West End-Soho City of Westminster|1.11km from downtown
The hotel location is very good, right next to Trafalgar Square, within 20 minutes walk to the British Museum, Art Gallery, Oxford Regent Street, Chinatown, London Eye, Westminster Church, Buckingham Palace. The boys at the front desk were handsome and nice. They lived for seven days. On the first and last days, they wrote me a welcome card, sent macarons, and they had free water and minibar food every day. Make up used soap for new ones. Downstairs is the Charing Cross Station, which is easy to travel, but there is no elevator and you need to carry luggage. The old subway station is really speechless and tired of doubting life. Also note that there are many homeless people. Downstairs convenience store stores eat and buy fruit, BOOTS is also very convenient, the overall price of 1600RMB without meals is recommended! The Hilton behind the hotel didn't even give the new shower gel, no water and no shower cap.

We called ahead as we knew that check in was after 3pm to ask of we could leave our luggage before we headed into London City. When we arrives around 11am they notified us our room was ready to check in and allowed us to check in then. They then rang to ask if we were happy or needed anything. After our day in London we arrived back to get ready to go for a meal. We saw that callahans had a menu and that they had the dome seating area outside. We called reception and asked if we were able to book a dome for our meal. They lady advised she would check and call back She rang within a minute to confirm. The meal was absolutely beautiful. At breakfast they seated us and asked of we would like tea or coffee and explained the buffet areas, they also came and cleared the table once we had finished. Very tentative staff. Throughout our stay we have had fantastic service with a warm welcome from sincerely happy staff. They are a credit to the holiday Inn. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone if they want a comfortable stay in a lovely environment which is close to the tube stations making it easy to get around London. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Lovely family room with fabulous view of Tower Bridge. Room large and clean. Beds comfortable. Some lifts weren't working and so a long wait for lifts particularly at breakfast time. Could use stairs, but smelly and unpleasant and not well signed. Long queue for breakfast and although selection ok, it was a strange set up for breakfast with bits of food in various parts of the room. Bar area very busy in the evening and drinks pricey, but then you do have the view of the river and Tower Bridge. Well located. We parked in an alternative car park a short walk away and saved a lot of money, compared to hotel prices. Would recommend and would visit again.
