Contrary to what it says in the description here, this is NOT a new hotel. It opened in 2016, and we stayed there at the time. We were very impressed with it so didn't hesitate to return. However, it is now showing its age in many ways. The mattress in our room was lumpy and uneven. The chair, although it looked great, had lost its firmness and was very uncomfortable. Some of the furniture in the communal area was looking tatty. The staff were on the whole friendly, but some lacked basic knowledge e.g the girl serving us a drink one evening didn't know the difference between beers or which glasses to use or even know how to open a beer bottle! Information given to us was inconsistent as was the implementation of covid guidelines - Eg the checking in at breakfast was only asked of us on one of three mornings. Breakfast was affected by the request that we put on gloves ( provided) every time we visited the buffet. These were very smelly and affected the experience of eating items held in the hand such as croissants and bread . We weren't sure this was necessary as we were wearing masks and had used sanitiser ( provided) on entry and also used tongs to pick up everything. On one of the three mornings the 'hot' items were only luke warm. The lovely fresh fruit on the first day was missing the next . Other items were not replenished. These inconsistencies were apparent in every area of the hotel. Finally, we had decided to have pizza in the hotel on the last evening as this was the only food they were providing at the time. We had been told this on arrival and reminded that it was available every time we entered the lift and saw the poster of a delicious pizza. When we enquired about it we were answered quite rudely by the man on reception and told that it wasn't available due to staffing problems. It might have have helpful to put a label on the poster in the lift to say that the only one item they were offering was now unavailable. As customers, it is not our fault that there are staffing problems. If they are unable to adequately cover ever area with staff, then maybe they shouldn't have reopened yet. We understand the difficulties faced during the pandemic and appreciated the efforts made for our safety and care but unless all staff are on board with the information and guidance, then this becomes pointless. We are very experienced Premier Inn users and have stayed at their hotels many times. The first time we stayed here we thought it exceeded all others. Now this one is sadly not up to the standard of the ones in the UK.FromS$64

First of all, what I want to say is that it is very convenient and close to go to this hotel after getting off the plane at T1. I stayed in a windowless room. When I checked in at the front desk of the hotel, the beauty was a Cypriot. I heard that we were transferring from Cyprus. Give me a free upgrade to a room with a window. Thank you very much. The night view outside the window is quite beautiful. The room is not big, but clean and tidy. The TV 📺 is not small, and the bathroom feels very good. There is a free water dispenser in the corridor, and the coffee machine also provides free coffee and free milk. It feels very user-friendly. I will stay here after a long transit time in Frankfurt, which is really great.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Located in a quiet neighborhood side street just 10 minutes easy and safe walk to the Messe fairgrounds. This is no simple matter. One can easily end up in a hotel in very unsavory sections around the Main train station off Mainzer Highway. Rooms were simply furnished but were clean and modern. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious with up to date fittings. Breakfast was generous with many hot and cold choices. Service was quick and courteous. Recommended for visitors to the Messe shows.FromS$75

It’s the first time we stay in this hotel. It’s quiet, but that might be due to Covid-19. The staff both in reception and restaurant is polite and speak english, that is Nice as german is not a language er speak. The only minus is that the staff in reception isn’t behind the desk all the time. That’s expexted in a 4 star hotel. Restaurant staff is nice, and we had a good dinner. The breakfast bufffet was food aswell and also the nice breakfast lady. She was also great at clearing the table from used plates. The only minus is that there is only 1 hand sanitizer stand around the breakfast. There should be at each end of the buffet and at each entry aswell as disposable gloves due to Covid-19 We plan to return to the hotel next time we pass Frankfurt😊FromS$106
