Very nice experience spending time in this place. Its clean and neat. The service was great, the person in charge was very helpful to guide us to the chalet though to reach to the room was a bit confused because of the instruction board was a bit further from the entrance. We have to bear in mind that to get to the room is a bit far especially if we bring a lot of stuffs to carry. Buggy is available, but its not for the challet, its apparently only for the hotel guests. After all, it was a great experience and would love to come back with minimum stuffs to carry đ oh one more thing, thereâs no internet. So we could really enjoy our time to only mesmerise the moments đ
Upon out arrival to this property, we had to contact the property mgmnt team (Airplans) by phone but no answers. Then we tried adding their local phone no. via WhatsApp and able to get responses. When receiving the Floor and Unit no. info. through WhatsApp, they would not given us the passcode for the door key and demanding us for a RM 200 beforehand. So, we started calling them via WhatsApp and commenting that there is no deposit mentioned anywhere through the booking platform (Trip.com) at all. The lady on the WhatsApp called started yelling and telling us to vacate the room right away should we refuse to pay for the demanded deposit.
By all means, we would not have any problem had such deposit policy in place and explicitly stated in the booking platform / listing.
Having travelled from Bangkok (by plane) to KL and by Grab car from KL to this property in PD, it was already exhausting already. Now had to deal with this unexpected demand on the spot by Airplans team, it sure was an unpleasant experience.
In addition, the Wi-Fi internet was down the whole stay. We had to use our own mobile data to use their TV set.
Hope they will improve things in the future though.
Cheers,
A sensible Thai couple.
Traveling in Malay, did not go to Dongma, it was replaced here, Seremban Furong. This city is really beautiful, there are mosques, Catholic churches, and night markets. There is a section of the road to the center of the city, but the price is cheap, the room is clean and tidy, well-equipped, the owner is also very good, very satisfied!
I had a fantastic stay! The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, with a magnificent view that made the experience even more special. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. Parking was also super easy and convenient. Highly recommend!
Facilities of the house is tip top. The weakness is parking space where customers need to park beside of the building. which is far away from the lobby.

I recently stayed at a homestay in I SOHO @ i-City, Shah Alam, and overall it deserves a solid 4/5. The unit was clean, comfortable, and generally well-maintained. Location-wise, itâs greatâright in the lively i-City area with easy access to shops and attractions.
Service was smooth, and the host responded promptly. Amenities were complete enough for a pleasant stay, from Wi-Fi to basic kitchen facilities.
However, I have to admit one thing: finding the unit was an adventure on its own. Even with the whatsapp guide, I still ended up circling the place more times than Iâd like to admit. For younger, tech-savvy guests, it might be a breezeâbut for someone around 50, it can get confusing fast. Honestly, if not for my child, Iâd probably still be looking for the right block!
Homestay owner should provide the guide in PDF instead of cramping all the info in wasap.
Still, if youâre okay with a little âtreasure hunt,â this place is worth it.
Yes, the scenery is charming. It's hard to find it by yourself. The boss sent someone to pick him up at Lijing's door. It felt like it was done by Lijing Rental. There is a Regent logo on the room card and inside. The boss speaks Chinese and is easy to communicate with
I found this place and booked last min with the hope that this stay will not disappoint me which actually a good stay. From check-in to check out, everything was smooth and easy to understand. Just to add, it will be good that this place can provide hanger and information on wifi connection. However, on the wifi part, their staff so quick in response and provide enough information after I queried.
I will definitely consider this place for next stay. Thanks.
The customer service very friendly and helpful with provide all travel tips and the room quite clean and comfortable. Definitely will book again when visit to PD

AAnonymous UserA retreat into nature less than 1.5hrs from KL. Start with a serene drive leading to Pantai then turn left to the narrow road deep into the forest where all the villas are located. Kairos Villa is the only one with the paranormal view over the beautiful forest. My 1st feeling is like I am returning home. Beautiful home built with the generous use of local and Brazilan wood, 2 floors of wraparound terrace where we hung out most of the time to relax, detox from the e-world, catch the morning dew and sunset views in crisp air with a gentle flow of breeze. As this was an ex bird nests structure / the ventilation of the whole house is superb.
An accessibility room at the ground floor with shared indoor and outdoor kitchen, outside BBQ area. Here you have access to the organic garden. 1st floor there are 3 rooms with its own en suite bathroom, private balcony. At the landing a common seating area comfortably furnished. 2nd floor is the repeat of the same. The designer looking chairs esp just invite you to sink in to read a book. Seating area is so welcoming - rich wooden floor that is smooth and shiny, wood panel walls with eccentric paintings and photos.
Impressed that the whole house is so clean - I was walking about bare footed and no dirt not even at the balcony. About the only villa that welcome dogs. Local breakfast is served; unlimited tea, coffee and fresh spring water in the kitchen.
Rooms: Our room named Peace is sufficiently furnished with both fan, air conditioning, private balcony facing a green hill, 2 bottles of fresh spring water. The bathroom is basic with toilet and shower.
Food and drinks: Local Malaysian breakfast is provided. Plan to bring your own lunch and dinner. There is a double door fridge, oven, microwave, air fryer, gas stove with all utensils for cooking and dinning. Bonus is the garden has four angle beans, chili paid, pandan leave. The host let us use their extensive sauces and seasonings.
GGuest UserCan this hotel see if I write in Chinese? I probably won't go there again. There is no air-conditioning, no matter how beautiful the environment is, it cannot withstand the lack of air-conditioning. After all, we are not on the top of the mountain but in the mountains. It is really fatal to have no air conditioning.

LleongtripThe owner is good and very responsive to your query. Very helpful and provide good assistance on how to check in
The only disadvantage is very limited parking if booking with agents (non direct hotel guest) and no buggy ride besides no breakfast. Basically, u r on ur own throughout the stay
Room is nice with a full Seaview as advertised. The room is good but needs some renovation
RRochelle TThis was one of the best experience ever, the scenary is awsome no blockage, the place is big, bed was comfy, the host event gave us a free upgrade to a bigger room, 'hornbil' she said. They have all we need even for cooking, relaxing. It's in the forest up on a mountain, air is clean, the neighborhood is safe, many retreat resorts scattered around. Bring your mosquito repellent
Yyan369There is air conditioning + fan in the room, and two sockets are just right for two people.
Because the room is small, the temperature drops immediately after the air conditioning is turned on. It's so comfortable and safe.
The location is very good. You can go out to the beach. The beach is crowded and lively.
The boss lady is very nice, very kind and enthusiastic. If you need anything, you can tell her directly, which makes me feel at ease.
There are mosquitoes in the room. Some employees will put mosquito coils on the door at a fixed time.
My partner and I were not bitten by mosquitoes.
It is also convenient to drive here. I parked the car directly opposite the door of the room.
I like it very much. I forget things and get them directly in the car.
The residents opposite are a little noisy, but thinking about Christmasđ and I am also a night owl, I didn't care. The atmosphere is very good. They are not so noisy at the time.
Everything is very satisfactory
