We had a wonderful visit to New York City and The Royalton Park Avenue was the cherry on top! The hotel is just a short distance from the magnificent Time Square and many other attractions (ex. Empire State Building, Flatiron building, Union Square). The Royalton is situated on the corner of 29th and Park Avenue (great location), giving us many options. We literally would walk outside the hotel and just start walking because there were so many things to explore. The Royalton is fashionable, metropolitan and hip. It is tastefully refurbished and has a touch of old-world charm and upbeat modernism. I was happy that the front desk staffer asked it we wanted to upgrade to get a balcony because it was such a nice view. We received an 11th floor room (clean room) with a partial view of the Empire State Building. We could see the top of it as it was changing colors to reflect Valentine's Day. We loved the modern bathroom that had a separate tub and shower. We also loved the rooftop pool. We didn't get in the pool but the view was really, really nice. It was very cold, as it was February. We could see steam coming from the pool, which created such a picturesque scene. Hotel guests were in the pool enjoying themselves and the awesome view. The rooftop bar/lounge (next to the pool, but inside) is where hipsters and sophisticates gather for hot music, nice cocktails and a laid-back, retro lounge atmosphere. The Bartenders and hosts were nice, accommodating and professional. I came back to the bar for a second night but couldn't remember the name of the cocktail I had the night before because the bartender (I believe he was from California) designed a special cocktail for me. He remembered it and remade it for me! One of the best parts of the Royalton Park Avenue was a hotel staffer named "Juan" . He was the nicest, most personable hotel staffer we have met in the United States. And we travel a lot (domestically and internationally). There is only one other hotel staffer who had his great disposition and he was in London at another 5 start hotel. Juan, you made our trip to NYC memorable! You're phenomenal! Keep doing what you do. Your top-notch personality and disposition makes all the difference! We recommend staying that the Royalton Park Avenue. We will return. Thank you to all that accommodated us during our visit.

The hotel location is in New York State. It is very convenient for taxis and subways. The location is good. Of course, the occupancy rate is also good. It has 40 floors and 3 elevators. The elevator speed is really fast. There are people almost every time. The waiting time is not long and it is acceptable. The hotel is very close to Trinity Church, 9.11 Museum, Feige Junction Station, Tongniu and Wall Street, and it is very convenient to walk. I am most concerned about breakfast. Of course, I am satisfied. American breakfast can be ordered on the first floor and buffet on the second floor (if the hotel includes breakfast, the buffet on the second floor can also be eaten. You need to add an extra 3 people to check in. Just talk to the front desk). The buffet includes porridge, pickles, waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, etc. The Chinese service is also quite convenient. Such a good travel environment, the price is not expensive, the room is small, two 1.2-meter beds, the ground is basically empty, I brought two small boxes can be put down. There are windows, can be ventilated, the bed is comfortable, clean, the price is perfect, good choice.

Amazing hotel, stayed in two rooms for 6 nights, and left a little nostalgic. Feeling good are as follows: 1. The service is friendly, fast and convenient. Due to the noise of the air conditioner during the check-in, it has been smooth for three consecutive requests. 2. The room is very large and well-equipped. Not to mention a full set of kitchen equipment and pots and pans, even dishwasher detergent, dishwashing detergent, kitchen paper, and dish sponge are all equipped. 3. There is a large fresh supermarket downstairs, which is readily available. It is very convenient to buy food and cook on your own, which perfectly solves the Chinese stomach. There is a self-service laundry room upstairs, once for 2.75 knives. Washing and drying are counted separately. 4. Excellent location, not only many attractions nearby, but also all subway stations are very close. The only drawback is that everyone mentioned that the huge floor-mounted air conditioner is very noisy and requires earplugs.

The room was nice, spacious, clean and well-maintained. The service was impeccable, the receptionist always offer us 2 water bottles every morning and evening (I have stayed in a lot of hotels in the US and this is the first hotel that does that!). The breakfast was really efficient despite the small available space.
