The pool and facilities were great. The staff was so friendly !! Especially well equipped to exercise! I had a money exchange scam near the hotel, but the staff came out and helped me. There are many restaurants and massage shops near Hütel.

The hotel environment is elegant, the rooms are clean and large, and the hotel staff is very friendly. The location is very close to the business district and Jimbaran Seafood BBQ Street and will definitely return.

We have business event on this hotel from 9-13 November in this hotel. Everything went perfect until we realized that the air conditioner was not working properly, the living room air conditioner worked like a fan, and the bed room air conditioner was even worse. Been complaining about this to the housekeeper, he was so nice, resetting our AC and asked us to call FO if in the next 1 hour the AC don't show any improvement. After 2 hours, I decided to call FO regarding this problem, she was so nice, sending us the maintenance engineer ( he came shortly, nice person) to check but still no improvement at all, my point is if there is something wrong with the room, please don't sell it, even the temperature corridor is cooler than our room. Thursday evening, my BF forgot a box of mask 😷 in the meeting room, that mask belongs to the participants, there is no way the participants would stole it since we still need it for Friday. Plus, the thief only took the mask and left the box alone, we assume that this is related to the cctv. He complained to the front office Friday morning, the front office staff said that she would check it first, however, no confirmation arrived to our attention, we were so upset about this since this related to lost and found and the staff was not paying enough attention. I was stay in this hotel again last August 3rd for 1 night. The I got bigger room again this time and thank you for the hotel team effort for your nice service. I read another review from the other reviewer for this hotel. Well yes, this hotel really need a lot of maintenance, but compare to the room facilities and the prices, it's still affordable for a 4* hotel. I think if you need better hotel, you may find another 4* hotel that more expensive of course. Yes my shower was leaking and the 2nd bathroom was a bit smelly (I got 2 bathrooms in my room). But I never used my 2nd bathroom. Well overall with the affordable rate and the big room, I can't complain too much since the rate will show their quality. Anyway this hotel is really fit with the budget traveler who need a bigger room or having budget family holiday. My suggestion is choose the ”room only” option instead of complaining the breakfast. So you can explore another good restaurant around Benoa and Nusa Dua area for your breakfast since there are a lot of restaurant not far from the hotel.

Very good Villa, We were surprised by the privacy of the villa, no other building around, you feel safe and comfy, surrounded by nice and efficient team (cleaners, drivers, cooks, etc) always ready to help, with a smile as a plus. The pool was big and warm, Rooms are comfy, AC is quiet and efficient, a lot of storage inside Beds are really comfy (not too hard), a good choice of pillows and crisp comfy cotton sheets Outdoor shower was heaven The villa is not brand new, you can see here and there some signs of maintenance needs but, for the price, is is very very good value. Internet was strong but only on short range TV was of poor quality (aerial) and nothing in English.

Hotel is great for an early flight and if want to avoid getting overcharged by airport taxis you can walk when you arrive. I’d recommend it for short stay as it is a little far from anything to see.

Overallm its a good cheap hotel which is near some good cafes, restaurants but away from main seminyak and kuta. Buffet is pretty average but thats what you get for $7AUD. They do not mop the floors in the rooms....they sweep but no mopping...the floors are filthy and black when you wipe them. There is also dirt in the corners of the walls. I stayed on the top level and when it rained there was a leak so i could here the water dripping onto the ceiling....surely that will collapse soon. But apart from that..it was fine...If you want to spend more...stay at the marriot...which you can see from your hotel room.

Really wonderful stay. It took us a minute to figure out the lights in the room - this is from the bedside control panel FIY. The hotel upgraded us for free during our stay so we got an extra large room. They're incredibly attentive and kind. The breakfasts were large and delicious - mostly buffet, although two mornings when there were only 8 guests (last weekend before Bali reopening), it was a la carte with quite large portions. Pools are very clean and towels are free. You can order food and drinks by the poolside. The area is very private and you won't be bothered unless you seek it out. The boardwalk takes you to a nice promenade through the neighboring hotel areas as well. The beach was very clean, although there is some algae deeper in the ocean during low tide. I asked if they had books to lend one day and they found some by the next day already! :) I basically lived in the pool and umbrella shade. They provide new toiletries and water everyday (their lotion helped after a bad sunburn). Literally, the only places to possibly look to improve are: 1. Wifi in the more remote rooms. We we're around 1034-1030 and as the wing is quite far from the lobby, the Wifi connection (even Guest wifi) was hard for my phone and laptop to get and only worked with one bar in some areas of the room at times. Perhaps another router could be placed nearby. The wifi worked amazing in the lobby area though. 2. The inner pool near rooms 1036-1034, there was a little dust on the sides of the pool and steps. This isn't visible in the daylight much, but does stick out with the lamps by the steps shining bright. The water itself seemed clean.
