Reception staff remain friendly and warm on the whole esp Sol. Housekeeper lady responsive but one day was sneezing - concern for her well being and risk of spread of cold, flu or even covid 19 as she cleans surfaces but sneezing. Hope she was able to be tested for hers, other staff and guests safety.

I have no comment about this hotel. Unhygienic hotel. Not going to stay this hotel anymore.

Location is very good. Near CIQ, City Square. Many eating joints around the corner. Wifi is very strong. Mosquitoes 🦟 were found in the room.

The staff who served me is friendly and efficient. I store the luggage before book in time and when I returned to check in, he remembered my name. Conveniently located near City Square Mall and surround by eatery.
