Paris hotel is too expensive, only to stay close and choose a hotel on the ** River Valley. Fortunately, there is a car, go to the customer side to drive for half an hour. Outlets are nearby.

800/night, excluding breakfast, but we asked when we checked in. The front desk may have misunderstood and said that breakfast was included. As a result, when we checked out, we charged 15 euros/day. No choice, we can only pay, I am every morning Just drink a cup of coffee and a croissant and think it's not worth it. Why don't you go to the McDonald's 50 meters away and order a set meal of 5 euros, hahahaha, the room has air-conditioning, shower gel, tissues and towels, and other things need to be prepared by yourself. Within a 30-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe, if the weather is good, you can go for a stroll. It is farther away from other attractions, and the average taxi is about 20 euros one way. There is no need to participate in the cruise, it is far better than the sightseeing bus

The reception was telling us that our credit card had something wrong and couldn’t be charge and was asking for a deposit of 900 euro when we arrived to check in which we find it very weird cause we had already pay online through trip.com. So we clarify with him if the 900 euro was for deposit or to pay for the room as it might be a double charge. After sometime, he said it’s okay he wouldn’t need to collect deposit anymore. It was the first time I encountered a hotel which ask for so much as a deposit🙁 and subsequently changing their mind of not taking the deposit anymore. Hope Novotel could have a clearer policy or rule stated somewhere to let the guests know else it might look like a scam to us.
