your entertainment team is what made staying at the hotel fun. they are amazing specially anna, sasha and alaa al deen made staying at hilton more fun with more activities and they are so friendly and fun , very social and talkative , make friends easily with everyone and always having a positive vibe ! already missing you! we made yoga together and dances by the pool , good tennis players and a very amazing multi taskers , they can play with the kids and have amazing dances for them to energize them ,my little sister loved them.at the same time they can get the adults moving and take groups from the hotel to clubs every night for entertainment ! The hotel is very big there is a bus moving you around from one side the the other one beside the beach , there is wifi but what was disturbing is that the wifi wasn’t free in the bedrooms only in public areas like the pool , lobby and beach . food is 4/5 it’s repeated everyday wish they had more variety specially in dessert and it’s very busy on eid daysFromS$54

Let me thank the respected management represented by Mr. Samir Rashwan, the general manager of the hotel, and Mr. Alaa Hamdy, the manager of guest relations, for the keen interest in guests and their comfort, making them feel happy and comfortable, and quickly solving any problem that the guest may face and providing all means of comfort to the guest. This hotel is more than wonderful because it has the ingredients for success required for the success of any respectable hotel Customer service is very respectful and quick to solve any problem The reception is very nice The rooms and housekeeping staff are very clean and disciplined The rooms are clean and have a nice design The beach is beautiful and has beautiful views, always in this hotel you feel that you are in the midst of your second family, as if you are not in a hotel also the staff is very responsible and I highly recommend it to any one searching for relaxation.FromS$88
