The location was excellent, with a bus station nearby that went directly to central Paris, and a train station just a 10-minute walk away, offering easy access to central Paris as well. In terms of facilities, they provided the basics. The lobby was well-maintained and a good place to work. The bathrooms were clean, though this depended on the guests sharing the room. Overall, I would recommend it for backpackers or those staying for just a day.

The location is convenient and it's inexpensive, but be aware that it's a mixed-gender dorm. The duvet isn't very thick, so it's probably best for spring or summer. There are lockers with keys for your belongings, though everyone seemed quite considerate. If you're a light sleeper, remember to bring earplugs. You'll need to bring your own towel for showering. You can walk from Notre Dame to the Louvre, then through the Tuileries Garden, Place de la Concorde, Arc de Triomphe, and finally the Eiffel Tower – it's a perfect one-day walk.
The bathroom was really dirty. There was mold all over the ceiling in the shower stall, and the toilet was often unclean. The cleaning schedule was clearly too infrequent, and the hand soap dispenser at the sink was empty for a long time.
The hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay overall. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout the visit. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping was consistent and responsive to requests.
The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation options, which made getting around very manageable. The hotel facilities were generally well-kept, and the common areas were clean and welcoming.
While there is always room for minor improvements, the overall experience was positive and offered good value for the price paid. This property is a solid choice for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and reliable service. I would consider staying here again in the future.

The neighborhood is not the most trustworthy, but the hotel is great for its price. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is perhaps a bit old but adequate. There is coffee in reception and glass bottles to bring water to the room, both regular and sparkling. They store your bags without any problem.
The location is good near to the Eiffel Tower. Near to metro Station. The room was clean and bathroom also clean. But the smell from the drainage leak to the room. And the heater is not working. The room was too cold to sleep. You have to cover your head to keep yourself warm and fall asleep. Suggest to check the heater.
Hestel gave me a very impressive experience in Paris.
1. Hostel can move conveniently with a good location to move anywhere.
(I can use various traffic means such as bus, metro, RER...)
2. The crew with a family atmosphere, thank you so much! Merci-beaucoup!
3. I was happy to meet good roommates.
One by one, they took care of me like a younger sister and helped me. It's like they're real sisters.
I am happy to leave such a good memory in Paris.
When I visit Paris next time, I always stay here
You can't say you don't have a bed later!!
The hostel is located right next to two of the main railway stations which was great for my travel plans. The stuff is really nice and helped me carry the luggage as one of the lifts is broken. Cleanliness could be better d. Ex there was a contact lense on the shelf of my bed but I do not use any. The hotel is a bit older, so there were some moldy spots in the bathroom, also the floor has some wear-and-tear signs. As other people wrote due to the club downstairs it can be a bit noisy. I think it is a great value for money in an expensive city with limited space, it is not a place I would stay to relax and recharge .

Amazing to be literally round the corner from Sacré Coeur but sad not to have a view! We stayed in a private room with own bathroom and kitchenette. It was a good size, very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The TV didn’t work but we didn’t need it. The shower was a squeeze to get in but lovely and warm with two shower heads and plenty of hot water. The communal areas were scruffy, the garden a bit disappointing, and we didn’t feel part of the main hostel or told anything about that on arrival. We thought we’d booked breakfast but were told not. Also thought there was a cafe on site and saw people eating there but again were advised to go for breakfast elsewhere! Check in and out were easy but I wouldn’t say it was great customer service! For what we needed - a private room in a nice area it was good. Two flights of stairs were a lot though!!
Let me preface this by saying I booked in January, so it might have been less crowded, which probably made for a better experience. As a solo traveler staying for 3 nights, I was initially a bit nervous about booking a hostel, but it exceeded all my expectations. The hostel isn't far from the subway exit, making it convenient to get to various attractions, and the walk there feels safe, with parents picking up kids and people out for a run. There's also a river outside the hostel, offering a nice view.
The front desk is on the first floor, next to a restaurant and bar. Their burgers are good, and guests get a discount. There's also a lounge. On Saturday, while eating, I noticed three burly men guarding the first floor, which made me feel very secure.
I booked a bunk bed, and the mattress was quite soft. The bedding was clean, and each bunk had a curtain, charging port, and reading light. Pulling the curtain and turning on the light created a happy little private space. There's a sink in the room, and each floor has separate men's and women's restrooms and showers, which are cleaned every morning, so the environment is quite good. The shower faucets dispense water for a set period after pressing, likely to conserve water. The front desk provides free towels, which you can return to the recycling bin at the front desk after use.

