We booked two rooms with mountain views. In fact, the rooms are not right on the mountain. You can see the sunrise when you see the coast. Afraid of noise, do not live on the seventh floor on the top floor, because there are so many birds. There is also a mountain view room chair that can help you open an extra bed for free, suitable for two large and small families. We spent two days in the hotel. One of them ate dinner at a Chinese restaurant. The two big and two small eateries ate almost five hundred, including 7RMB per person. But this mixed mushroom tofu is not good, maybe seafood tofu will be delicious.

The location is very good, next to the hotel is Da Qia Lai, 9 minutes walk from Huaxing and Shuangtian Seafood, 15 minutes from Tianqiao Durian Street. The hotel is clean and the service is professional. There are many samples for breakfast, but the taste is average, but I think the meat in Sabah is not good, too old and too old. The swimming pool on the roof was very few in the morning and had a great time swimming.

After a long struggle between his family and Shangri-La, he finally chose his family. First, because the price / performance ratio is higher than that of Shangri-La, most of the hotels in Malaysia have vintages, which are incomparable with the same-star hotels in China, and the facilities are relatively old. The second reason is that there are more Koreans here, but Korean travel time is exactly the same as that of Chinese holidays, so he chose his home with the idea of giving it a try. The hotel's external facilities are not mentioned, it is really good, but think that the cushions of the beach chair can be taken directly? Don't understand what is the use of such a thick cushion? It is better to spread the towels on the beach chair directly. In contrast, the breakfast category feels less, but it is still full. The most important point is that the service attitude is very good, because I ca n’t find the TV remote control, so I called the waiter to enter the room to help find them. They came into the house barefoot. This is very admirable. I recommend everyone to stay in this hotel. high

Check-in & check-out were smooth. Most of the staffs are friendly and helpful. I wish I had the chance to select the room but the room that was prepared earlier by them got no issue. There were 4 elevators but only 1 was working. So, be patient. The breakfast queue was long around 8:40am. Again, be patient. The setback here was that I saw the frustration from one of the staffs at the Promenade cafe. I understand that things can be busy but professionalism is vital regardless of the situation. I even greeted that particular staff politely but I guess he was too frustrated. Overall, highly recommended and praise to the staffs that keep it cool & positive. Thank you for your service, keep it up!
