Loved my time at this condo. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice view of Manila Bay. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and the ocation is convenient—close to malls and restaurants. Lobby can get busy at times, but overall it was a smooth and comfortable stay. Definitely recommend!

OMG, The best accommodation that we experienced in Cagayan De Oro. Super duper clean room, great view as we are in the 10th flr., worry-free as all of your needs are in there. I will book this again in our next visit.
Hotel is between CDOs shopping malls and many eateries around this hotel which is very good, the Staff service is Superb! however some of its corridors and the room itself feels creepy. Overall the hotel is Very nice but will not come back here because of the Creepy encounter I had during my stay
The hotel is very convenient just beside the Bus Terminal and within the Public Market so you wont get hungry, staff are friendly however the hotel is kinda old and the amenities such as TV, tiles are outdated. The bed is comfortable and they have 3 big pillows. The room is well lighted and smells very good and clean upon entering. Over all one of the nicest budget hotel I have stayed so far, with its location and price.
When you book, you get the entire house. It has a large terrace, two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and two bathrooms. There's also a small pool to cool off on hot days. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Yamil was very helpful; he's a wonderful person, very polite, and always smiling. The house has air conditioning and a fan. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. It's great value for money. There's a refrigerator and everything you need for cooking. The TV has different channels to make your stay more enjoyable. The water in the shower was room temperature, but that's typical of most accommodations in the city. It's located in a quiet area. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back to this house, which felt like our own for several days.
It is very beautiful here, a green rice field, with the right flowers and plants, and the beach on the other side, the villa is very coordinated overall. Hotel rooms are small, small and beautiful. The garden view villa is like a hanging building, with a bathtub on the balcony, and an outdoor sofa on the balcony on the other side. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with hot showers, and the balcony can also see the sea view and you can take a walk on the hotel's beach. The hotel has a nest of yellow and white shorthaired cats, very cute. There are also cockroaches and dogs. The waiter was very welcoming and the service was good. Welcome drinks were provided at check-in.
The breakfast booked is 350p per serving. You can choose from 5 breakfasts. The category is not rich enough. The Filipino breakfast is mainly served on the balcony. You need to use the instant coffee provided in the room for breakfast.
The villa is soundproofed and the drumming outside is heard.
The network here is intolerable to me, and the hotel's WIFI24 cannot access the Internet for an hour! The mobile phone Global signal is weak, most of the time can not access the Internet, can not upload documents. During the stay, there was an important remote work. I could take my mobile phone to explore around to see where there was a network signal. It turned out that the global signal of the hotel next to it was very good, and I finished my work outside the hotel next to it.
I would not choose here if I knew this network status when booking a room. The hotel introduction page does not provide a truthful description of this network status.

GGuest UserYou need to call the owner of that unit and ask the room number and parking lot number incase you bring a Car before coming in because trip does not mention/include what room number you were staying and it’s beyond my expectations. when we arrived it’s almost 11pm due to delayed flights and the Guard doesn’t let us in because we don’t have the room number and owners name of the unit,I wasn’t expecting that because I thought there were front desk that accommodate us when we arrived there and only show our booking information and that’s all,but it’s totally different. And so, that’s the time we call the owner of the unit letting them know we are there lol but considering the time we checked in I think she’s nice and considerate, and again I thought it’s free parking because that’s what trip says haha but it’s not, because the owner ask charges for parking fees and so we paying it again, but what I like about this place is that they have kitchen utilities, so it’s really great if you plan of buying and cooking food for yourself/families upon staying there for couple of days and to add up,there are also extra beds and blankets too,and over all it’s a nice place.
