Overall, this accommodation was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The unit was very spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean upon arrival, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. The layout was practical and suitable for both short and longer stays, with ample space to move around and relax. One of the biggest advantages was how easy the place was to locate. Clear directions and a convenient location made check-in smooth and stress-free, especially after a long journey. The surrounding area was also quiet and pleasant, allowing for a restful stay. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, from the rooms to the common areas, which we truly appreciated. Overall, this accommodation offers great comfort, convenience, and value. We would definitely recommend it to others and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

We had a spacious room, room has fantastic sea view, room is 1 minute walk to the beach, can see dolphins in the evening. Motel near to the Penguin walk area and few hiking trails.Kitchen has stove, hot plate but no oven. Only knew the washer available on common area after check out. As our car break down, friendly host allowed us to use the common toilet and offer us drinks while waiting for technical.

Super huge room however need a long time for the heater to warm up the room. Very quiet thus u can sleep well till day break. Flat room throughout thus easy to reach RealNZ for cruise and city centre for meals and groceries. Bathroom and toilet are a 50m away depend on where you are housed during your stay thus a bit challenging during winter. Mike and Christina, the General Manager for Tasman Holiday Park, are extremely kind and helpful thus helped earned a lot of respect and points for this stay however no respect the owner of Tasman Holiday Park as he sucks in personality imo.

We spent one night, having driven down from Wanaka and intending to continue to the Milford Sound tour the following day. Donna was very welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed and were comfortable. The history of the building was fascinating, and the antique decor and trinkets added to the charm. Breakfast the following morning was great- wonderful scrambled eggs. Thank you!

The hotel proprietress is enthusiastic and will introduce you to the surrounding situation, introduce the main attractions on the way to the fjord park, help us ask about the local traffic conditions, and take care of driving slowly and pay attention to safety. Because the hearing is not enough, she still takes the trouble to write to us. Thank you so much. The restaurant introduced was good, and the popular restaurant in the town. Although we rushed to the boat time at 10 o'clock, we could not use his breakfast order that friends highly recommended, but early in the morning, the boss and the proprietress were busy in the restaurant. Thank you.

GGuest UserWe got a basic cabin (our room didnt have a personal ref. other rooms beside ours had one. Overall, our stay was great (we even got to see the clear sky with stars in the evening from the camping ground). The shared toilet is great-- clean and with many stalls; also has hair blower available). The shared kitchen is busy during peak hours-- you might want to bring your own pan or pot since the ”nicer” ones are usually being used.

SSharon CochraneGood location, easy access to restaurants and supermarkets. We visited Milford sound by car, and joined a day cruise for Doubtful sound visited, both were very enjoyable. The ensuite room didn't have any cooking facilities, not even a microwave. If you want to cook anything, you need to go to a shared kitchen, and pay for the use of pots and pants. Washing machines and dryers are availible, also need to pay for using them.

GGuest UserThe 4-person room with bathroom, a big bed, a high and low bed, the bedding does not look white enough, people with cleanliness may not adapt, but there is no problem sleeping all night, no smell, no uncomfortable atmosphere, it does not look very clean. The camp is small, but there are facilities. The management staff is very good and very enthusiastic. There is no problem in the pursuit of cost-effectiveness.

GGuest UserThe very intimate couple runs this homestay. Since the two rooms need to share a bathroom, they generally rent a room. If a family or two good friends and couples are willing to share a bathroom, they will rent two rooms. In addition to the bedroom, they also provide a living room for guests to use. Knowing that we were going to Bluff to taste the oysters, they recommended us the address to buy them. The breakfast was also very delicious and the hostess Diana was very talkative
