My review should be 4.5 stars. The good - amazing view of the lake from the hotel restaurant, beautiful hotel design, and super helpful, super friendly staff. At least a few speak very good English and those that don't seem to understand enough. I felt very welcome and relaxed here. I had a nice view of trees from my room through a floor to ceiling corner window which made me feel in nature although we were not (really) in the middle of nowhere. The not so good - the beautiful wood floors and furnishings are probably what caused footsteps and voices to be heard very prominently. But, with earplugs I didn't notice while sleeping. There is wood around the sink instead of tile which made me feel the need to wipe up the splashes from the sink. The windows had no screens, but maybe this is common in this area. I'm not sure if the thermostat was working, and I stayed on two unusually hot days. There is a steep hill to climb to get from the lobby to the rooms, but a van is available to take guests up the hill. However, you have to get up the first hill from the street to the lobby on your own if you're walking (as far as I know). I enjoy uphill exercise though 😊 But, it may be too much for others especially if it ever gets that unusually hot again in the area. The walk to town center is about 30 minutes on a mostly unpaved walking area beside a very busy street. I don't know if I would stay here again, but I did enjoy my stay very much.FromS$168

I’m a frequent business traveler, but generally trend towards Marriott properties (I’m a lifetime Titanium Elite member). But in a recent trip to Bariloche and with COVID measures in place,I wanted to find a brand hotel to assure some level of cleanliness, which is how I came to this hotel. The property itself seems very new and well kept. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and one thing I loved were the end tables which have USB connectors hidden away to keep clutter hidden. The shower could’ve been a bit larger. But the best thing of all was the level of service. Everyone that tended to us was always smiling and very welcoming. When ordering breakfast even though we could go up to the buffet table to ask for some items, they brought it to our table. And when checking out, upon seeing my kids loved their bonbons they gave us an entire handful and a bottle of water for the road! And finally, when seeing we were headed to Villa La Angostura and San Martín de los Andes, Lautaro at the reception desk messaged us after we left recommending restaurants which were open at both locations!! We loved Bariloche and hope to go back one day, and we’ll definitely make sure we stay here again.FromS$153

We choose the Hotel to rest for 15 days (starting on Dec 20, 2019), we spent Christmas & New Years Eve. The reservations Department is very dedicated, respectull & take care of any passenger need. Hotel facilities in perfect condition,the pool, the small but equipped gym, The SPA area.....pls take into account that to perform body treatments you must request a shift (pay a fee). The two restaurants of the Hotel have the same menu, both: impeccable, it is clear that it is very accessible to eat inhouse, as well as the room service. The food is quality & abundant......and the prices accessible and they also have promotions The attention of the staff very cordial and willing to help you anytime, in the same way the Agency boys in the lobby. Unforgettable experience: it could not have been better. Undoubtedly it maintains the charm and distinction throughout the years & the location is.....PERFECT!FromS$142
