There is no breakfast, but the surrounding area is full of delicacies. You can go to Shunde Fishing Village for morning tea, Daliang Wu Rice Congee, Pork Pork, etc. The garden downstairs is full of delicious food. It is very convenient to go to the playground and walk around. The hotel maintains Atour’s consistent care for details. It has a gym, a meeting room and a self-service laundry room. The cleanliness is also very good, the accommodation is very comfortable, and the front desk is also very welcoming. There is a free outdoor parking lot opposite the hotel, but it is difficult to find a parking space during May 1st. We parked in the underground parking garage. Although there is a charge, the parking fee is free as long as you report the license plate number to the front desk when you leave.

Location is ok but not that great, food has very very limited choice for vegetarian, restaurant closes very early like 8:45 pm in the night and very less option to eat food, staff don't understand much English and staff are very very slow in handling food delivery, billing. Need improvement.

As an international star-rated brand name, especially it claims itself as a 5-stars hotel in a big city, Foshan. The service level of the front desk is extremely bad. Firstly, some staff did not possess the ability to speak english with the customers. Secondly, the politeness of the first line staff should be better trained again, and re-trained again. How come the staff can challenge the customers by asking back some basic questions? this is not a 5-stars rated level of service standard to be delivered. I can only rate it as 2 stars in such level, even worse than in some smaller cities in China. I think the top management shall try to improve in these two aspects.

Front desk reception service is great! However during breakfast period, one of their trainee threw away my mask cover which made me very disappointed. Without any apologies. Some of Front desk staffs response quick, when I complained my room without air con. They will ask mechanic to do further action. Overall, their services are great! Will definitely visit again in future!
