reception through the room service to the staff at the pool. There is still Arthur to mention a staff from the restaurant/pool team. He served us even in the flowing rain on our beds with a rain screen of our food . Also the beds of the rooms are really super convenient . Also direct access to the mall is definitely a plus. All in all, the Radisson Kedaton is one of the best in lamping .

Already 2x staycations here don't disappoint. The service is very good, the check in doesn't take long and the large room is spacious, cool, but I get the view that is less attractive. Its okay, still comfortable to stay there The swimming pool is also comfortable clean all towels are provided For food, I don't include breakfast, maybe later I will try the food

The hotel were so clean and fresh. My kid was so exited to see the kid zone at the lobby. From the last we visited there, I think this is kinda genious way to attract the kids during the check in time. Pop lampung will always our best priority and I can't wait the next suprise from here.

We reserved this hotel after a quick research and was further i***ressed when we checked in. The hotel was a bit dated but not tired and well maintained. The room's was just nice with a partial view of the Lampung Bay. Wifi was fast. We used the water heater for coffee and tea provided in the room and there was a cooler too which was great to chill our drinks. The bathroom was clean and fixtures were newly updated. The bed was excellent, comfortably hard for our old bones. The sheets were new and of good quality. Breakfast was the best with wide choices of both local and western. Delicious. Great coffee from the coffee machine. The F&B department did a great job..two thumbs up! As for the location, the hotel is located up on a hill overlooking the Lampung city and its beautiful bay. It's best if you have your own transportation. The restaurant has a 180 degrees view of the surrounding hills and the bay. Maybe the best view for breakfast, lunch, dinner and ice-cream in Lampung! I would highly reccommend this hotel for a first timer in Lampung, never mind if the rate is little high but the value will be worth every rupiah you put out. The staffs were always friendly, attentive and ever ready to help. Great job Emersia!

Thank you for set up honeymoon in the room, the staff was friendly, good air conditioner, water heater but tv was bad. they dont provided iron for free so we hve to pay for the pressing. And the breakfast's menu was just so so. no milk for breakfast. fast check in and check out.

Quite surprised stay experience. We got one room left at the first rate 1 in the lobby, the staff was warm, even impressed. After checking in, entering the room, the condition was not as promised. Bed with sleek & old sheets. Gordyn I peeled for a long time and did not change. There is no foot slipper, air drip on the floor of the room. Remote tv is stuck (the battery is already rusty), when asked to change, the staff did not respond. The bathroom cleanliness is less, fortunately the hot water bath is available smoothly. What's interesting is the beautiful view of the restaurant facing the sea & boats in the distance. In the view below the restaurant there is a large swimming pool, liked by children. The standard breakfast menu once, but it's already a few minutes out when it arrives. Which is pretty good fried noodles. Well, that's enough. Hopefully the front of this hotel is evaporated, considering the old/senior hotel in his time. Unfortunately, the concept & asset has been owned. Bravo Marcopolo1