GGuest UserThere are paid luggage lockers available on Level 6 near the café area. I rented a medium-sized locker, as the large lockers were sold out. However, there was no clear indication of the locker dimensions prior to purchase. After completing the payment, I realized that the medium locker was not large enough to accommodate my 24” luggage. As a result, I had no alternative but to leave my luggage in a corner of the room.
I returned to the property to check in at approximately 8:30–9:00 PM. Upon approaching the front desk, the staff member informed me that her shift had ended and that her colleague was scheduled to take over. However, her colleague was not present at the counter and was reportedly at the Level 6 café, as seen on the CCTV monitor. I was asked to wait for more than 10 minutes, and in total, the process took approximately 15 minutes before she eventually assisted with registering my passport. While I appreciate that she completed the check-in for me, I was unclear why the registration could not have been handled immediately, as it only required a few minutes. Additionally, the staff member who was scheduled to be on duty did not appear during this time.
Overall, the room was clean, and I particularly like the curtains, which provided good privacy. Theres spaces to keep our shoes and luggages in the room, and remember to bring a lock padif you worried things might get stolen. The shared bathrooms were maintained at an acceptable level of cleanliness. I had a pleasant four-night stay, and the location is very convenient, with easy access to the metro.
However, there are a few areas for improvement. It would be beneficial to have a small pantry area where guests could sit, relax, or have their meals. Providing basic amenities such as a microwave and a water kettle would also enhance the overall guest experience.
GGuest UserIt’s located in the 19th district, if you walk from the station Jaures you will pass by a ton of homeless tents and it’s not very safe at night. If you get off at Colonel Fabian is a one minute walk from the station. No towels provided but has toiletries. The room is clean and big. Staff is accommodating and friendl
GGuest UserI had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hostel! The facilities are top-notch and the environment is very well-maintained, but what truly stands out is the staff.
On my first night, I struggled to sleep due to a loud snorer in my room. When I brought this up the next morning, the team was incredibly understanding and professional—they seamlessly moved me to a different room without any hassle. I’ve slept like a baby ever since!
A special mention to the lady at the front desk—she is so kind and always greets you with a warm smile and a sweet 'Merci.' It’s those small, genuine interactions that made me feel so welcome in Paris. This place is proof that a hostel can be both high-quality and full of heart. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserCheap hotel, convenient location. For this price, there's really nothing to complain about. There's no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage yourself. As for soundproofing, at this price point, you shouldn't expect much – anyone who's particular about soundproofing wouldn't stay here anyway. The underfloor heating was excellent, very warm. I thought it was pretty good, just the bathroom was a bit dirty. The cleaning gentleman (the Black uncle) was very nice! 👍

IIsmailekPositive:
Room was nice. It was spacious and very clean.
location was good, you can find lots of affordable restaurants around hotel.
The staff was friendly. They are really helpful.
Negative:
Unfortunately we needed to use earplugs as there was a party at the ground floor. (If you like part, then ignore this)
Overall breakfast was good, but there could be egg, and some vegetables. (Still croissant and coffee were nice)
Also if you take shower in private bathroom, then you have water in all bathroom. There should be better solution then curtain to block water.
GGuest UserAwsome. Great location, amazing customer service. Quiet! Beautiful terrace. Great Breakfast.
What are you waiting for! Go ahead and book your stay !
